Located a bit far. But excellent service and delicious food. Limited breakfast options.

Nice but should add some activities for adults as well as kids.

Fantastic place to visit. Money for value place. Supportive staff. Ambience is just perfect.

We booked for one night stay through make my trip. We reached there only to find that we were the only guests staying there! When I asked them if anybody was staying, they replied that the guests have gone out. Who would like to stay in a place where you don’t see a single other person. On the whole the place appeared dull. In the parking lot there was only one car. We decided to check the room …, though the room was neat n clean, it had no view. We decided not to stay there, although we had paid full amount through credit card. On the whole, I would say the location is very bad remotely located, not at all suitable for family n kids. This place is suitable only for large parties. Clearly I would not recommend it to individuals. It is a ghost hotel.

Dusty roads and locality not good. Difficult to get public transport in night. But fort is awesome from inside.

Excellent place to relax with family and friends. We had gone there for a reunion of old time friends with family and had a great time. Thanks to the hospitality!

Exotic and comparatively economical. An impressive heritage property. Very good ambience. Choiceful cuisines of high quality.

Good. Went to attend a marriage there. Good for small gatherings. Though try was to maintain the heritage but the way to this place is spoiling it all as it is in a busy market. Otherwise once visitable.

Excellent Heritage Hotel. A real Heritage Fort is converted into a Hotel. I feel a personal touch.

It's really a heritage property. Suitable for weddings. Recommended.

Edit: In response to your response. You say the decorator is nothing to do with you, but we paid YOU DIRECTLY for the decorator — Money which the original decorator told us you did not pass on to him and hence why he quit, and why we were left with half finished decoration that was put up barely 1 hour before arrived. And what kind of "flower decorator" sleeps behind the stage? Beautiful building. Horrendously managed. "Security" let in 2 random beggars, one of which then tried to SLEEP behind the stage as the event was going on. Staff did nothing until we insisted they were removed. An hour before the event barely any decoration had been put up. The venue's decorator did barely half the things agreed on, and even most of those things were not things that had been asked for. Management falsely saying that the terms of the event were different to those agreed. This is after there being absolutely no formal package/pricing structure given.

Heritage hotel and banquet. Royal place for party and functions. And marriage.

It's a very good place. Good food, cosy stay.

It could b better… have a lot lot more potential. But due to poor Management it appears to b ruins of a haveli instead of Resort.

It is a historic palace converted into a Hotel. Cooperative staff and excellent food. Must visit once at least…

Excellent stay n v peacefull n neat n clean. V coeperative staff. V tasty awesome food by executive chef. Date of stay 7 to 9 july 2017. I must appreciate hard efforts by mangar sh sharda ji. Owner son met me who was v humble to us. Good lawn n sports activities n swimming pool. Spacious rooms. All the best. Every one must give a try. This place is the go-to place for all heritage lovers in Chandigarh. The architecture doesn't match upto the Rajasthani fort standards but is nevertheless pleasing to the eye. The service that they provide adds to the fun that you have at this fort.

Stay here for one night. What I can say Amazing Staff, Food, Rooms. Loved every part of the hotel. Looking forward to visit again :)

Food was very good. We opted for North Indian Food. Bill was Rs. 1980 for two. Service was quick and good.

Old decent property. Nothing special about the food they serve.

A lovely former palace which only opened in Jan 2016. Lovely facilities and great food. Unfortunately the waiting staff have little English skills, which is very unusual in a high quality hotel. Premium room was huge and comfortable. Hopeless Wi-Fi though Breakfast is very very disappointing.

It's a nice place but not calm and quiet, the access is very poor and it's through a village.

One of the places which I love to visit. History Comes in front of the eyes. Delight you're heart. The fort to magnificent. Good Sunday plan for a short holiday.
