Worst hotel ever. I feel it would have been to stay in a dhabha. Bad experience to live in this hotel. Spending a night here was a punishment.

I'm an ex employee. This hotel is not worth working. They paid just 8500 per month as a room attendent. They said they will raise salary after I complete 6 months but they didn't. After working for them for 9 months, they didn't gave an experience letter. They did not give appointment letter and experience letter and also did not give me my last month salary for resigning without notice period. Notice period on what basis? Why expecting notice period, when you are not giving your employee anything. To Hell with the hotel and to hell with the management.

Very poor food quality, they do not treat people as a guest. They always try to loose people pocket.

Rooms are spacious and decent. So is the food and service. Nothing is very amazing. But nothing is so bad that you will be disappointed.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Prompt service.

One if the fine hotels on the main road of Faridabad Highway. It has got good cozy rooms and a mine centralized restaurant as well as a mini bar space. It has a halls for functions with capacity of about 150-200 people and a lawn outside where the wedding functions take place. The parking is ample and it has a separate exit gate which is situated at a corner that is totally opposite to the entry gate. I personally liked the food of the hotel as it had some really nice servings of Indian food. It is a little difficult to catch hold of the hotel which you are driving on a fast lane on the highway on which it rests so be sure to find that small exist as soon as you start coming near the hotel.

I had an opportunity to stay at this Hotel. I was shocked to hear they charge for ice cubes. Bathroom was overflowing, no lights in bathroom. Door were not properly functioning. Very bad maintenance, need to call for each and every thing which was not functioning. I wad charged 3.5 k for a day. Not worth money. Very disappointing place. Please think 5 times before booking this hotel. I should have given ZERO but there wasn’t an option.

Saffron one of the best hotel in delhi. Food quality, service, management are soo good. In my two year experience event carier decoration by only subh decor is soo nice. There by banquet and lown is good. Kalpana mam manage soo nice. Ok good night.

A good hotel to stay in but a little bit costly but the only problem is if you are relying on Public Transport. It is located in Faridabad which falls in Hariyana and buses or Autos resist to come till here and drop you a little far from this place.

I had a very bad experience in this hotel, in spite of bad reviews I choose this hotel as I don''t have any other option. Food was worse and no maintenance of rooms, toilets were dirty the restaurant was like local fish market people shouting till mid night. Lights were not working in the room. Everything need to be asked for getting in the room. Very bad waste of money.

A nice budget hotel in Faridabad opposite to Lalit. Has decent room with a large size coffee shop. Good connectivity to Delhi by metro and the metro station is walking distance.

The reason for 3 stars is only due to one single reason. The whole place is well kept except for the restrooms. The restrooms here are really not in good state. One could easily blame the crowd that uses them or the lack of janitors who're supposed to take care of the cleaning of the restrooms are regular intervals.

Rooms are good BUT No bulbs working in toilet Toilet shower not working. Towels were wet Coffee maker not working. Very late service in restaurant. Shortage of man power and not maintained.

Hotel looks really good inside and interiors are good! It's worth the price and rest room is neat! There is no food varieties at all for the breakfast and pillow covers and mattress spread looks some what dirty! Crown interiorz mall is just 5 mins walk and you can grab a meal from KFC/ McD/ Subway/Pizza hut!

They overcharged on water bottle, given that MRP was there on bottle. Though after argument, they refunded the whole amount, and gave it for free. Hotel was fine otherwise.

Rooms are good but high budget room are clean, staffs are good dinner is expensive but all hotels are expensive in ncr. You get good experience here no tension about service they are descent and room service reaches you quickly.

I wished to consider this hotel to host a party. I with my mom and my one year lil daughter went there to ask for details like menu, rent, dj, etc. We were quickly shown the big hall which we thought is suitable. And waited for the next step that is to enquire about the price and availability. The manager was busy with another customers to show them around. We waited for 10 minutes and asked again for details. We were again asked to wait. After waiting 15 more minutes we decided to leave as we wasted enough time waiting for the manager to come and let us know the details. Why was there only one manager to address the customers. And why were we asked to wait for half an hour though we required only two minutes. I think they need to upgrade their hospitality standards and respect other customers time. I really liked the place but if the service of the staff continues like this then I guess they are going to lose customers like us.

I have visited there for an internship from my school it's having Good Rooms, Good Food and every other facility you want.

Good place for function n family gathering, good rooms, services n food. Clean n tidy place and good staff.

I went there just for breakfast. I tried Masala dosa which was not at all good… Shockingly the waiter wanted me to pay cash without generating bill stating that the system was not working. When I refused he generated bill which I paid by card.

Good place to dine. We were offered with 15 % discount offered for corporate customers.

As a 3 star hotel. This is up to mark.
