Pathetic room and pathetic service. Room was smelly, washroom stinks and dirty, none of the lifts were working and above all there staff members were rude. None of the doors were closing or opening properly as if it was a haunted place. The breakfast was complementary but was in limited quantity. I could only order 1 plate per head out of the 4 choices they had… what if I had a bigger appetite? Do I have to pay out of my pocket to eat more? Where is your complementary breakfast now. I was flattered with the pictures on Make my trip, but reality was totally opposite. I booked a room for three and they gave us a room of 2 and a matress so the third person can sleep on floor. The manager was so ignorant and rude, he didnt even address our issues. Will never book OYO room and will never use Make my trip. We paid so much for nothing.
Have stopped here for lunch, and always the experience has been awesome… freshly prepared on the spot, so it takes a little bit of time, but worth waiting.

Rooms are nice and spacious but cleanliness is not maintained, you will see many little insects roaming around in your room. Complimentary Breakfast options are limited and there is no buffet for morning breakfast. Stairs in the building are confusing. I had a good stay here.
