Hotel staff are very cooperative. They will help you to exploring the manali. Rooms are really good and they are spacious also. On the right side of hotel, river is passing out and the famous hadimba devi temple is near approximately 400 to 500 meters.

Cozy hotel, conveniently located, extremely helpful and efficient staff. Rooms are woody and warm, washrooms are clean with hot water supply and food is simple and reasonable. Extra points for extremely courteous hotel staff who actually packed a to-go breakfast for us as early as 4am so we didn’t go hungry to Rohtang Pass!

Service is too good. All over it's a good Hotel.

Not good. When you see hotels on online sites, you choose them by services and reviews. Sadly, hotel dream land was quite a nightmare for me and my family. They served us with tap water, without information and most people in the family got un well. They charged premiumly. The food was sub-standard and mostly under cooked. The hotel is located in main road, very polluted and noisy. Will not recommend.

Outstanding view of nature with a perfect location adjacent to river. Rooms were well maintained, room service was quick and satisfactory. The managing staff also co-operative and familiar. You can have a greater and better taste here.

Good hotel located at center of manali near by clubhouse. Food was ok but interior is ok. Behaviour of staff was good.

Awesome place… Nature view at its best. Lack of basic utilities, like coffee maker machine, towels. No lift, so not suitable for old aged persons.

Rooms are nice and spacious with all the amenities mentioned on booking portal. Staff is kind and supportive. Hotel has one of the best river views in city.

We had four rooms every rooms we found hair all over on the bed, pillow covers. Staff was nice. For the price we paid I won’t come here again.

Never stay in Kasol cause its damn frigging expensive. Small rooms with no heater and horrible service.

Excellent food and nice rooms with wooden floors. The staff were also very accommodating. Had a great experience. The location is also great. It's in Old Manali next to the river side and Mall Road is just 5 minutes by auto or cab. There's plenty to do in walking distance. Restaurants pubs club house and some river sports all right next to you. You get hot water, a TV and clean rooms as well. Value for money.

Good hotel view and rooms are clear food was okay but staff are good.

Awsum location, Cooperative staff.

Average hotel with good customer service. As the name says situated very near to the flowing river. We can hear the sound of the river from our room. Chef used to cook very delicious food according to our order. Manu temple is at walkable distance. Overall we were satisfied with their service.

No proper parking space, food is bad. Staff is not cooperative at all. Room condition is too bad even no proper lights are available.
