Wonderful stay. Well mannered, polite and helpful staff. Good food. Excellent rooms and room service. Ample parking. Maybe the hotel can organize stay arrangement for drivers even if against payment. That would be greatly helpful.

No facilities for driver very bad experience.

If you are looking for something special or you are heading there for anniversary or birthday celebration, its the worst hotel. Staff is rude and adamant. Nothing like 4 star. Just the location is good. Services are 2 star.

I like the service they provide and loved the cakes and pastries they make. They all tastes great. The hotel is also located in an amazing environment with cleanliness all around.

Excellent hotel and lobby service, excellent rooms located very close to the promenade. The rooms are spacious and clean. The atmosphere is pleasant and everything smells good. There is a good gym and a quality spa service. The price is expensive compared to other hotels worth every rupee.

This hotel sucks. Firstly, we were charged a premium during reservations, that too for 7 rooms booked for 4 families with kids, on the 19th of June’18. Being a frequent traveller, distinguishing a good hotel from a bad one does not require much thought. This experience was horrid where there were only restrictions. From check-in issues to even ordering food, there was confusion and hidden costs behind everything. It is not in my best interest to recommend this hotel.

We checked into the hotel on 19 April 2018 in room number 3015. Firstly, the charge was RS 6500 for room only. The rooms are the size of a mouse cage & the bed is big enough for a single teenager who's been on a fruit diet for 6 weeks. My wife, myself & my 5 year old kid had a very uncomfortable time sleeping in this puny bed. The hotel charges a king's ransom for meals. However, the meals were well prepared.

It is a nice hotel with good location, good standard, and all the facilities we can expect. It was best and clean from both outside and inside. It was slightly on higher budget side. So I will recommend it to anyone only if you area on a higher budget level.

Tooo much costly, two pieces of gulaab jamun costs 900 rs, food is great but prices are very high, not for everyone, please avoid and save your money.

One of the most modern hotels in Shimla great ambiance beautifully done layout at a 10 minutes walk to Mall Road and at 2 minutes walking distance to Shimla Club has ample covered parking. Interior are very well done, has a decent Bar Sixteen 69 with live music and a small dance floor. Spa is not be missed great place to relax. Restaurant Hills Edge offers variety of options Indian Continental Chinese Himachali to choose from and the food is good. Rooms are spacious well lit with with all modern amenities. Staff is well mannered helpful and prompt.

One of the best, reasonable Hotel in Shimla having sufficient parking space. Hotel staff very polite and couteous, food is excellent. Hotel's location is beautiful.

Great room service and location. Though, getting there is a hassle as the road is quite narrow for cars. Rooms are nice and clean with most possible amenities, the views could be a little better if there were no progressive constructions obstructing the valley views. Food tastes great, room service has a vast menu and almost everything was ready within 20 minutes of ordering. Recommended. Will visit again.

Very nice rooms. Great chefs in their kitchen… Tried multi cuisine food, including indian… All was quite good… We tried veg. Only. Staff is very courteous and friendly. Only negative was. They don't have any drivers room.

Hotel Marina has one of the best services in class. From medium to high class, all can have a great time their. Food services and drinks services are great and quality is also amazing. Work in each place is visible as soon as you enter the hotel. Quality of rooms and accessories is amazing. There is no sign of bad service of quality there.

Hotel is easily accessible from roads and near the lift. Restaurants are beautiful crafted and bean bags are placed in the restaurant which makes it very unique and enjoyable. Drinks are beautifully presented and served. Every type of cusines are served and waiters and all staff is too much polite and cooperative.

This hotel is near to Mall Road, staff is courteous and supportive. Nice roof top restaurant. Good place.

Their roof top is great takes full marks. But creates an louzy envoirment. It can be done much better… Front office staff is not very Humble or happy… over all nice place to stay could be better if staff could be more soft and courteous… And food can also be improved.
