I was in shagun residency for mandatory quarantine under the government guidelines. I was quite pleased with all the safety measure taken under the safety guidelines. The residency had proper sanitation and social distancing in place. The rooms were a decent size and food was fresh; moreover, we were given choices to order food.
I was also relieved with the fact that all the rooms had their own individual air con units which also avoided transmission of the virus through centralised aircon.

Good service, nice clean and well organized. Employees are helpful and cooperative location is huge plus point. Pharmacy and other food item shops nearby. Breakfast was delicious, and various item in it. I recommend to stay.

My wife and I stayed there in November 2017. To attend a marriage function. Staff were very friendly, breakfast more than adequate, rooms were very clean room is cosy the bathroom is a bit small. The best hotel ever! The service is superb.

This is the best hotel in the middle of the city with the great amenities and services. All the famous food court are nearby to this hotel, so there is no worries about food. The other thing about this hotel is that those visitors who are coming from either train or bus can easily come to the hotel as it is approx 5 — 10 min far from the bus stand and railway station. The owner of the hotel is also very kind and helpful regarding to their guest. My advise would be that if you are going for the first time in this hotel keep your identities ready and enjoy the services of the hotel. I literally enjoy staying in this hotel and those of you just thinking that whether to stay in this hotel or not? At-least stay their once and experience yourself you will definitely going to forget about the rest of hotel in the town.

Very basic amenities but clean premises in a compact building. Super delux rooms are suggested … other rooms are very compact and without window.

Stayed in the room on the first floor. The bed was very comfortable staff are very friendly and interesting to talk to. One of the best things is the location — you can easily walk to any of restaurants and pub in town.

Well! … It was awesome to spend time with family and friends at this hotel. Location is also very nice as situated near the market. Complementary breakfst they served in room which is very good… staff was friendly and helpful… best thing is hotel premises having lift facility.

From entering to leaving, it was a superb experience, the staff were extremely helpful and the room in great condition. We could not have happasked for more.

The overall experience was great. The hotel is located very close to railway station i. E just a walk away. The food quality is good and got a high speed free Wi-Fi.

We were stuck in panipat and had to stay in this hotel because of jaat reservation agitation. The situation around the hotel became extremely tense as ppl became violent. The onwer took our car to his residence for safe parking and locked the hotel. I overheard him telling his son that their priority is customer safety first. I approached someone in city there for safe shelter, but now reaching their place was more big issue TO my utter surprise he sent his son to escort our car to make us reach to our desired destination safely. Still while writing these lines I feel the horror which we underwent. This is the utmost star rating which I can give. I have no words to thank them.
