Was just fine, quite far from the main market and dal lake. Food was not good. Had to stay there as we had no other choice.

In a world. Beautiful Stayed here in 9 july 2018 and enjoyed it is so much. We decided to come back. It was even better this time around Beautiful and friendly staff. Especially Mr. Taufeeq who looked after us from the beginning. He is a beautiful soul who was always smiling and made us feel at home. We will remember her always The breakfast buffet is fantastic A free shuttle to and from the city centre Beautiful and we'll maintained ground and loon The restaurant is 5 star and food is amazing Our bungalow was amazing especially after the free upgrade big tub outdoor shower big spacious room.

Hotel is very nice. Dinner is very costly. Kitchen cleanliness is very poor. It's better to avoid this Hotel.

Good hotel of this class. Front desk staff is very friendly and welcoming.
My family and I stayed at this hotel for two days n the room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. The complimentary kashmiri tea (kahwa) was hot and satisfying in the evening and I really appreciated the friendly staff.
I'll visit again to this place and highly recommend to others to stay here as well.

Very good place to be in Srinagar with a nice ambience. Lawn in front of building with chairs to sit and relax in nights and evening. Food was also good.

I stayed at the place for 3 nights. Very beautiful place. Rooms are bit small but cozy bed, clean bathrooms, free Wi-Fi and most importantly helpful owners. Only negative point was cook. Food was not tasty and there are no other place to dine out. He even tried to raise the issue of religion at every smallest opportunity. That was 2 years back. May be he is gone by now.

A beautiful hotel with dal lake view on top at very good price.

Nice place, lovely staff and views, only problem I personally found was their central heating wasn't on but they had Electric blankets, when asked staff they told they only put central heating for 3 months a year, I was surprised.

Horrible food and service. On srinagar out skirt. Not a great location.

We are very happy about our Kashmir tour. Triden arrangements at Hotel and transport are quite excellent. All the arrangements are very good. Food was tasty and suited to our requirements. The rooms are clean and neat. We thank the management of Triden resorts for our memorable stay at Kashmir.

Will NOT recommend this hotel for the following reasons. Rooms given to customers are still under construction Non availability of food during breakfast (No action was taken even after customers escalated to manager) Untidy dining hall.

We had our meet of SPEED CAR WASH here u Hotel Triden. It was a wonderful experience here with them and the staff is really nice and cooperative. The hotel is spacious, neat and easily accessible to markets. Thanks Mr. Tufail for the giving us the wonderful experience.

Excellent place to enjoy the holidays located at srinagar lakakh highway 300 meters away from famous dal lake.
