An excellent hotel and well maintained neat and clean room and staff is very friendly I recommend it to all very nice place to stay in Srinagar.

Very good hotel and kind staff with declious breakfast dinner with good kitchen staff and reasturant rooms are very good we stayed for 3 days 18 people group hotel mr. Sajad was very helpful like to visit next time.

Its ok service is quite good and the behaviour of all staff was really nice.

Very friendly staff. Very clean and neat place to stay and enjoy your visit. They treat guest very nicely. Affordable and genuine packages and prices for rooms and services. Rooms are very nicely decorated and attractive. I can surely say one of the best hotels in the valley. They even provide cab services for tours to nearby tourist destinations. Food here is mouth watering. I give it a five star.

A clean hotel located a lil outskirts of Srinagar. Very hospitable staff with good restaurant, rooms are really warm due to electric blankets overall really neat place.

Staff is very good, provide complementary milk for small Kid which is really appreciated. But attached bathroom is seperated by Glass, although with slight visibility which is not good if your staying with large family.

Staff is very friendly and helpful their is a lot of parking space and as the hotel is still new is very clean and rooms are also in good condition. All basic amenities are available I can say it was worth the money.

During our stay at Srinagar, the stay at Shefaf was the best part. Honest, helping and humble staff, super clean rooms, delicious food. I would like to thank front desk manager Sajad for making us feel special during our stay. This hotel easily beats even the five-star hotels by their hospitality. Hats off to the management and MD, for whom the staff is all praises all the time.

Ambience: It's a warm, neat, and aesthetic place. The rooms are decent and comfortable, although you don't get much of a view. And I did have warm water issues occasionally… Locality: It's not exactly in the central neighbourhood, I suppose, but it's a good location nevertheless. You have some local shops and street food places at a walking distance, and it's not too crowded. Food: AMAZING food! Some of the local dishes served here are delightful. Every meal we had was yum! Service: Their customer service is excellent. The staff is incredibly accommodating and considerate. Really friendly and pleasant!

Good to have view of Kohimaran hillock n Saint Makhdoom Sahib Shrine. Cricket stadium SARAF WAER is in front I. E western side. Parking space is not ample and surroundings remain dirty.

Highly recommended. Room and everything cleaned and food are serving many choices and every day different dish and tasty. Staff are all nice and accomodating. We had lots of fun and good memories in kashmir people are also nice in kashmir, planning to get back on summer. :-)

Best 3 star hotel in kashmir the rooms are luxurious and food is also offered with rooms. The hotel staff is diciplined. The whole environment is hygienic.
