Must stay in welcome hotel with family. Excellent place to chill and business meetings.

The service is bad, the rooms are bad and it was so uncomfortable staying at the hotel, didn't feel welcome or cozy at all. Most of all the food was also bad not that great, it wasn't clean, we found hair in the food. The room was also not cleaned properly, the sheets on the bed hadn't been changed, I can keep going. This was one of the worst hotel Experiences I've ever had.

Excellent location for a stay, the staff is nice and helpful, the hotel is nice though a bit dirty rooms with basic amenities. Although the food is slightly too expensive, but otherwise a good deal.

Good hotel! Rooms spacious and clean! Good staff! Just opposite to Dal lake! You can see Dal lake from some of the rooms!

Location is the USP Good ambience Near by pure veg food points Opposite Dal lake.

What a Hotel! Spacious rooms, courteous staff and nice swimming pool, good for young kids as the pool is not deep/ wonderful staff which helps the small kids even/ huge buffet spread in the morning brealfast/ value for money!

It's a nice place to stay in Srinagar. Located right along the Dal Lake, if you get a front facing room the view is gorgeous. One of the better hotels among the whole lot all along Dal Lake road. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. There is a restaurant on the ground floor which serves good north Indian and continental fare. Beware of the portion size while ordering as they are enormous. Overall a good experience.

Location is nice. Rates are decent. The staff are super helpful. 7 star service provided by staff.

Fast and best service. Helpful and co-operative staff. My husband got sick in late evening, they send one of their staff with us to hospital and co-operated a lot. They helped us in all possible ways and went out of their way.

Perfect location for dal lover. Because it has almost all room facing to dall. Good look hotel as well as good service. Food is also better and easy to get shakara their and best thing is parking.

Welcome hotel is the best hotel in Srinagar. Last week we stay there and really we enjoying alot. Every thing is just perfect awesome location beautiful dal lake view supporting staff delicious food caring owner and last but not the least Driver Manzoor Ji! we enjoying your company very much.

It was a gud time I stayed in this hotel. I went to kashmir to celebrate my and my wifes birthday and I opt to stay in this property. Beautiful view, staff is very helping and cooperative and rooms are just five star. I would recommend everyone to choose this property if u r planning to visit Kashmir. One more thing I wanted to mention here is that I was booking my flight tickets to come back from kashmir from make my trip and it was costing me somearound 9k but there staff is so cooperative that they even helped me in booking my tickets through one of there local agents that too in less price. I am grateful to them and the time I hv spemt there. Much much recomended.

Nice rooms but not according price.

This hotel is one of the worst hotel in Srinagar. Managers don't have manners to speak. They speak like they are the owners of hotel. This hotel is totally not recommended for anyone.

Location is Fabulous. Seeing the Dal lake from Hotel Room Window is a very good experience. The staff is very helpful. Their are many local restaurants around the Hotel. The rooms are newly renovated.

It is situated on the bank of dal lake. Very close to nehru park. Awsome view of dal lake from front sided rooms. Very good to stay there. Nyc food. It has swimming pool as well.

This is the best hotel in Srinagar. Worth every penny spent. They have a beutiful reception area, nice cozy rooms, brilliant location, professional staff, and a cute swimming pool too.

Hotel is in prime location near dal lake so there is enough crowd to make u feel safe plus u can take ride of shikara as soon as u get out of the main gate of hotel. If u are hungry there is a nice restaurant Shamiyana for non veg lovers on walking distance.

Good hotel at Boulevard. Most of the rooms have views of the Dal. Rooms are large and clean. Good restaurant and a swimming pool… Enjoyed a lot.

Very nice location wise… But they can definitely improve on the service they provide. Hotel card keys need to be activated everyday even though you are booked thru and thru… Housekeeping is not regular at all… You have to poke them for each and everything… Even for water which they are supposed to give you everyday…

Good location, room booked through Oyo Premium 009. The rooms are good too. Food is also good. Service needs to improve.

Excellent service and very well managed staff. I would highly recommend people visiting Srinagar to choose this hotel. The manager Vazeer Mohammed is a gem, who goes out of the way to look after his guests.

Its great … I satyed 15 nov … its food is too gud. Centrelize heating. Staff behave over all its nice to stay at WELCOME.

Service and quality not worth the money they charge… you can get a big houseboat including meals at one-fourth their charge… I recognised their value at the reception counter itself & didn't book their room… now am happily having beer in a big houseboat for 20days :) Mar-Apr'2013.

I stayed at this hotel few times at offseason for work trips, worth the money charged for, heated room, hot water, room service on demand, also provided heated bed sheet.
