Best place and Good staff.

Overall Experience was nice.

It was a pleasant experience to be at Cafe 55, Park Inn, Gurgaon for dinner. Sumptuous food, calm ambience and wonderful services. We went with our 16 months old and restaurant staff made sure to provide us with the best of the comforts. We opted for buffet and what a lovely gesture by restaurant staff to offer and serve complementary fries and khichdi for our munchkin. Pasta that we ordered was perfectly cooked with blend of perfect sauce and herbs. North Indian was drool worthy. And special thanks to the wonderful staff Mr. Manish and mr. KRISHNA for all the services. Keep it UP!

Best place to stay. Hotel room is neat and clean. Service also good. There is no view from hotel window. But the from stay point of view hotel is very good.

I had stayed at this beautiful hotel with my family for a night… my family and I fully enjoyed our stay… the rooms were spacious and tidy. The bathroom (which I’m very picky about personally) was sparkling. The breakfast spread was delicious. Since I had an early morning meeting, the hotel staff was courteous enough to provide me an early breakfast which was very filling. The only complain that I have is regarding the accommodation of the driver that accompanied us. The room was in the basement and was full of mosquitoes. Being the humid weather it is, the room was inadequate in ventilation adding to the misery of the person living in there. Kindly arrange for something more comfortable for them as well. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice ambience, remarkable interiors. Good for family Get togethers. Awesome food with good quality. Service is top of the class and especially the staff is very courteous. I will like to mention about the Manager Krishna Chaudhary, he is very helpful and flexible. He goes extra mile in delighting the customer.

This is an average hotel with dearth of staff. The interiors are average and the staff is polite. The food in the restaurant was good. The halls for seminars are cheap and serves the purpose. Located quite away from the city and thus less crowded. The area where this hotel is located is not a posch area.

It's a a good place to be: clean, quiet, good food. The staff is polite and friendly. Have been staying here since 2017 and always love to go back. It's home away from home for me. Why did I give 4 stars? The pool and gym need a face-lift. And there is always room for improvement.

The training rooms had a basic air-conditioning problem. Either it was heated or too cold and the thermostat once off, will not switch on the AC again. The lights in some part of the training rooms were not adequate. Yet, the food was light and good. Services was OK.

Nice ambiance and good food. Lifts are mostly occupied by their own staff. Room service is so slow. Cleanliness is 4 out of 5.

Very bad experience. Food quality is bad. Both dinner n break fast were not up to the mark. Rooms were too chilling in night n too warm in morning. Amex card swipe mamhine doesn't work here. Need to learn hospitality a b c.

Park inn, Gurgaon is situated at sector 15, Although hotel is good in all aspects but it is congested, you can't feel luxury their but you can stay their comfortably. Breakfast is up to the mark. Quality is goos. Taste is good. Hotel is located near to the so many corporate offices near Jharsa Road, sector 32. Over all it is good to stay their. Parking is small. Hotel staff is good.

They have many cuisines & uphold a friendly ambience. Out of all their offering we tried Chinese & it was really nice, has a tinge of authenticity and was appealing to our taste buds.

This restaurant here is one of the best I have ever been to in that area of Gurgaon. And I tried their Indian delicacies, I loved them to be honest. Other than that they have a great setting, spacious & well lit indoors. I liked the place, clean & calm.

The hotel view is very beautiful, but in night time please use Google maps to search the direction, otherwise local people don't know the exact location of hotel. Staff is very supportive and responsive, even they change the breakfast time for myself as I have to go early to office at 7 am. I have got very good service. Will recommend every one to have visit if you are searching hotel in gurgaon civil line.

Excellent rooms, good food and good service.

This hotel provided comfortable stay. They have variety of menus and the meals are also delicious. Some waiters have good service, especially named MN… (I forgot his name), thank you for your consideration. The front desk clerks are also kind and flexible.

Park inn is an nice little hotel tucked away in gurugram. The hotel staff is really courteous and helpful, we had an issue in the room we had been given but upon complaining they not only changed but upgraded the room as well. It is nice and clean and the room are pretty well made. The parking is underground and a little narrower to get in but it's still manageable. I believe the down side is the food, it is some thing they can really improve upon. Rest everything is fine. If you are going there for an over night then it is good value for money.

Park inn is a good Place in Gurgaon to Host Corporate Training Events and Orientation Programmes. They have three halls Capacity of 200 for one and 50 each for rest of the two. The location is Somewhat not better than other Competitors but they keep the environment inside pretty impressive.

Located in Sector 15 Gurgaon, it's situated within a Residential Property. The outside of the hotel looked disappointing, as it's a small hotel. The reception area is very simple and so is the food area. The rooms looked but the towels weren't hygienic. Had to get them changed multiple time. The TV didn't work, for my entire stay inspite of my complaint. The beds were comfortable and the room was cosy, so that made the stay a little easier. The buffet breakfast was decent. So, all in all, there is nothing exceptionally good with the hotel. If you don't have too many demands, then you ll like this place.

Do not mistake this for Park Inn by Radisson. Very average quality breakfast spread, plain jane interiors and ordinary staff. Good thing is rooms are reasonable size, clean with above average amenities.

Great room, nice service, free breakfast was very tasty and had lots of variety for both veg and non veg. Location is not too bad. It had a good bar too but didn't try anything else.

The worst place you would want to go with family. Staff is rude, rooms are not properly made. Food is atrocious and horrible. There pool is just a joke, it is only a big tub filled with water.
