Don't know much about the hotel but the mall with it is dead. Half the ship's have closed quite a few ate closing. Only saving grace is Monk restaurant and Anokhi shop.

Been there a couple of times due to proximity to my office … Great ambience, good place to meet for a coffee meeting in the mall … Not seen the hotel section though but other part is good.

The hotel is part of mixed land use property. The lobby is nice, rooms are just fine. The staff is rude and food is average.

Nice place. Enjoyed Anniversary Night with family. Tasty food and Excellent Service. Better to book table over phone and order a cake with message before going and get it on table at end of dinner.

I choose this hotel in India, Taj is excellent but Galaxy gives me memories from my time with Ranbaxy!

Centrally located, this luxury hotel has been a delight. The only letdown is the lack of complementary breakfast, however the in-room dining is simply delicious. The staff is courteous, helpful and very prompt.

It was fantastic experience overhear. Interior was unique and management of everything was ok.

Bang on NH8. Has a wonderful shopping arcade and if u are wanting good ethnic stuff then it is the place to go. Never mind the slight mark up in prices. If u are lucky then you may find some good artists at work. The restaurants here are very good and if you are keen on freshly brewed beer then head to Galaxy.

Rooms are spacious with all amenities. Staff is friendly and courteous. Food is tasty.

Just a bit of a grimy hotel. Everything was old and there were stains and water marks all around the edges of the furniture. Fine for a quick overnight stay like mine but if I'd had to stay any longer I would have been very disappointed.

I'm biased towards this place for the nostalgic feeling attached to this place for me, but unfortunately this little gem is loosing out to sec-29/cyberhub. This place house the first microbrewery in Gurgaon, one the finest oriental cuisine restaurant (monk) and the best bakery in town. You should definitely check this place out if you don't want maddening rush of other place and still want to go to a decent place. I've taken one star of for the reason that things have not be maintained the way they were (possibly due to low footfall)

Rooms are spacious with HD Television, office table and sofa which provides the complete comfort. Fridge available but no mini bar facilities. Toilets without a jet Uncomfortable for Indian. Food are over priced compared to the taste. Breakfast average. No newspaper provided in the room.

The hotel is little far from the airport but I like it there very much. Easy check-in checkout. Staff was very good and good was delicious. They have very big rooms and bathrooms. Every room have special bath tubs. You can listen TV in the bathroom. There is a small mall in the hotel and a pub, which is awesome. You should try it.

Worst company for it's employees. It has been 11 months my husband left this company and is still struggling to receive his own hard earned money. The HR team never opened my husband's PF account and kept on deducting a part of his salary every month in the name of PF. Now they say that his pf amount has been added in someone else's account. Which company of this repute does this to it's employees. HR department is so rude they just keep yelling at my husband whenever he calls to clarify the matter (most of the times they don't respond). Please never join this Company as an employee.

Absolutely pathetic. It should be shameful for these guys to call themselves a 5 star. You are welcomed with half left drinks from the past waiting guests on the table. The rooms were dirty and were scented with cheap cigarettes they bought from a panwaadi right besides the hotel. I requested for an early check in and were graciously given a room one hour late than the standard check in time. The bathroom has a huge window for the pedestrian to stare at you while you enjoy there bath tub. The beds and pillows are so comfortable that you might want to rip your spinal cord off of your body. After all these disappointments you’d expect a fast check out. It took me around half hour to check out, I guess they had there fastest person at the counter. Definitely would recommend if you want to hate your absolute existence.

Overall a good place to stay. A bit pricey for the value they provide. Multiple options for food. House keeping needs to improve room fittings which are aged and need attention. Front desk should be more responsive, fast and customer friendly. They have a laid back attitude and are slow in attending.

Great property and an equally hospitable staff. Rooms are fabulous for singles, couples as well as family travelers. Galaxy mall is the next building. Lots of options for good food, shopping, booze and fun. Value for money.

Never Again the Filthy Filthiest The Room is very filthy and maintenance is very poor. The bed linen old and worn out. Staff is not service oriented and missing basic behaviors like "Welcome" or "Good Evening" Management Matters. The Hotel Concept seems to be nice but presently there is nothing good and they have to work on the cleaning and maintenance as we'll as on the Service and behavior. 2Stars because it's near to our Customers. There are much better hotels around.

It's good for party. But not for stay and dinner, all room and dinner is average.

Good place for business stays in Gurgaon. Clean, comfortable and affordable. Comes equipped with the many provisions of a business hotel.

Very nice hotel with Good rooms, good amenities & helpful staff. Can improve on breakfast though.

Staff could improve their corporation part. Bathrooms are really nice. I recommend going for room with jacuzzi. Giving 2 star because of bad behaviour of hotel staff at reception.

The food there was very bland. Also the service was delayed but overall the look and hospitality of top notch.

The location of Galaxy hotel is quite accessible, situated right on National Highway 8. The underground parking area is not well maintained with water puddles all around along with a stingy smell. The hall where the function was arranged was not very spacious although it was able to accommodate the gathering. During the break for refreshment, the snacks got exhausted within 5 minutes and it took some time to be replenished. Overall it was an average experience.

Comfortable rooms. Food in the restaurant just downstairs is yummy. Just be aware of locking before leaving the room.

Amazing experience. Staff at the premises are extremely polite and always ready to help you out.

Had dinner at Monk, great fresh beer from Howzzat and sumptuous food at Monk. Amit from Howzzat explained how they brew fresh beer… It takes upto a month to mature beer, that was something new I learnt today. The live music on piano was also wonderful.

It's more of a business mall where conferences and meetings are held. On the 1st floor there are restaurants and bars which looks quite decent as well. Crowd is decent and more office crowd exists.

A very nice hotel, one of my favorites hotel in Gurugram. I truly enjoy the ambience. I visit the gym regularly. A great hotel.

Stayed here for 10 days a stretch. Thoroughly enjoyed my time here. Very nice staff and very cosy ambience. Breakfast items are delicious, rest meal for dinner is also very nice. Very neat and clean rooms. Would advise all to consider this place for stay at Gurgaon.

A class a one sandar jabardast place og GGN must to go n take a better experience of a nice life.

I am a regular visitor at Galaxy for last 5-6 years. Surprisingly, the air conditioning in the shopping arcade and coffee shop is WORST BEYOND WORDS. You sweat like hell ad so do the staff in the shops. Complements to the staff working in these shops. It is understood from all the shops that the air conditioning is looked after by Galaxy and not individually. This pathetic state repeats every summers. There is no one to look after this aspect and administration is busy in their own world. I will never ever now dare to go to their shops at least from April till Sep. After which almighty Himself takes care of Galaxy. If the administration is sensitive to their brand image then only something can be done, else it will one day fade away.

Its full of drug addicts and prostitutes and monkeys wonder the hallways.

Good hotel in Gurgaon. Check in took a bit time. Bathroom fixtures are old… Maintenance required specially for water tabs in bath tub… Although it was a short stay for us… But next time would like to try your spa rather then rooms…

Review is for the cafe — good ambience, service and decor. Coffee was fine — couldn't tell the difference between a cappuccino and latte.

Howatzz beer baar, based around cricket themes… Awesome.

Good place to stay and organize a party in gurgaon as it lies somewhere accessible to main gurgaon areas ample space for parking.

Hotel staff is amazing. Restaurants in mall are all great. Howzatt beer is mediocre.

A decent hotel. The room was kinda weird. No windows. Felt claustrophobic. The staff was sweet and courtious but the room we got did not do justice to the price. It may be bad luck but still. The location though is amazing. Close to cyber city and all amenities that are round attached to a kind of a mall that has great food.

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had with terrible room upkeep, lack of maintenance and poor management. Health inspection for mold and leaking is highly reccommended. Dont go into room 310, the ceiling exploded like a waterfall and damaged my computer. No remorse and management kept changing their promises. I have told my company and the consulting firm I work with to never reccommend this hotel. I have been staying in hotels in gurgaon and delhi for the past 2 months and this "motel" should be embarrassed to refer itself as a '5 star' hotel.

Awesome place… food is sumptuous… really… shopping lovers can find great too.

Been a regular there since it's inception. It's getting a little crowded at times which takes the sheen off. Love the coffee at Beanstalk. It's the best in NCR. Monk is what it is. Great place, ambience and people.
