Great stay, great food and amazing hosts.

The location of the place is extremely beautiful, the environment was peaceful and perfect. Great staff who knows how to serve customers. We had a wonderful mini vacation time.

It's an old fashioned but v well maintained resort. We got the rooms with best view of the Himalayas. We ordered some snacks n food for dinner. It was great. Thr is parking space for vehicles right in front of the resort. The adventure park is just beside the resort. With little snow beside our room, we go the best feel of this hilly region. They also provided a heater which kept the room warm. Overall best experience till now.

Its a great hotel with great views,,,, though there were electricity issues while our stay as due to heavy snowfall entire city electricity was cut off… but still our stay was worth it as we had enjoyed the snow covered mountains. The entire landscape was picturesque. And I will not forget to mention the food which was served by this hotel it was very reasonable and mouth watering…

Food and service is quick and perfect. Rooms are also good but no lift is present in this hotel so people be aware of that as you have to climb steps only. View from room was also damn good as this is on kind of hill top.

Good resort for family. Food is so so. Never book from MakeMyTrip. We book this hotel from MakeMyTrip the cost was 6000/ — per night without breakfast, but the counter price was this hotel 3500/ — per night with breakfast and 4000/ — with breakfast and dinner. MakeMyTrip cheat us.

Excellent service from the helpful and know knowledgeable staff. Mr Mayank is the Manager and he is gem of a person. This guy will do everything possible to make the guest happy. They got a nice cake as they knew it was my birthday. My family and I were overwhelmed with this gesture of their team. Rooms are good in size and have the best view. Just next to the resort their is an Adventure Park so I would suggest you to plan for staying Atleast 3-4 days. Would recommend to all. Keep it up guys.

Location is far away from Shimla, i. E. In Kufri. But is very beautiful place. Total 25 rooms are there. 11 rooms are located at the top floor i. E. 3rd floor and are luxurious. Rest 14 rooms are located in 1st and 2nd floor, 7 in each floor. We stayed at the 3rd floor rooms. They are directly attached with roof. Scene from the roof are awesome. Really very beautiful hotel and a good place to stay in whether you are with your family, friends or in couple. Hotel staff is also good. Food is tasty.

Service is good, All staff are co-operative. But Deluxe rooms are not very good. No sound proof, small room (room no — 305), no A/C, very warm, hotel have not available single family room (for couple).

Suggest only if you stay at shimla for more than 2 nights as This resort is bit away from shimla city and it is in kurfi (anyhow one of the tourist spot). You love the amist nature location. Good hill view from this hotel on the main road with a adventure spot next to it.

A place where they will charge you for a lemon slice. Precisely Rs. 10 for one lemon. Great place for view as it has actually one of the best views in kufri. Ample car parking space. But for luxury and cleanliness I would say do not get surprised as this is not a place where you going to get these. Staff is just ok although polite but lack hospitality sense. Complimentary breakfast is also ok sorts. And food is not at all good. Both the days of my stay I got my dinner packed from Sterling. Overall hotel lacks hospitality sense. And is just an OK hotel. Recommended for the view and suits mosts people's budget. Lacks Luxury and hospitality a lot. Room looks just ok. Kind of like old. Hope this helps. Thanks.

Location :: Ultimate Location. 20 kml from Shimla. At more highted area. VERY good sight. Located at highest point, with great view. Very well maintained, clean, spacious. Many things available arond for taking selfies. Have great visit here. Best luck. Enjoy.

This place is located right at Kufri. It is on the hills. It is a huge area with a big garden, a terrace and multiple rooms. We loved this hotel, location is in Kufri but that's the best thing about it because there are more points in Kufri than Shimla. Food, staff and facilities are very good. 3 stars… Nice Hill top property with sunrise and Valley view. Need to improve on food menu. Breakfast spread was not satisfactory and we were asked to order food instead.

This place is located right at Kufri. It is on the hills. It is a huge area with a big garden, a terrace and multiple rooms. We had taken the breakfast plan. I paid approx 6500 for 2 rooms. The rooms were spacious and clean. The doormats in the room were a little dirty. Clean bathrooms as well. The breakfast was pretty widespread and delicious.

About 4 kms ahead of kufri on kufri fagu highway. This hotel is at an awsome location. Gives a very beautiful view of mountains. Rooms and bathrooms are very clean, nice and big. Service provided by the hotel is good. Food is very tasty. Hotel have a resturant and a bar. Hotels also have separate cottage also. If you are going with friends or family then there is bone fire facility available which you have to pay for. There is an adventure park next to hotel. If you are planing a trip to shimla or kufri then I think this is the best hotel you can stay.

We stayed there on 28th October with group of our friends. Location of place is nice, you will have a beautiful mountains view. Food services are very poor : — 1) They served un-roasted paneer in snacks, by saying its our dishe. 2) In evening they provided non-veg snacks by saying veg snacks. Near by suggestions: — We asked suggestions about going to "Mahasu Peak Kufri" at reception staff, unnecessarily he suggested to go via taxi for 5 km, after then 2-3 km walking distance from different route. But actually it is half an hour walking distance place. People like them always try to cheat the visitors. Overall pathetic experience.

Very poor service. Even their is no proper supply of electricity. You have to call 3 to 4 time for any request. Food is also not good. One time they serve non veg to veg … manager behavior is also not good.

Pretty neat place. We stayed on the villa on top floors when it was snowing 7 inches. Pipes clogged up but still helpful staff.

The best place to be in Shimla… this place is an hour ride from mall road and just adjacent to the famous kufri ridge and the fun world. Which are a must visit. If you are with a group then plz book the cottage… it is just amazing… the vallet with rich mountain view. The rooms. The staff… everything was perfect… the playing area has snookers, table-tennis, carrom and chess… we enjoyed the stay here more than the mall road stay which we planned for the last day visit…

I recently visited this resort in May 2017. We liked the place very much. Location is awesome with beautiful scenic views of mountains and greenery. Rooms are neat and cozy. Staff is well behaved and courteous. Food is excellent. Overall we enjoyed the stay.

It is a 3 star property. Location is amazing and view is awesome! Room size is good but interiors are badly done. Lot of air passing through which makes you feel cold. Food is something which the hotel needs to work upon, worst breakfast buffet! All in all its a good property if you get a good deal while booking!

The Galleu resort is situated at a picturesque location with its rooms facing right into the Valley. The hotel staff are also courteous. They provide hot running water round the clock. They have a play room with Pool Table, Table Tennis, Carton Board etc. The only thing that is of concern is their food. The food is a bit sweet and the quantities offered are also kinda okay.
