Nice small hotel with super service and all basics to western standards. Stayed here for 16 days with my elderly mother and had a pleasant stay. Deluxe room was a bit small but clean and satisfactory bathroom as in pictures on the website. Property is quiet and staff talk quietly with each other not like other hotels. Daily house keeping, topping up the fridge with drinks was good. Breakfast was acceptable in western style but a great choice in Indian style. There is no satisfaction in India irrespective of where you stay and how much you pay, but the staff Jeetendra, Rahul, Pratap and all other boys did utter most to make us feel comfortable and feel like a home away from home. Kudos to everyone at "Wood Castle Grand" of Tagore Gardens and a massive "Thank you" from myself and my Mother. Welcoming at 4am to changing the allocated room due to my elderly mother, food, drinks, calling a cab on Uber app, assisting my mother, allowing to use their pc to book air tickets, they did it all. Lovely and very helpful people. The personal touch shows they care for their customer and enjoy their job. Ofcourse, the service was appreciated and reciprocated in rewards but there was no greed from their end and no hassle to settle bill during our stay. The bill was settled upon departure and it was also accurate and reasonable. No inflated charges or extreme taxes like other hotels I stayed in India.

Excellent care, beautiful habitacionees, and the best food, excellent! Its location is a little away from the tourist sites but 4 blocks from metro station. I had some problems with the internet. All the drinks including beer were included.

Great little hotel tucked away from the hectic traffic and noise of Delhi. Could not be a more welcoming place at the end of a long flight, or to relax after a day in Delhi.
The rooms are lovely, clean, and well maintained, but is actually the owners and staff that stand out.
From airport pick up to the excellent cup you are provided everything you need to make your stay perfect.
It will be my new go to in Delhi for sure. See you there.

Wood Castle Grand is almost too good to be true. I landed at 4 AM, was picked up at airport, and upon arrival, a garland was put around my neck by the night clerk. My room was clean & spacious, double bed was ultra comfortable, free pay TV channels, robust internet and a minibar with beers and sodas COMPED. And don't forget the proper Indian breakfast made to order. Best of all was the keeper, Rajesh, who made you feel at home. Nicest man you'll ever meet. Funny, educated and helpful. It almost felt like I was a guest at his house. One caveat: Since the hotel is fairly new, the coordinates are incorrect on Apple and Google Maps, although close in proximity. I enclosed the map on the back of the card in case you take an Uber or taxi. But bars & restaurants a five minute walk. I hope to return soon.

Owner of hotel is such a special person, kind, polite and he became as our family member with hotel stuff. He even come to pick up us near big shoping mall, he arraned special breakfast because of my healthy diet and was always there for us. Hotel is so beautiful and so so clean with great food you can order.
