Very disappointing. Only the service staff is amazing. Property shouldn't qualify for Oyo Flagship. It stinks, it has smell all around. One night the AC blew off and there was smoke in the room. Wouldn't recommend for families.

Rating is for when visiting with family. Otherwise perhaps it could be rated higher as a budget accommodation. Positives: — staff is helpful — linen was clean Disliked: — our rooms reeked. 4 out of 7 rooms. — clientele seems to be mostly couples looking for privacy or groups of guys / men. Not suitable for family stay — some rooms are extremely small General info: — does not have parking — has Wi-Fi though we did not use extensively — provides two half litre water bottles per day per room — provides soap, body wash and body lotion Overall: Though clean, the smell was off-putting. 2 rooms had smell of smoke, 2 others had damp smell. Also, not suitable for kids / toddlers.

Nice hotel big rooms but room service is very slow.

Worcester breakfast and room service very good rooms.

This property is just opposite Satyawati College. Its very approachable and easy to spot. There is a market adjacent to it with full of eateries. The Property is clean and tidy, staff is supportive and courteous. Prices are nominal but of course dynamic.

Nice ambience, good staff, clean rooms and great locality. Food can be better though.

The place is very unkempt. Bathrooms lacked cleanliness. The rooms are small so as the lavotary. Food is ok but Staffs were rude and unprofessional. It shouldn't be an OYO flagship.

Should not be part of OYO. Cleanliness is a major issue. Bathroom need to be clean. Floor need to be mopped properly. Towels need to be stain free. Regarding food. Ordered dry Manchurian and they delivered with gravy. Upon complaining they took it back, drained the gravy and returned it in the same pot. Food quality was not good. Front desk people were friendly.

Flagship is just a prefix. Very unkempt place. Receptionists hospitality skills has hit rock bottom. Check bathroom for hot water prior checking in. Limited brkfst options. No parking facility. Very noisy. Price is not at equal to the value toh get from this oyo place.

Although the property and room were good but would expect a better quality of service from oyo flagship. Towels were dirty and torn. Same goes with blanket covers as well.

Staff is very good. The behaviour of staff and food is quite impressive.

Clean room. Though small in size. Still manageble for 1 night.

Amazing place. One may find it a bit costly, but the hotel staff is super friendly and supportive. Quick service. Nice food. Easy check-in and check out process. Cash and cashless payments. Rooms are nice and cozy.

Great Hotel with clean rooms and facilities. The rooms are spacy and the High speed Wi-Fi will change your holiday in Delhi.

Good place, service is awesome, taste good, and accepts local id and even unmarried couple are allowed.
