Bad hotel with disgusting food quality.

Pathetic service. Just here to mend money, loot the people without providing any service.
my sister is quarantined here for 14 days and she has fallen sick because of the gross, stale food they serve. She was even served food which she was allergic to which has worsened her condition. We will sue them soon after this lockdown is over.
there is no coordination between the kitchen and the hotel management. Zero recommendation, disgusting and stale foos, and pathetic service.

This is my first time to visit Hilton Garden Inn, Gurgaon, Banni Square. My experience is quite good and memorable in the regards of food, services a d quality. Staffs were very polite and cooperative. I must say this is the good place for stay on Golf Course extension road. Overall experience was good. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable stay with neat and pretty rooms. The staff is very courteous and the breakfast buffet has a big spread of delicious food. The location is also quite convenient and the hotel has many markets nearby for the shopper in you.

Hilton is a great hotel … From couple of restaurant for dining to great spacious rooms. Hilton is full of great experience… They are very much focused on great services and have been famous for that.

Fine Hotel. Excellent bartender fellow in the bar on ground floor. Food is nice. Breakfast spread is with ample to choose from. Rooms are luxurious. Amenities top class. Staff is polite, helpful & courteous. Will go back asap.

Very good option to stay in Delhi, Gurgaon area. The staff is always willing to help. They are very polite at the lobby and all who they work at the restaurant show top professionalism and friendliness! Very clean and quiet rooms. I will definitely come back again!

Worst ever Service you would expect in a Hilton. Am surprised that Hilton is associated with this property. Attended a friends Wedding party at Courtyard. The service was pathetic. The man at the Bar served ice with bare hands… yuck… Throughout the party the waiters wanted to clean up tables and end the party so that they could eat. My advise to guests. Stay away. Check into an Oyo.

Soaked in the brand of Hilton… An impromptu decision of staying overnight would turn into memoir, well that was not thought of but it became a reality… The hotel is moderately expensive (presence in Gurugram, a swirling metropolis, demands heavy costs) but the experience was worth, every penny…. Check in process, housekeeping services, room size, view from the room, upholstery, toiletries, ambiance, sleep quality, no noise at all in the corridors (despite being close to lifts), all were flawless… The breakfast buffet spread was sumptuous, numerous options to cater to and aptly suited to the varying and evolving palette…Indian Food, both North and South Indian varieties, non-veg options (could be improved though), Asian Food, multiple choices of juices, cold cuts, 3-4 varieties of curd, a renowned probiotic drink, eggs to order, waffle station, Pastry Section, varieties of tea & Coffee, the list goes on… The restaurant service was superb, even though it was full in the morning, we experienced no delay, the guys moved around swiftly and actively engaged in feedback…

Nice room, very curt, helpful and polite staff, special kudos to Bhupinder for doing up my room which is well designed and laid out. Chef, great food and very good spread but hash browns for breakfast had uncooked potatoes both days :). The room service food was also good. Overall I would recommend this place and look forward to staying here during my future visits to Gurgaon.

Functional hotel. Generally good service. Well located in Gurgaon. Didn't try the mall next door but I reckon might be useful in case of long term stay.

Have stayed in this hotel for long periods and it is one of the best in business around gurgaon. The best part is that it has Bani Square attached to it and your never feel hungry. The Breakfast is pretty good with nice spread and the rooms are homely.

If you want to feel like a God stay here! Clean beautiful and a caring environment for all their guests! The restaurant is fantastic! I highly recommend their morning buffet.

A recent stay proved to be very enjoyable. Friendly efficient staff, clean rooms, a great rooftop pool and bar with happy hour drink and food specials made for a memorable stay. In the Glass house restaurant downstairs our waiter Amit made us feel very special with his warm greetings and great service! Would stay again if we were in the area.

Decent hotel. Rooms are well and clean of course built with Indian value. Breakfast is all kinds and is good.

Nice rooms, comfortable king size bed. Very friendly and nice hotel and restaurant stuff. Good choice of Indian food in the hotel restaurant (Glass House). Convenient hours for breakfast, lunch and supper. There is also coffee and pastry bar (Café'o Lait).

Superb place to hang out from set pattern regularly restaurants in gurgaon delhi! Roof top have amazing view & staff ambience is very alluring up to the mark v nice personally | food is very good in taste & in right quality! If couple want to go for a dinner with Special arrangements this is the place to be.

I attended our company seminar in the conference room. Snacks, beverages and buffet style lunch were provided. Really liked the food and beverages. Conference rooms were well maintained with assistance for setting up the seminar.

Thank God for their valet parking since the property is on a relatively narrow stretch of road, hence, parking could be a nightmare! Their restaurant has decent options and akin to a typical Hilton hotel food options. It's about good. Check out Vibe — Their SkyBar for special occasions since they keep coming up with different options.

Really enjoyed my stay… The cafe and cakes are really amazing in the bakery. Pretty descent food too. The rooms were well kept and well equipped. All and all… A good experience.

A very nice property on a busy road. Rooms nice and very well maintained. I had food at one of their restaurant (I've forgotten the name completely) and I think the food was just about average and nothing worth recommending. Staff was supportive and friendly.

We've stayed in numerous hotels all around India but the staff here have made our trip a memorable experience — notably Mayank and Mahendra who I interacted with most. The level of service was exceptional and additionally the hotel was very comfortable.

It has an awesome ambience. Although I was there for a very short time it tricked me to try their cafeteria near the reception. The food was really good. The receptionist was very polite and helped me get my work done in a very quick time as I was there for just collection of some documents.

A good hotel for it’s price. The breakfast of a very good choice, the dinner buffet menu quite good as well. Nice bar at the top. The rooms are clean. Baani plaza next doors offers quite a variety of the restaurants.

Good location, all major places in gurgaon accessible easily. Hotel staff is very courteous, had an enjoyable evening. Seminar rooms are spacious and well equipped to hold any sort of meetings, corporate events or seminars.

I would say this place is okay, not mindblowing, but decent comfortable stay at a reasonable cost. Good and professional service and accessible if you need to be in this part of town. Below is a photo of a typical room. Tbe rooms are well appointed but maintenance could be better.

Quite amazed at the quality of service and rooms being offered for the price charged as compared to other hotels. Checkin and checkout were smooth and the reception staff were friendly. The room was clean and had a mini refrigerator, water heater, iron etc. Did not try the food.

One of My favourite places for an amazing breakfast buffet, with a great spread to choose from. They have a variety of fruits, cereals and apart from Indian options they have continental as well. Great breads to choose from. And love their fresh fruit, they have more than the same old watermelon and pineapples. They could however add more cold cuts and a platter of cheese. Also an option of different waffles and pancake should be either placed on the table to choose from or the usher should inform. Overall I love this place, cool and casual ambience.

Had a 2-week stay here for my business trip and I'd say the services provided are very good. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by a security personnel by the name of Ravinder and Radha the receptionist. Hotel staffs are very nice and friendly. The check-in and check-out were super smooth. Room cleanliness was superb. Breakfast and in-room dining are excellent. Couldn't get enough of the chicken masala omelette during breakfast.
Laundry services however can be improved in terms of delivery timing. Overall, a very good and comfortable place to stay, be it for vacation or business trips. Would definitely stay here again in the future :)
