Overall a very good hotel to stay. Though far away from airport but on request they may provide free pick up. Rooms are good. Staff is good. Food is good.

We visited this place for a marriage. They have big halls and can accommodate two weddings at same time. Hotel is very luxury and as all know it's ne don't need any intro. One unique thing in this hotel is it's reception is on 3rd floor. It have two towers with separate wings and separate receptions. Room are very nice. Preferred for booking.

I loved the Leela! The hotel had a lovely peaceful feel to it. The service was fantastic and all staff went above and beyond. The rooms were very well appointed and extremely comfortable. The restaurants were amazing and the food was fantastic. Loved being able to view the weddings going on across the street from the hotel! Just added to the India experience. I would highly recommend!

Convenient location, courteous staff. Food is excellent with a good spread, including both veg and non veg choices. Good place to have small or big gatherings. It is visible from the main road and easy to locate. There are hardly any other hotels with comparable facilities in East Delhi, hence it has maximum potential. The restaurant would probably rank amongst the top ones in delhi.

Located about 2km from the Karkarduma metro station. The hotel is well built, next to a shopping complex and movie theater. Easy to notice form a moving vehicle. Was here for an event. The hall are large and spacious. Well maintained. Although I did not have much interaction with the staff, they did not seem much attentive towards anyone. The security was way too intrusive and rude, given the fact that they were employees of a renowned chain of hotel. Might visit again to try out their f&b outlets.

It was our first hotel of the honeymoon, the truth is that it is a wonder, they are super attentive, when we go up to the room there was a bouquet of flowers and a cake. A detail. The buffet is rich and varied. I recommend it 100%

Very friendly staff. Great spread in breakfast. Quite rooms and decent interiors. From entry to exit got a good reception and royal treatment from the staff. In-room service is pretty decent and this place is definitely value for money. Likes!

The Leela never ceases to surprise anyone. Regardless of any reviews one can check in for an amazing stay. Room is undoubtedly superb. Ambience is chic. Enjoy the evening breeze at the pool area. Food is just ok. South Indian cuisine did not impress me much. Don't miss the bakery and fresh fruits.

The hotel is very father but is very far from everything, we asked at the concierge where we can have dinner and not told about there is nothing clean, minimum 40 min of road.

I have been there many times to attend office parties. The ground floor halls are quite big to accommodate huge numbers of people. The atmosphere is serene and quite and they can manage inside noise very well. The food is standard and staff is great.

The slowest place on earth. The snail moves faster than the service staff here. If you leave apart the speed of service part, the hotel is nice and clean. The food is good too.

Was quite far removed from the main parts of the city but cabs are readily available and can be billed to your room. I would not have walked about in the neighborhood by myself. The staff was helpful and kind. The convention food could have been more varied but the breakfasts were always fresh and tasty. Also, the spa was incredible and the entire hotel was incredibly clean and well maintained.

Very good ambience. Decoration of this place is average. Very neat and clean. Space and lightning are very good. 4-5 events can be host simultaneously. Rest rooms are clean. Fully availability of parking. Easy to notice in traffic as it's on main road. Service is very good and great staff. Food quality is so so. Usually it's for party purpose and office conference.

In the heart of East Delhi all of a sudden u find paradise. A very well maintained property by Leela group. One of the largest inventory managed by this property in terms of rooms and banquet halls. Food was nice and many options to choose from. Over all full marks to the property for their maintenance and service. Spa is also there had not tried out so can't comment. One advantage with the rooms are that the view is of skyline from all the rooms. Best in class price for the service offered by the hotel.

Stayed at this hotel twice. The first time was impressed by the design and service. The years under the management of the international network of Kempinski were not for nothing. The restaurant staff and concierge are excellent. The second time we got a more "tired" room. The first 2 hours went to repair the safe and floor weights, search for a remote from the TV, delivery of bathrobes and slippers. I had to call the room. The feeling that the room just wasn't ready for occupancy. I was surprised at how different the hotel experience might be when arriving with a difference of 2 weeks. And yet one of the best hotels in Delhi for the price/quality ratio.

Terrible Wi-Fi Otvrotitelnaja food and price risen on $150 and without breakfast with beshannymi taxes but was clean.

The property had best location everything was perfect right from reception, room, bedroom, staff, service, morning, breakfast, security, checkout done within couple of minutes. Staff very courteous and helpful. Very pleased quit room with comfort bed $ modern and clean. Awesome experience.

I would highly recommend staying here! The staff are incredibly helpful and happy to give directions, help with onward journeys etc. The beds are super comfortable. Bathrooms clean. Breakfast was yummy, with a good variety of options available. Common area is comfortable and great for meeting other travelers. The location is good as it's away from the main hustle and bustle of the bazaar which means it's quieter at night than other properties.

Definitely one of the best hotels in New Delhi. Service is good. Very Professional Staff. Food is not something that I would suggest to have it here although a great breakfast buffet (must have thing). My 10 day stay here was absolutely fine.

One most prominent hotels of The Leela Hotels chain. awesome interior with great exterior situated in east delhi. You should stay as much as upper floor rooms as it provide a great city view.

Name itself shows there is ambience inside it. The restaurant cafe knosh inside the hotel offers awesome food with many varieties. Very very expensive to stay.

This is an excellent place to stay, 5-star and world class. Very neat and tidy room; the staff are so, so welcoming and friendly. I stayed in the Suite class of room, I love it and I love it over again!

Brilliant place to stay, 5* service from all members of staff. Rooms are very clean, beds are very comfortable. Very quiet at night. We had room service at night, arrived within 45 minutes and tasted divine, loads of different options to choose room. Had breakfast in the restaurant in the morning and service and choice were all 5*. Would highly recommend.

Gone there for an exhibition. As an exhibitor and the services and arrangement provided by the leela ambience staff is very good. They are very co-operating and polite much appreciated and a good place.

Though the service was on a little slower side but other than that like ambience, food quality, decoration, mouth watering choices, everything was simply excellent. A refreshing end to a long day indeed. All thanks to a perfect dinner at Leela Ambience.

This hotel provides you the western flavour of living. The food also tastes like the same. Ambience is pretty cool.

Great place in middle of chaos for exhibition… good food. Fairly organised. Doesn't have place for your driver to rest. They need to park outside the hotel.

Good food and service in terms of security and staff behavior. Not highly recommend if looking for a hotel near airport. Takes up to 2 hours to reach airport/hotel during peak traffic hours.

An excellent hotel with royal ambiance, has an international standards. Liked it the most due to the looks, comfort and friendly staff. The food options are good at the hotel, specially Dosa in the breakfast and thin crust pizza in dinner. In my list it stands second to Shangri-la group.

Had a wonderful experience at cafe knoch! The staff is very friendly and cheerful. The ambiance amplifies it's beauty. A perfect place to spend some good time with anyone. And the foods is super awesome.

Probably the biggest 5-star hotel in East Delhi, with great hospitality. Awesome food spots — Cherry Bar, Cafe Knosh, etc. Awesome deals and offers.

Not a good place for throwing any special occasion party I faced following bad experience:- 1. Lack of staff 2. Food is worst 3. Delay in setting up table 4. High charge in the end 5. No proper treatment of guest 6. And so much more.
