Nice cuisine. We had a get together and food was awesome.

Amazing And Friendly staff Loved it.

The services have deteriorated post Covid. This is not the same Taj anymore. No water glasses or culinary are served proactively without follow ups. Long wait time to get the table ready and many more.

Warm, friendly welcome from the front door to check-in. Everyone is polite and extremely professional. The house keeping staff do a fantastc job of keeping my room spotless and tidy. Loving the luxury of my suite is 5* Food choices are fantastic, makes choosing what to eat first a challenge as it all looks fresh and delicious. Would definitely recommend this hotel for Get away or holiday stay.

Food is not good, option are very limited restricted to Thai food only.

Celebrating our 25th anniversary had to be at a Taj property ofcourse… and we don't regret our decision at all. Amazing hospitality and an evening full of surprises planned by the efficient staff, the lovely cake at the Thai pavilion. Everything has been planned to perfection. Special mention to Charu, Guest experience Manager for making our stay an amazing experience. Taj has been/will be our preferred hotel and they never fail to live upto their reputation.

Service was very poor, Most of food container were empty. If you need anything, you have to call staff2-3 times then only they listen. Most dishes were cold. Overall it was not matching with Taj hotel standards at all. Very poor buffet experience at Taj City centre Gurugram.

Good property only cleanliness is a little concern… in my last stay we found washroom were terrible. Otherwise property is phenomenal.

Very Slow room service … Food at coffee shop not appropriate… we had to replace everything we ordered.

Pool just adorn the Taj property. We were famished and immediately after check in we had tandoor chicken sandwich followed by a cup of coffee, both were delicious. Thereafter, in dinner we had butter chicken, their another speciality. Breakfast starts around 7, though they have number of cuisines it was not that up to the mark. Rooms and overall ambience is positive and pleasant. Property is Near to Starbucks and Huda metro station. View from top floor made it worth to stay. Staff is cordial but can work more on hospitality with a smile.

Discriminating hotel. Just because my last name is not Indian or Western, from reception, restaurant, concierge, I was ignored and being abandoned. This is obvious since I'm travelling with one Indian colleague, the discrimination happened many time. For example, the restaurant cashier printed out 1 bill instead of separate bill, he then asked my colleague to sign on it and tell her that I can sign next to her signature. Instead of telling me directly. Why can't he just talk to me since I am in front of the counter looking at him? This was just one of the example, I had wrote an email to the GM yesterday for the details of each incidents happened where I was treated unfairly. I really dissapointed, it makes me feel was it because I have chinese look? or just because I look younger? either one, I deserve the same treatment and I believe everyone should be treated fairly and equally. I am currently an in-house guest staying until 14th June 2018. I have stayed 3 times in within 2 months and will make sure to not return to this hotel if the service remain the same.

Very recently, we organised our daughter's wedding and preceding functions like Mehndi, Sangeet and Haldi at Taj City Centre Gurugram on 8th, 9th and 10th December 2017. The two families, extended families and friends stayed in the Hotel for 3 days. The entire experience was extremely good and it turned out to be a dream wedding. Right from Day we booked, the Hotel representative Nikita Garg made it her mission to make things easier for us within and outside the Hotel including much needed help in contacting support vendors. She also solved all our problems relating to the complicated logistics of a residential wedding. Once we checked in, the Banqueting staff headed by one Rahul took over all our problems including those unconnected to Banqueting. Further, the front office staff, ensured a smooth and courteous check in and check out process for over 120 guests. And finally, at the Travel desk, Ajay and Amit moved the guests efficiently and at affordable cost from Airport to Hotel and back. Thank you Taj CC Gurugram. Would definitely highly recommend the Hotel for Banqueting, stay and food.

11.12.2017 It may have taken a while to get to my mouth but it seems like I've found the best dessert spread in NCR finally… and yes the Peach Bellini … Oh Bellini! But I will later come to how the food was. Let me first tell you how Revant Sharma ensured how all my dreams of being slim and pretty flew outta the window… and fast! His personable and efficient demeanour made it so difficult for me to say a no to all the food that he was suggesting and serving… Goodness gracious…! So even though we had had a sour taste in our mouth on account of a reservation glitch in the afternoon, Revant, bathed in true Taj hospitality, gave us every reason to focus singularly on our evening, the good food and a largely spectacular service. So ladies and gentlemen… go for the food, yes… but then many serve what Culina, the All Day Dining at the serves… … but do the others serve it with the warmth of a super skilled host, as good as at the Taj…? The head chef has designed an amazing buffet menu with a perfect blend of Indian, Western and Oriental cuisines. With so much to eat and such comfortable ambience, allow yourself to relish the meal for a couple of hours… Did not particularly enjoy their starters, for they had lost their crunch and freshness while sitting in the chafing dish for way too long. I particularly enjoyed my flavourful salads and then some pizza and a very subtly flavoured pasta. The Western and Oriental main course spread, above average.

Great hospitality, courteous staff and excellent food. Happened to stay over the weekend and were upgraded to Suite room with a city and pool view. Amenities were top notch except a few niggles — bath robe was a little torn, the birthday cake I requested at 11:55 p. M. Came at 12:15 a. M. Which kind of spoiled the experience a bit. But overall a great stay! Keep up the good work!

A nice place to relax with kids. A great spa and salon, kids loved the muffin making class with the master Chefs of Taj and splash in the cool pool. Above everything a great team full of empathy. I accidentally got hurt during my stay in Vivanta Gurgaon and was overwhelmed by the way the whole staff came up to me helping with every possible way and felt extremely pampered when the in house dining incharge arrived with a beautiful trolley loaded with my favorite sandwiches along with sweets with a beautiful Get Well soon message from the Hotel, enough to make me smile amidst my pain… Thank you Taj for beautiful memories!
