The hotel is very good but the staff is not that much good they treat you like very hard way and all the things are good to cut the beautiful is very very very very very very good I think this is the best hotel in it is specifically for the tourist and the bar is very good to go through this also restaurant in there and she is very beautiful you can see your must hold Dharamshala from swimming pool and I think is the best I have ever seen and its located at the top of the mountains sceneries very beautiful but staff is not that much good I love the way you treat me and all the things are married and you know something I'm missing his loneliness beautiful very beautiful thank you very much for.

I would highly recommend to staying there. The place is lovely overlooking the mountains and the morning glow is very beautiful and enjoyable. View of the complete Dharamshala city from the hotel is looking beautiful. Infinity pool of the hotel catches eyes. Staff of the restaurant are very cooperative and I appreciate the service.

The minute we entered the gates on a rainy afternoon, I lost my heart to the property! It was that fabulous. The open gazebo offered beautiful views of the rainy city. The infinity pool is the best part of the property! The rooms are so well maintained and the views are amazing! The only thing that was a huge setback was the staff. They were extremely rude with us. Right from the moment we entered at the reception, the guy was behaving as if we were beggars, asking for free food and free stay. We had already booked our stay for 3 nights and the property for fully booked, but just for the sake of curiosity, we enquired about different room types in the property. At first he decided to ignore and avoid my question and turned his back. Then I addressed him by ‘Sir’ and thank God he thought me For and deserving enough to reply! The guy replied to us that you’ll get the rooms that you have paid for and Not higher category! We were appalled at this ‘itne paise mein itna hi milega’ type of behaviour! At every step of interaction with the staff — at the reception, bell boys, restaurant manager, waiters — each and every person was RUDE and Ill mannered! We were extremely disappointed. At such locations, People are supposed to be hospitable and basic kind! Would have never tolerated this kind of behaviour if it had not been for the amazing views! Probably that’s what the staff thinks too so they take the liberty of being rude to their guests!

Very nice properties. A stay place for Indian cricketers when they play in dharamshala. The property overlooks the magnificent Dharamshala cricket stadium. The staff is very courteous.

Beautiful location, excellent continental preparation and great hospitality sums up the experience in 'The Hook' restaurant. The icing on the cake is the location of swimming pool overlooking the Dharamshala valley… Overall a great value for money… Thanks Mr Pankaj for the excellent hospitality…

I am love with this place I visit 2 day ago the view from terrace is awesome (cannot get over that view) staff is really good and cooperative food is delicious one.

The place is located at a nice place and has a very good ambiance. Rooms are really nice and spacious. Place offers swimming pool and gym as recreational activities. Would advise prior reservations at this place.

Overall the hotel is very good. The location is awesome. The rooms are clean and spacious. The quality of food is good but the buffet spread is very meagre. As this is 5 star so they should go and experience what breakfast buffet spread is like in a good 5 star hotel and then see what they are serving (even a 3star would serve more dishes than this hotel)

A luxury hotel in the shadow of himalaya. Dholadhar is in front of hotel and stadium of himachal cricket board is as near as your lobby. Once you are in dharamshala must vist here Indian cricket team is a popular tourist of this hotel.

A place very beautifully made but needs a lot of maintainence, however the team is excellent and always ready to take care of your needs.

The 5 star hotel is located at an isolated location at a sequestered place near khanyaara road, perfect for people who wish to evade from the hustle and bustle of life. This luxurious hotel boasts of a stunning view too. The only glitch was the food which seemed to have been mundane and dry, seemingly contrary to the upscale standards of this hotel…

Amazing location with an exclusive and awesome. The rooms are huge and very well appointed that have a verandah with an awesome The Restaurant is well worth visiting spectacularly appointed with a menu that despite being limited is amazing. The buffet is well laid and quite nice. The Chef is well versed and extremely talented, to say the least, I want to extend my stay because of his delicious and lip smacking food. The staff and help are warm and very clurteous and there are smiles all around.

I find it Peaceful place. With no outside noises of Busy environment… Calm, serene climate and View are main sites of Attraction.

One of my best hotel stays. Fab property, the staff is polite and helping. The view from the hotel's swimming pool is amazing and stay was very comfortable. Rooms are well appointed plush and cozy. Not to mention that the food is very tasteful and the breakfast sumptuous.
