I had a live insect on my breakfast place. The hotel staff was unresponsive till I did an official complaint. I’ll stay away from this property!

Stay at Westin has been a beautiful experience. We felt not just welcomed but also quite pampered. Srushti at the front desk has exceptional people’s skills. She was very polite and helpful all through our stay. The staff at Seasonal tastes deserve to be applauded — the whole team is well trained and do a great job at making eating here a delightful experience. Special kudos to Bhupesh and Ankush for attention to detail. Before we stop raving about our stay — Ashok (a chef) at Seasonal tastes deserves the hospitality crown. HIs polite friendly service further enriched the taste of our dinner and made it a joyous evening for us. God bless him. Thank you Westin. Great staff — great service and Great Culture! Namaste 🙏

Good Customer Support But Slow Housekeeping Services.

Good location, not far from airport. Good hangout places nearby. Can go to Sector 29 for good food and pubs. Hotel service is excellent, helpful and prompt staff. Very good spread of breakfast. Would recommend to stay here. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🎂💝💝💝💝💝

Beautiful, neat and clean, good hospitality, huge variety large buffet serving on table. Very good Indian culture every one says namaskar.

The worst ever stay. This was my second visit to this hotel. This time they were terrible in all aspect be it help desk support, room services, food, money you name it and they did the exceptionally bad job. How will you feel when any help desk guy doesn’t even receive the calls even after several call. How will you feel when you have to wait for almost 1 hour and have to make almost 4 calls just to get tea and one toast. How will you feel when you call for any service and evertime they say that it is coming in 2 mints. And this 2 minutes somtime equals to 20 minutes or some time may be 60 to 80 minutes. How will you feel when you gave then 1000 INR and they took almost 2 days to return the change and that too after several reminders. I can fill pages here but now don’t even want to waste my words on them. thank you.

Had a wonderful stay on my husband’s birthday. They gave us complimentary cake and arranged candle set up also for the dinner. Had dinner in prago restaurant. Food was indeed very good and staff was very cooperative in arranging candle dinner for my husband.
Room service is good too. Gave us complimentary fruits also for my baby. Rooms are very big in sizes. Il definitely recommend this property.

Rooms was very noisy felt like there is no door in room.
Rooms was not up to the mark as like 5 star.
food was ok if you looking 5 star experience then you can try other properties. Average experience.

It's ambience is very friendly. Full of greenery and water bodies which full fil the thirst of the soul. Staff is very cooperative. It fulfills all the needs of a person who want peace at vacation.

Would never ever recommend this poorly serviced 3rd class kind of hotel. Never expected what they delivered. Torn curtains, used toiletries. Worse of worst services by staff. Other than being sorry they do nothing. It was the first and last time visiting westin.
Dont even want to waste time writing about experience as they would not care I know. Be aware people. If you want luxury stay away otherwise they would always welcome you getting irritated.
