Very nice banquet hall and testy Foods and good hotel staf service.

Well good maintained hotel, but need modification of bathroom need to be done. Ac was good. And autodoor lock system was there. Service was slow. Food price is bit high. Location was shown wrong in map.

It's a good hotel but the name doesn't suggest that you will get the view of metro, you won't be able to see even the pillars of metro.

Staff have no manners they all are doing misa behave with cleints lights is not working washroom is totally messy worst hotel no worth.

Food was good. Toilets Needs to be repaired. Need modifications. Need to be renewed. But hotel is good.

Not so friendly staff and not a very great room service. The ac makes lots of noise, lights blink sometimes. The lock is broken. No proper amentities in the room. In the cupboard, there are no hangers. Washroom is very small and have toilet and bathroom together. Shower does not work properly. Breakfast is free but the food is always repeating. I am having puri bhaji since two days for breakfast. Food is very oily. TV remote are holding on with the help of a rubber and need to be given a small hit to make it work. The person staying next to me when opens closes door makes too much of noise. I mean the level of muting the room noise is very bad. You guys really need to work on so many things to be a good hotel.

Worst services during peak season. Lack dedication towards guests. Customer satisfaction is missing in their priority list. The staff is also not well mannered. As far as the rooms are concerned, once a guest checks out, one room attendant will immediately groom the room, clear the dustbin, place an Oyo room kit and then the room is ready for the other guests. Even the bedsheets and towels are not changed. No water bottles, no glasses. The washrooms are not cleaned. The morning complimentary breakfast is just for namesake. It will be a waste of money to take a room in this hotel.

Good hotel under budget but slow service. Rest everything is good there.

Clean linens and good room. But warm water was not available to bath. Services were a bit slow but the staff was okay.

Booked it on Oyo. 1. Poorly accessible property. Can't find way in at night and hotel does not cooperate. 2. Furniture scratchy and of bad quality. 3. Door latches broken 4. No one gave drinking water in the room 5. Hot water not available in bathroom  6. Bathroom cloth hooks were broken,   all of them. Can't hang anything there. 7. One towel for 2 occupants 8. Dirty room and no control for the AC which is in poor shape and noisy  9. Breakfast was in basement,   wprst experience with drunk people sleeping in the hall with alcohol bottles all around.   10. Breakfast delayed by half an hour and I was late for my work due to this. 11. Hotel did not present me the tab to give feedback after billing. They rated themselves as 5 on their own. Biggest fraud ever and that's how their rating are so high. There were many more issues, can't type them all out.

I have booked the hotel for early chekin. But when I reached there they told u have to wait for one hour. I reached arrround 9 45 AM early chekin time starts from 6 AM. They told room is nlt. Ready. N asked for payment. I told give me. Swipe machine I will pay by debit card. They told no we dont have. N they immediately sent me to the atm. Machine which was about 1 km away from. Hotel. I wal ked 2 km for payment. And when I entered in room. I found there was no lcd even. And thete landline was also. Not working. Then I called recepnionist with my phone and asked about LCD. They told 1 20 min lagega. We will. Provie u. i mean what is need of early chekin amd extra payment to this worst hotel. If u r nt getting good service. Staaf was very unfriendly. Very very bery bad experience in this hotell evem they charged extra money for breakfast which was written complimemtry. Realy very very worst hotel. N. Service I have ever seen. Dont waste your money and time both for this hotel. They treat like we are their servant, not guest. Better find hotel in karol bagh area. Never book here. This hotel doesnt deserve even a single star.

I usually dont rate a hotel 1star unless they fail to impress in every possible way. Starting from Room Service to Dinning nothing is even average, its simply horrible.

The location is good. But the food which is complimentary is very bad. Restrooms are also not very good. They don't keep toilet papers.

Wrong address. Its near MBS Gymkhana. Once facing it, count 7 buildings to the left of that.
