Very poor hotel. For a good hotel must be good in interior. But here exterior is huge but the interior makes bad. Also bad smell inside the hotel everywhere. Yesterday no lights in the lift. And also my bedroom floor are wetted. And one more thing poor services in restaurent. I definetly giving 1 out of 5.

Just owesum. Nice hotel to stay in worth every penny. Nicely located in a posh area. Breakfast buffet is complimentary and is enormous and too generous. Dinner buffet is also nice at just Rs. 200/person. The food available is finger licking good. Tariff is just Rs. 1820.00 for a super deluxe decently sized 15 ft. × 16 ft. Room.

A nonveg buffet in just 250 is so amazing… and the chickens are superb.

Nothing more you can ask at this price. Ample parking space. But the food in the resuarant is below standard. There is ample scope to better it, so is the hospitality of the restaurant staff. The front desk staff is very friendly, as we checked in at midnight and they were waiting for us. Yes we had inform them we would be checking around mid night.

Food served here is not fresh. If you're a chicken lover and you're going for the unlimited buffet chicken of 250/ — per plate, you migjt not be satisfied with the taste and quality. Other services offered here are good.

The standard has drastically dropped! We were there for the buffet… Food was OK but the place was extremely messy. A tub full of used plates and food leftover stood right in the dining area for almost half an hour. The waiter just dusted off the food debris off the table right onto the floor and refused to clean the floor saying he has to do again while closing. The sweet dishes splattered off the bowl and dripped on to the floor disgustingly no one to clean. The two guys responsible for the management of this buffet area too are least bothered after multiple complains! Gosh I feel bad it use to be a good dinning area.

Worst place to stay. Pathetic rooms and worst service. Horrible stay.

The best place for value for money. It has a buffet system for RS 250 and have tons of varieties. To put it delicately you hungry in Jalandhar you visit leo fort.

Nice place nice staff with superb rooms just only 1 disadvantage morning breakfast is not good because just for out of india so plzzz change ur buffet morning menu.

Service of this hotal very fine I suggest to all my friend to go to this hotel at least one time and make enjoy your life its very good swim and food of all state and city, im loving it, last year when I come to amritsar then I was gone to that hotol and with my family my elder sister says when ill come next time to amritsar we will try to hire same room of this hotol becouse of thats nice service which I felt very very enjoyment, its lot of space for parking and dance party at night also.

Worst hotel, service Zero, took bath with cold water, luggage 4 bags carried by my self from receiption to 4th floor. YIFI out of order. Person sitting at reception only seeing videos on phone where as his duty is to give services to customers. Very casual attitude. No space/room for driver.

My experience with this restaurant is very good, staff service is really very good all food served with respect and love. Food is hygienic and rooms and other furniture is neat and clean. Very nice place.

I stayed there for 2 days while I was attending a friend's wedding. Rooms were okay. No laundry service after 8pm. Lifts were like taken out of a haunted movie. Overall ambience is okay.

The hotel is in walking distance from Jalandhar Bus stand. They provide Lunch and dinner buffet for ₹250 (including GST). Both veg and non-vegetarian foods are available there. Variety of foods are there. However variety in chicken items is less. Quality of food is good. The ambience is very nice. Overall a good place for buffet and party.

I have stayed with my two colleagues, room booked room on 14/11/17 through make my trip… One of the worst hotel room, gestures, services, behavior and response of all hotel staff even after several reminders and phone calls. They don't even attend the calls and if some how attend then told sorry we are in shift changes. Same answer from an hour… I don't recommend this hotel for all my dear friends who come alone or with colleagues or with family… I am rated this hotel in all aspects negative… Again request don't book this hotel worst worst… Worst…

It is popular for the buffet. There is good no of items to choose from but quality is pathetic. The chicken items all taste the same, boiled chicken without the broth. You will feel chewing sponge. They have removed the one item I liked there, the tiny little rasgollas.

One of the best hotels in Jalandhar. Food is good. Rooms are neat and clean with all basic amenities. Price is mid-level. Overall a good experience.

Non veg food is of average quality. People usually go here because they provide buffet for just Rs250 + GST. You will get 3-4 verity of chicken in Non veg menu. I wont recommend you going here as I didn't find anything great. This is classic well maintained hotel for executives and business meeting destination. The best part aboit this hotel is that they provide beer on demand. If you wanna chill out with buddies this is a good place.

There must be more cleaning and not someday food is yummy I think all days cuisine will be yummy and tasty.

Wonderful stay experience. It was very nice place good location, clean room, fresh and hygienic food buffet, proper parking, bar with wide range of hard drinks and coolest centralized AC. I think all things is up to the mark.

Poor service. Don't go to this hotel for peace. Every day they will eat the head for clear balance and don't keep any pending. Worst taste of food and only buildup.

They only offer buffet in the evening. I went there at around 9pm yesterday. They don't take orders even if it is special occasion for someone.
