It's a horrible experience staying at this hotel as services have become worst than a oyo hotel firstly the room that was offered was musty stinking and the bathroom was very dirty after repeated calling the front desk they changed my room this was not all we had ordered for some ice and soda which after repeated calling they finally sent the soda and water their food which I had ordered was stale but they replaced it immediately that was the only icing on the cake apart from this I have never experienced such a horrible stay and that too from a brand like Le Meridian which I think has gone down even worse than a Oyo brand hotel.

Property was completely sold out, yet the hospitality was administered brilliantly.

About a month ago, our car got stolen and we had our new club Marriott membership voucher booklet in the car which obviously got stolen too. Since then we've not only been running from pillar to post trying to keep pace with all the legal Police formalities but also with regularly messaging and sending emails to the concerned authorities at the hotel for getting a new voucher booklet. We'd taken the membership just before lockdown n hence hadn't been able to use even a single voucher from the same. When a thing gets stolen, as much as a car, there is enough sadness, frustration, anger and helplessness, to say the least, that one is feeling. And on top of that when we sent an email with FIR attached along, to the hotel person concerned, all we get is a curt reply that we can't do anything about it. Then we tried talking to the person who issued us the membership and even she cut the phone saying that she wouldn't be able to do anything and that we call on the toll free no. Calling there, no executive is available to talk and we are told that we'd get a call back but nothing happens. Finally we visited the hotel on 1.9.2020 and asked to meet the concerned person at the hotel. We waited for a good 45 minutes and still there was noone at the desk who could get us to talk with anyone in authority. Just as we decided to leave, totally disappointed, finally the F&B manger approaches us. That's the way a hotel as big n reputed as Le Meridien treats its members.

Great hotel with great food and nice temperature controlled swimming pool. Room have bathtub and food have a lot of options. Gym is clean and spacious. Washrooms have water Jet as opposed to other reviews.

You can get good breakfast/lunch deals. I had brunch on a Saturday. The spread was good and well prepared, but not the best I've had. On a day with good weather, grab a seat by the window and have a good meal. It won't disappoint.

A good hotel to dine and stay in. In terms of security, it has very strict standards. Food is very nice and delicious with wide range of variety. Halls are very spacious with adequate lighting arrangements. Parking facility is available. Dining management may seem rough sometimes, if that doesn't bother you then it's good to go!

Very much trained staff, Awesome Property with good choice of menu, very good rooms. I would like to recommend Security as one of the best practices I have seen in Hotels. Feeling safe from entrance of the hotel only. Would like to appreciate the Leader of Security of this hotel. This hotel will be the final destination for my any requirement. A hotel I stay at very often whenever I am in Gurgaon. It has nice compact stylish rooms a great lounge. The Italian restaurant at the lobby level is awesome. The 24 hour restaurant is also worth a visit. The swimming pool area needs an upgrade and some cleanliness. Icandy their discotheque is closed but I hear it will start soon.

Had lunch with friends yesterday at "The Latest Recipe". Great variety with multiple live stations. Great place to chill out with friends and family for a lazy afternoon. The staff always make you feel welcome. Recommended.

The food is okay. I visited "the latest recipe" by meridian. They have multiple live stations but the taste is no where close to authentic recipes. I ended up gulping 5 glasses of peach and apple detox water served by them. The staff is very courteous and very Friendly. The look and feel of the restaurant is very board room like and a little less fun than I expected. The food arrangements are a little mixed up. You need to go scavenging for the right item to eat.

Very courteous staff. Nice buffet. Great bar. Nice gym. Fairly close to the airport. A nice place to stay overnight.

The rejuvenation point. Staycation over a weekend is a good idea. Mostly for high end customers indulging in some luxury time. With the jiva spa being open post midnight, and calming ambience in the lounge area, away from the hustle bustle of the city, Le Meridian is a good idea for sure. If you are lucky enough, u might spot some peacocks too from your window faced rooms… live in it. Love it.

The location is somewhat bad as it is quite far from the usual Delhi sightseeing. However it's very close to the Cyber City and airport so it's used by a lot of companies. The rooms are absolutely brilliant but they could add more channels to the TV. The service is very helpful and fast. Overall one of the best hotels I've stayed in.

Awesome and lively place. Doesn't seem lively from outside but lively from inside and yes along with an amazing mind blowing high prices for everything. Swimming pool, gym, longitude bar, restraunt, rooms everything is luxurious. Loved the place! Not located at any prime spot within Gurgaon and entry to property is little tipsy. Ambience too is not that great. However if one is looking to get flavor of 5 star then certainly it is economically viable option for family dinners and formal get together.

I recently stayed in Le Meridien Gurgaon Hotel, India. This is one of the reputed star hotels and pleased to be there. The rooms are very nice and comfortable with all the amenities. The guest will be pleased for sure. The reception and the hotel staff were helpful. The restaurant is simply superb with continental and Indian food. The Cook and waiters are really awesome with polite services. The fitness center and swimming pool is very simple and enjoyable. The rooms are medium sizes compare to other star hotels, still two to four guests can be accommodated in a room. The surrounding is peace and quite environment without madness of traffic and noises or pollution to date. You would get natural breeze around. There is metro railway station nearby and it is just walkable distance. You would enjoy the travel around with its easy access. You would get special discount and offer to stay there. I went here for a business event. Ideally located for an official event. Being near a corporate hub. Courteous staff and good arrangement. Would recommend.

A great ambience and an awesome atmosphere from the moment we enter the main door. The service and hospitality is best in class n suites the brand image. Every event that has been conducted so far here has turned out to be an awesome experience.

We had a wonderful time at Le Meridian in Gurugram. We had a family reunion at the hotel. Spent quality time with my siblings. No worries about the food. Every thing was done for us. Thank you Le Meridian.

One of the best value for money breakfast buffets that I have enjoyed so far. It has a beautiful ambience and the buffet spread is pretty decent. If you ask for masala tea, you will get actual masala tea and the machine one. You also can request for special omelettes at the egg station. And the price is very reasonable. Great experience overall. Loved it!

Yesterday I went there for a ring ceremony. It is a best place for having any kind of functions and parties. Parking slot is also available there. Situated at Preety decent location. They have good staff selection.

Located at the far end of Gurugram this property does provide for some serene surroundings, specially so if you have been accommodated on the higher floors. Comfort is a given here although one has to admit that room sizes could have been a bit bigger here. The numbers of hangers that are generally there inside the closet indicates attention to detail but the same cannot be said of the tea making unit as one would fail to gather brown sugar there. The food is pretty much lip-smacking and they do go the extra distance if you want a dish customised a bit. Delighted with that part. But the spread in the breakfast could be a bit more I feel when compared to other properties in it's class. The pool area could be made a bit more bright I feel in the evenings and the architect seems to have messed up a bit with the plan there as the shower area is a bit cumbersome to approach. The staff is highly professional and courteous. Overall a pleasant experience guaranteed.

The luxury hotel was there at a party by the pool. The pool itself is small, but the depths are enough. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I can't say anything about the rooms.

Awesome place that is. Staff behavior is also very good and they are very helpful. Interior is so decorated and the lobby feels like heaven. 5 stars worth it.

One of the best office outings I did in a while. Good facility. Great food. Lot of conference rooms for corporate events. They have DJ and dance night arrangements too which is super cool.

I visited this place for a neurocritical care conference. It used to be the Pullman hotel earlier. This hotel is conveniently located near the metro line, and is on the outskirts of Gurgaon. It is easily accessible from the airport. The infrastructure for hosting a conference is excellent. Since I've not stayed here, I cannot comment on the rooms.

Went to an event in the hall at rhe basement. It was nicely done. Typical 5 star property. The exterior is nice too, cobble stone roads. But they do not have too much of a garden area. That's all I saw.

Hotel is nice, but I feel it lacked something. The stay was good, bed was nice and the amenities were good too, but I feel there was the warmth that was missing from this place. Staff was helpful but seemed tired when the hotel runs full. I was staying at a time when the auto expo was on and the fatigue was clearly there on the staff faces.

Can't say a 5 star. Have limited parking. If it's full you have to park on road and walk inside. Food — butter chicken, mutton rogan josh tasted like ordinary market eatery shops. Must try their blueberry cheese cake. It is awesome. Rooms are tidy clean. TV doesn't show all channels.

The service offered by the staff was amazing. The room service provided was great, and so was the food that we ordered to the room. Speaking about the room, it was as you expect from an establishment as this. The breakfast the next day was equally amazing and the check-in and check-out services were quick. The only issue I faced here was that certain 'mood lights' in the room were faulty, which I figured out when my friend from another room pointed it out. Not a big deal if you're living there for a night or on business. Overall, a great experience.

The hotel is good. In particular the restaurant service and the food quality. The chef by name Gaurav was amazing and ensured we had a good time. I will surely recommend this hotel to others. Yes, not to forget the ambience of the hotel is really great.

Second stay for business. Great hotel and facilities in good location. Away from the noisy centre and car horns allows a relaxing stay. Staff very friendly and helpful.   Good food and breakfast. Great gym, spa and pool. Overall very good experience. Very clean and beautiful.

Food was not good. Service was pathetic. Tea was ordinary. Still ok to conduct corporate meetings and workshop. Washroom is unique in style but disappointing. Well connected to metro and few meters from Delhi. Location is nice. Well maintained greenery outside hotel complex.

Horrible service and horrible hotel,, they blocked my card for 110% payment but did not refund the balance amount yet. It is being 2 weeks now, they promised to refund the balance within 48 hrs, I stayed there on 23rd Nov 2017. Horrible room with bad cracked walls and smelly carpets and smelly room. Bathroom was not cleaned for days I believe, body hair of the previous guests is all over the bathroom and in the room. I doubt that they had even wash the bed linen.

Nice hotel. Looks good from outside and inside although some if the interior could be renewed. Breakfast very nice too with Western and Indian food selection, there are also different fresh fruit juices included which are very yummy. Lunch/dinner are good too, either in the same place where breakfast is served or in the Italian restaurant. A word about the hotel staff: Very, very friendly when and where ever you meet hotel staff!

Above all, the staff here is super nice. The rooms look good, but your chances to get a good view from the room are 50/50 depending on which side your room is. Also, the switch points and controls in the room have been put without much planning, you'll be disappointed by that. The service is great, but the food is average. The swimming pool is not very big, and you'll have to bear the music of the club just outside the pool, so basically you can't relax at the pool. But the conference rooms are really amazing with ambient lighting and everything. If you're here only for a conference, this place is good.

The rooms are large and comfortable. Love the fitness center and steam room. The restaurants are good but wish there were more choices. Club lounge is nice and staff is friendly and accommodating.

We ushered in this spring with the Sunday Brunch at Latest Recipe by Le Meridien, Gurgaon. The wonderful live singing and the sunlight swept interiors made for a very relaxed setting. The buffet was booked through Gourmet Passport App and we availed their wonderful Buy 1 Get 1 Deal.

Elegant lobby, friendly staff. Rooms are comfortable and modern but could use a little touch up maintenance work. Location is a bit off the beaten track so cabs may not be able to find it as easily.

The location is decent distance away from the airport. It could take double the time to reach the airport during rush hours. The rooms are quite clean and medium sized with modern decor. Staff is courteous. Valet parking is available and they get your car to you without much of a wait. Lobby is quite spacious with lot of sitting area if you need to meet your friends or so.

6 stars if possible. Service was impeccable. Friendly and professional and definitely not overbearing. Rooms are spacious clean and have nice appliances. Pleasant views of surrounding areas. Gym and pool are high quality. Gym has great AC. Breakfast here is a HUGE buffet if very high quality Indian and western food with custom cook to order options as well. Only drawback here is that location makes for long 1 hr rides to center of town. However, it's near cyber hub for a good night out.

The staying in this hotel was very pleasant and enjoyable for us. We liked the location very much. The service people everywhere were very nice and polite. We liked the breakfast very much. The main problem we faced was the lack of air condition in the rooms. This has made our night sleep almost unbearable!

Awesome hotel. And good interior with good facilities. In the rooms. Bath tubs also available in washroom. Morning buffet is wow. Multiple cuisines are there with great hospitality. Loved that place. Well connected with metro.

Bad Chicken wings — disgusting Noodles — not hot, as if they were cooked long back Fish — was cooked well but was too oily Butter milk — was too spicy Dal Makhani — it was like the one remaining in last, thick and salty Yellow Dal — too much water Pizza — was looking for a saw to cut it too hard Good Breads Paneer Tikka Chicken tikka Aam panna Dahi balla Pasta Over all a bad experience. Manager tried to cover up by charging for one person only, but this was not the experience we were looking for at 5 Stars.

Not sure where I'm to start. The staff needs serious lessons on courteousness, response time and so on. In room dining is average and that's being nice. Room sizes are small and agree with the previous review that some of the walls are damp and need rework… will definitely rethink my options before booking here again.

Its Well mantained and great location Good for parties and functions.

Room was ok, 5th floor. Noticed that the walls needed painting, bubbling cement everywhere and dirty carpet. I get back to the room at 8pm and realise half the floor is being renovated, and 3 guys are painting the hallway outside my room. There's dust and paint everywhere including in my room. Call up, get a room transfer in 15 mins to 9th floor. Room has new carpet, much better toiletries, nespresso machine, better bath — but it's the same room. Ask for a higher floor, some of the lower ones are a total mess. Would have appreciated an upgrade or even apology.

Worst experice with this hotel. I booked the banquet of this hotel at rs 2500 in january I had dopised the full amount of 200 people but at the date of occasion they were asking for rs 3500 per plate then I gave them the extra amount and then my ocasion timings were 7 pm but the confrence was going on. The gave me the banquet for decuration at 7:15 and my occasion starts at 8:30 they spoil my occasion. They spoil the cake also. The banquet staff is worst.

Name often changes. Been here a few times. The night club next to the place is great. Becomes sort of a pool party with various events including music events happen here which are great.

Have been here for Facebook Town Hall meeting. Great place. It has all continent food.

The gym instructor vijender was very nice and helpful he had a good know how about exercises nice and respectful.

Horrible. My company has a contract with them so we have to stay there for work. Rooms are bad, an inherent lack of quality. Don't be fooled by he lobby when you walk in leading people to believe that it's a good hotel. Not impressed. Don't recommend it at all.
