An economy hotel right on Lawrence road in the heart of the city, good location decent food and service.

Hotel is located at Lawrence Road in amritsar which is an upscale locality. Hotel is modern and appealing. Staff seems to be groomed and helpful. However the dinner event which I attended was lacking in prompt service by the staff. Food tasted ok.

Worst hotel, serves stale food and staff is shameless. Desi English Kitchen restaurant run by hotel is just a breeding ground for infections and diseases. The lifts and lobby is stinking. Wi-Fi does not work. Front Office is just hopeless.

Good place… Bt sevice is vry poor… Become more poorer Especially ven any party is gng on…

Room, room service are good but they should do some plumbing and carpentry, the window doesn't close and faucet and hangers looks old and has some rust. The restaurant looks good on the outside and in the inside it is even much more pleasing and casual ambience with drinks snacks food of a quality you can't say no.

The ambience was great but the service was not quick. Staff was humble but we were not very satisfied about our visit.

The property is good. But the rooms needs little upgradation like taps don't work properly and some even leak.

The rooms are elegant. Food is great. Interiors are amazing. One less star for 2 reasons. No proper parking space which jams the road in front of it and not much spacious. Service provided here is great. Staff is friendly. Thry even have valet. The entrance is Wheelchair accessible. The hotel is really good for hosting parties on occasions.

Osm hotel. So clean rooms and bathrooms. Best food served there. Nice surrounding. Good experience in that hotel.

Nice boutique hotel with great food. Highly recommended for tourists who want to be on Lawrance Road and enjoy everything close by.

Went there for a function… Service was excellent. Waiters were well dress n mannered… Food was delicious… Must try brain curry… mutton tikka n kulche. Rongn Josh. In snacks amritsari fish karai chicken. Variety of non veg salads. But don't skip sundae special.

The hotel is average in a convenient but busy location. The housekeeping is very shoddy and the bathroom, towels, sheets were not very clean. We had to ask for the extra bed more than 5 times before it finally came. It was a mere foam mattress which could hardly fit in the small room. The booking was done for 3 adults. The staff are polite. The included breakfast was average. Many eating places and supermarket within walking distance.

It was a pleasant experience though coupled with some small accidents. Nevertheless, it was a good dinner with family.

Cuisine is really good. The taste is delicious. The service is fine and the staff is also very good.

The rooms are slightly average in size. Room service is slightly slow. The housekeeping is great. It's on Lawrence road in Amritsar.

Nice hotel. 3.5 STARS actually. Clean rooms, small restaurant in lobby. Next to a famous halwai Kanha sweets… Priced modestly. 15 minutes away from golden temple.

Pathetic service. Basic amenities like water was not provided properly. No room service or house keeping. Towels weren't replaced and despite calling house keeping several times, they dont serve you.

Taste of food is good but the rate of serving food is nil u just wait wait and wait and still no one comes.

Pathetic hotel in one word… Nt at all maintained. Stinky linens and corridors… One is free to smoke anywhere… Worst experience.

Avaas made a name for itself with it's prime location and a unique restaurant offering. Unfortunately those days are behind it and is now an aging palace of sorts. My opinion here is based in a visit for dinner in September 2017 is a brief of the deteriorating state of the food. The food that came out of the kitchen was a catastrophe and not worthy of the pricetag that comes with it. The ingredients felt as if left unattended for some time and even though some of our items were remade in request without hiccups, it speaks volumes on the state of the chef. The ambience was partly depressing possibly due to the absence of any guests, possibly since they all decided to eat somewhere else. The staff looked indifferent to our presence which is not such a bad thing if you think about it. All in all a relatively depressing experience with half hearted food to complete the circle.

Nice ambience, good stewards but manager doesn't visit your table. No feedback mechanism. Pricey restaurant and okayish taste. My recommendation is to dine at Metro in Humble hotels just across the road. Thank me later.

Avaas hotel is really outstanding hotel having its root in amritsar's most famous Lawrence road. It is neighbouring kanha sweet to its left, also one of the famous sweet shop in amritsar. The open Terrance banquet hall is really mesmerising but it is only good in pleasent weather as there is a high level of humidity in amritsar. The buffet is really delicious and they also serve oitdoor catering. The presidential suite room is the best a four star hotel can provide in city of amritsar.

I go there 4 mth begore everything excellent.
