Close to the airport but you wouldn't know that once you are inside the gates. The food, drinks, rooms, public areas etc. Are fabulous. However, what really makes this hotel special is the staff. They are professional, efficient and super friendly. Love, love, love this place and can't wait to come back ❤️

My stay at Trident was highly luxurious… the whole staff is very considerate, caring, co-operative and well behaved… the thing which I liked the most is that our personal likings n preferences were given more importance than anything else… Breakfast Buffet was too good… A must visit place to stay.

Fascinating property I found this to be a great place to stay for many reasons — location, ambiance, facilities, service, food and hygiene. Location is very convenient. I had dinner at saffron restaurant and the food taste was terrific. Options of food and authenticity of the taste is appreciated. I also used gym, can’t say it's huge, but adequate enough to use without waiting in a queue. All the equipment were in good condition as well. Menu at breakfast is perfect, didn’t feel like short on anything. Overall a great property and resort like design. A well bought lightness to my trip.

This is the most amazing hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff is very friendly and the place is beautiful. I am with 2 kids and parents and things are extremely convenient… My parents even have an accessible room… Only 1 thing… He is on wheelchair and cannot go to there pool as it requires steps… But the staff kindness and and the ambience covers up for everything. Cilantro is the main restaurant where Sunday brunch and breakfast happens and had dinner at saffron last night… Great food. Choice of beer is limited… BUT didn't feel it for a bit… Kingfisher they have is the light one. So that's good!

This is a plush hotel right next to the highway. It's a beautiful low rise property spread over 7 acres. It has landscaped gardens to go with the world class facilities ii provides to their guests. The night view is one of the best you could ever find. The rooms are big and the bathrooms are spacious. The staff is courteous and the food is high quality.

Didn't stay here, but tried the Indian restaurant. Excellent food. Choice of wine was limited and significantly overpriced ($30 bottles selling for $180).

Beautiful hotel — despite being close to the highway, once you're inside the grounds it's like being in another, more tranquil, world. Staff are incredibly friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Food is fantastic and you can also walk to the Oberoi (part of the same group) next door for additional variety. The walled pool area is surrounded above by pools which overflow to create waterfalls. Would definitely return!

Good service experience, breakfast is rich, open-air swimming pool is very comfortable. The transportation distance from the Skytrain station and the airport are very close, is a very recommended hotel, the hotel airport shuttle bus to nearly 40 dollars, with Uber much cheaper, about 1/10 of the price.

My choice hotel in Gurgaon. Rooms, even not as spacious as in sister property Oberoi, are still good and overall relaxed and true resort type of atmosphere prevailing over everything else. Pool is outstanding. Service is very friendly. Food is nice, especially as combo menu between Asian and International restaurants. Been many times, but won't hesitate to stay again.

This is the best hotel with the best service. Absolutely nice, kind, caring and sweet non judgemental staff. I loved the stay. They're the most accommodating people. I would definitely recommend this.

A nice 3 star hotel and a restaurant with good food. The place has ample lush green space for outdoor party. The food is good and staff is well mannered. The place is situated on NH 8 opposite to infinity tower (known as ship building) and cyber city. Try to avoid this place during office hours as the place is surrounded by offices (udyog Vihar and cyber city) you may face heavy traffic.

The service was excellent. Buffet was good. But we found a stone in the pasta. Although the chef apologized for it, one doesn't expect that from Trident.

Fabulous building. Very well staffed — I mean literally. Well groomed folks all around. Lives up to 5 star brand. Food and service are both good.

Located very close to cyber city and ambience mall, trident is well suited for business and leisure travel. The hotel provides unlimited free drops within a 5 km radius and unlimited pick up and drops to the ambience mall. Hotel is very tastefully done and serves a lavish and extensive buffet breatfast and lunch. Being a 5 star it is expensive but it is money well spent. I would rate it as the best 5 star property in Gurugram. It is located on the highway so easily accessible by Metro and from the airport.

It was my birthday celebration at this beautiful property… The staff is great but food needs some improvements… Very hard pasta, pizza was decent, Indian food was not up to the mark, desserts were nice, salads were the best and must try is their risotto with wild mushrooms… I am a vegetarian so can't comment on the non veg portion…

The trident is a business hotel, and you will get what you expect from the name. Great, location, massive property, very friendly staff, good quality of food n rooms. But its the small things that are overlooked which may ruin your stay at the Trident. If you are in a deluxe room, and there are kids in the other room, you can be sure of hearing their noise at all times. Even so, you can hear the toilet flush go off in the next room. The blanket wasn't on a comfortable side for a winter night and the heater in the room doesn't work. Lastly when they have such a massive property, making the washrooms slightly larger would have been a good idea. Overall it was a pleasure staying here. The heated swimming pool was great.

Always heard that The Trident is the best place in Gurgaon, I get to experience it and wow what a place that it is. You'll forget the world outside and indulge in peace. Apart from service and beauty of the place, food is the go for thing. Really loved all the options in buffet. Definitely a place to go for many many times.

Having actually stayed here many times over the last couple of years as its closest to my office. There are times when everything is good and there are times when everything is bad. Today the shower Dosent have any pressure and water is only like warm. The traffic noise from the road is bad. They moved me to some other room in the middle of the night. The traffic noise is worse. The staff don't seem to understand quiet room. Everything is slow. I don't think its a great option for a business traveller. Wasting hours of someone else's time. I don't think I am staying here again.

Strange architecture, possibly aimed at “just to be different”. If you’re going there to the restaurant to eat Indian food, better ask someone who’s been there earlier. Pathetic might be a understatement. The lobby area remains quite silent and empty, perhaps speaks about the popularity of the hotel. But of course it is clean and tidy as expected from high end hotels.

Probably the best 5* in Gurgaon area. Works well for both business stays or just to unwind with creature comforts. Service and Food is the icing!

Quite honestly the top 5 hotels I have stayed in that consistently meets and beats my expectations every time I stay here. The customer service is well beyond many of the worldwide hotels I have experienced. Polite staff members who know everything to make your stay comfortable. The restaurant options are plenty and choices are abundant. The hotel grounds are truly marvelous, especially the pool and gym. I really like the comfort of the bed and rooms, everything smells so nice here and they do a great job keeping the hotel looking amazing.

Service and waiter staff is quite trained and knows there job very well. Big rooms, NYC lobby and awesome entry.

Had buffet here. Has salad counter, live pasta, pizza, chat counter, Asian counter and few starters. Food was really good. Lacked buffet spread. Chicken, mutton, fish and other sea food in salad was available. Very few options for vegetarian. Very good ambience but food variety has to improve a lot.

Beautiful setting. Rooms were very nice. The lunch and dinner buffet at Cilantro was average, and the dishes were repeated.

Beautiful hotel, would love to stay here again. Nearby to many restaurants and bars (as well as having it's own restaurants). Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Only spent one night but will look for opportunities to stay again in the future.

The experience at the trident is amazing. The quality of the hotel is great… heated pool in the winter, the amazing food in the general restaurant with an addition to eat in the Saffron where you can have a culinary indian dinner! BUT the biggest reward to rate this as excellent are the people that serve you with great dedication and they are genuine! They make you feel at home even after coming back after a year they make you feel welcome again! Feeling like home thanks for the experience each time.

Saffron: A must must and must visit place. One of the finest north indian food I ever had. Ordered thali, which started with a creamy delicious lentil coconut soup served with papad and lemon. Appetizers included mutton seekh and fish tikka, alongside a refreshing cocktail, which were too good to order again. Main course was amazingly yummy. Dal makhani, palak paneer, butter chicken and special highlighter was Aloo mutton and malabar parantha. Desserts and Staff were really really sweet too. A memorable lunch!

I've spent more than 1000 nights in hotels and traveled 1.5 million miles and this hotel has the best customer experience I've ever seen. On top of that the grounds are an absolute paradise of tranquility. If your ever in Delhi I can't recommend it more.

Went there for a meeting & the experience was amazing. This place look amazing at Night. Flame torches around the pool and near entrance, it was all mesmerizing.

Nice Hotel with an ambient atmosphere. When you are in you do not feel the city anymore. I like the open people. But too much hello at each and every door. I'm not the person that needs to be asked twenty times a day for my feelings, as I tend to answer and do not ignore others. Breakfast is nice and well served. Dinner buffet is overpaid. Nearly 50€ for a coke plus buffet is too much. In Germany or the states I would accept this. But here the relations does not match anymore.

Height, light and space is main concept of this hotel. Modern bar and fine dinning restaurant Saffron is main attraction of this place.
