Hotel room service is pathetic. Food is not upto the mark. Found used towels in the washroom. Very bad smell in the washroom always. One most important feedback: — if you will loss room key them you have to pay Rs1500 for new key. This rule you will came to know at the time of check out.
at the end not worth it.

Had a nice and cool stay. A very romantic setting and staff are very helpful and sincere.

Relax hôtel. Basic for what they say is a resort. The pool has green waters… Staff nice.

An well maintained property in the outskirts of Leh town but good ambience. Rooms are spacious & food is really good.

Great hotel for that place. You can get small cottage like rooms. (they ain't of wooden though). Cost is very high as I felt. The cottage like single rooms were like 20000 per night. Don't expect the room to be too luxurious, just a nice good room.

Attended for meeting here with my family… my daughter had vomiting after eating dal chawal here… restaurant staff very rude remarks and did not serve chai from buffet. Vacated next morning only to go see Pangong lake. Spa condition very bad in one room and no person to take care of gym and clean area… carpet shops good. Room is basic facilities not very clean but bathroom good.

Currently at this hotel. Was first given a room literally in the car park (seemed like a staff room converted to a shoddy hotel room) Then they shifted us to a room with construction right at the window and then after we choked because of the dust we shifted to another room with zero view. There is dust and cement in everything including the air and tap water. Spent 2-3 hours just shifting rooms when we are supposed to be acclimatizing. Staff are helpful but also helpless because quality of hotel is not upto the mark. Room interiors — bedding, toilets are clean but dated. Not worth it. Definitely not even 4 star category based on hotel standards. Made a mistake by booking here — with Cox & Kings under their luxury / premium package — who haven't informed us about the construction.

Feel like home away from home. Very good rooms as well cottages. Delicious food, High class services.

One of the top hotels in leh. Very good hospitality by the entire staff. Decent property & rooms. General manager mr thakur is always around ever willing to help. Would have given 5 star except that there is room for improvement in food.

Connectivity issue. The hotel is maintaining food quality to attract people from mainland… There is a fitness centre, Spa, covered swimming pool available for guest… Overall hotel is good!

Room with a view. Heated room were a good break from our treaking trip. Staff is curtious. Food needs a bit push in taste. That might be the case of latitude too. Overall a beautyfull place to stay on your visit in leh.

Zen Ladakh is the beautiful Hotel Resort located from walking distance of Market. Location of the Hotel is at very Good Location and away from distrubance of City. Also the morning view from the Balcony is Breath Taking view…

Very nice hotel to stay, they have good, big rooms and serve very tasty food. Best part is this hotel is centrally temperature control.

This hotel is one of the best hotel in leh, ladakh. Staff is very humble and friendly with a smile on their face. These people welcome you in their traditional way which gives a feeling to get accepted at a strange place. This hotel has a very beautiful outdoor seating with breathtaking view of snow capped mountains. Rooms are very warm and cozy atmosphere due to electric heater installed in rooms, even in temp of — 20 deg celcius. I slept in normal clothes in nights have — 15 to — 20 deg celcius. Just love this hotel.

Behavior of waiter was pathetic. Room was well maintained and temperature was maintained, bt behavior in dinning area was rude and rough as if they are doing some favour in serving us.

Good place… Highest luxury hotel in the world. Good service… Nice restaurant and bar. But compared to Grand Dragon in its category… Slightly stands low… Because of overpriced menu compared to the portions Interiors require taste… and Grand Dragon doesn't serve liquor… Zen does.

Stayed in nov 17. Spacious rooms, near efficient staff, nice views. The meal timings are not adhered to strictly causing problems to people checking out in the morning.

To put it simply, staying at The Zen Ladakh seemed like having 5 star accommodation in the sky. This hotel got recognition from The Limca Book of records as the one of the best luxury resorts at such high altitude. There are several small cottages, family suites and regular rooms as per one's need. Food here is quite good, perhaps one of the best in Leh. Overall the service, friendly attitude and hospitality of the staff here will certainly keep you warm in the cold wilderness of Ladakh.

Massive hotel, but not very occupied. Kinda felt a bit spooky… Only sauna around though so that made it kinda worth it.

It is not 5star in true sense, but personal was good to us. Rooms are nice big and clean. You get your satellite TV in room, just internet sucks a lot, but that is probably given by location. They have good tourist guide. If you are lucky with room view is incredible on mountains on other side of valley. One downside was that we were there with colleagues and beds were not possible to separate and they did not let us know before. Overall good hotel.

The zenith Ladakh is the only hotel for high standards with delicious food. People need not worry about food, because it hires north and south Indian chefs, as the food habits of ladakh region is completely different. The hotel is maintaining food quality to attract people from mainland.

Hotel Zen Ladakh is a newly built hotel and is operational since 2014. It is spacious, rooms are good, 24 hrs hot water is available. Rooms have heating provision but no cooling is available. There is a fitness centre, Spa, covered swimming pool available to the guests. The front desk staff is very courteous and helpful. Food is average and catering staff id also ok, probably will evolve. Overall, comfortable and happy stay.

Leh was an amazing experience — it is a place which cannot be described in words! And the Zen folks made our visit very comfortable. Special thanks to Mr. P. C. Thakur — the G. M. Who took personal interest in planning the itinerary. We were traveling with children and Leh is a tough destination but kudos to Mr. Thakur and his team — our travel, our food, our stay at Nubra valley and not to miss the oxygen cylinders were all taken care of. Special thanks to Ms. Idgah in the front office and Mr. Sanjay in the restaurant for making it a memorable and fun filled stay for my family and friends in the hotel.

Hotel is very good with not so good food but very costly, the staff here are very friendly and polite, BUT BEWARE AFTER YOU BOOK THROUGH SOME AGENT OR THRU HOLIDAY SITES THERE ARE LOTS OF HIDDEN CHARGES THAT YOU MAY NEED TO PAY at the same time your phone and net won't work so you can't even complain to the respective booking agent, MY ADVICE WOULD BE BOOK DIRECTLY TO THE HOTEL OR GO DIRECTLY THERE ARE ROOMS AVAILABLE ANY TIME TO AVOID THOSE VERY VERY HEAVILY LEVIED EXTRA CHARGES.

It's the one of the best hotel to stay and they have a good service, good food and their room facilities are excellent.

We three senior citizen coupe stayed at Hotel Zen Ladakh from 25.08.2016 to 31.08.2016. Our out station tour of Nubra valley and Pongong Lake by Inova was arranged by Hotel and included in the Package. The stay at Hotel was very comfortable. Staff very courteous polite and well behaved. Food was very tasty and good. Rooms very clean. Ambiance very good. Out side view from Hotel Room was very pleasant and relaxing for people coming from Delhi Gurgaon or busy station. Overall package was reasonable. Mr. Thakur GM arranged all our bookings and was very courteous in modifying our tour programme which was rescheduled due to us at no cost. Immediate medical care was provided on our request. If I got a chance to go to Leh again, I shall stay in Hotel Zen ladakh. Rakesh Garg Ghaziabad.

Absolutely charming, great staff and simply a wonderful place.

Nice hotel, clean and comfortable stay. Staff at reception is very friendly and cordial. Food served in the restaurant is good. Liked everything about this place and could give 5 star rating except the mattress on the bed which is very soft and can cause uneven press which gave us couple of sleepless nights. However the staff and GM looked into it and tried to change them in the last days of our stay.

I would call it a budget 4 star hotel with central heating system.

I liked everything. Ambience, food and the courteous staff. Try to help you out with everything. What they promised us provided us. Recommend to everyone.

Nice resort spread in 29 acres of land. The service is superb with all modern facilities.
