They are providing decent service. This stuff is good but they can improve their overall service quality.

Not worth for money. They promised a fully loaded kitchen and the kitchen was having hardly any utensils. Though we called them up a day earlier and told them about our arrival time, after reaching there in the early morning, when we called them from airport, they said, the booked apartment was still not vacant and asked us to come by 2 pm. We were there for a medical reason for my small kid. After shouting at them, they gave us another apartment for that day only We had to again move to a different one next day. With our tight schedule for my kid's treatment, shifting again was a pain.

These GUYS are FRAUDS! Okay, out with the frustration, now allow me to state the facts in a polite and comprehensive manner! We booked their Defense Colony serviced apartments in Feb this year for 5 nights and were struck with disappointment upon arrival — how deceiving pictures can be! Reality check — the apartment wasn't half as good as the photos on their website. We could've thought of getting past stinking wardrobes, vintage linen (hint: not good vintage! ), unhygienic rooms and no bathroom dry area by theory of ignorance but a gas cylinder connected to a stove kept out in the open in the room? What the …?! Pinched myself to check if I haven't time traveled back to the 80s where safety issues were never an issue! With a kid, safety becomes paramount — what if the kid tries to fidget with the cylinder or worse, the knob?! Oh wait, the worse is yet to come! Stayed there for only a night as couldn't find a new place instantly. Wrote a plea to the management requesting refund for the pending 4 nights that we didn't stay due to above mentioned conditions. But turns out it was only a momentary mental satisfaction I was trying to give myself; assuming that their management would even bother to respond (let alone giving my money back! ). So multiple emails sent asking for refund and the replies so far are Zilch! I've accepted the fact that I am not getting my money back (cant expect any professionalism from a management who's maintained the house in such a state anyways. ).

Lovely stay in the Olive Defence Colony apartments courtesy Rajender and his team who made us feel right at home. The apartment itself was very well designed and fully equipped with kitchen and all other cooking items. Full Marks!

Another excellent stay with Olive, this time in Defence Colony. Apartment was in A block just behind the main market, super location. Manveer and his team were always available on call and we felt like we were staying with family.

First things first, the place is huge! Very spacious and conveniently located just behind the Defence Colony main market. The staff is well behaved and resourceful and was prompt to take care of any queries we had. Kitchen is well equipped. They even assisted in late check out without any extra charges. Would definitely stay again.
