The location is easily approachable and you can get autos, cabs for going anywhere in the city from there. The rooms are decent however they could be cleaner. There was an issue with the television but since I don't watch it, it wasn't much of a problem for me. The Wi-Fi however acted a little temperamental in the beginning but it was smooth sailing after a while. The staff is very courteous and adjusting.

Dirtiest rooms, uneducated staff (especially arjun), worst hospitality, worst property of oyo if there was an option of giving zero star, I would have given that. Hotel Staff is very rude and dont have etiquettes to handle customers. Especially Mr. Arjun, I dont why he was so frustrated from his life… I had a complained regarding AC of my room which was not working, so I tried calling them from my rooms telephone but the reception was not connecting, so I called Oyo guys and told them the issue, Oyo guy arranged a conference call with Arjun, (So called Manager) he was too blunt and rude even with oyo guy. After 15-20 min Arjun came to my room and trying to set the AC temperature but it didn't work, the AC was not cooling enough, but he was not agreeing on this and telling me, "SIR HAATH LAGA KE DEKHO THANDI HAWA TOH AA RAHI HAI". The arguments continued for like 5-7 minutes in the room and in the end he said, "COOLING TOH ITNI HI HOGI and YAHI HAI COOLING AUR MERE PASS KOI AUR ROOM BHI NAHI HAI. The rudeness which he shown is the worst attitude you can show to any customer and when you are in hospitality and customer service. If anybody who is responsible towards customer and customer service please teach your manager some values and how to interact with the customers. customers are the reason why you and every other company is doing business here.

Wrost hotel, never stay again, dirty washroom, too much time to provide check in and when we will come in room and washroom wrost property, public washroom always clean and hotel washroom is yukk.

Very bad experience. Water supply not available in washroom for 4 hours. Power cut since morning 5 am to 10 am. Late processing of order. They took 1 hours to prepare 1 cup of tea beside calling them three timses.

Room service third class, non cooperative staff, waste of money.

Service is not great, rooms are stinky, some AC's do not work. No water in washrooms.

Pathetic rooms and services are way pathetic.

Economical n easily locatable.

Not family stay here nothing good in the room all damaged n it's just for good for nothing.

Family person don't visit nor single too worst place not for suitable person.

Its ok to stay for 2 or 3 days.

No lobby or eatig area or breakfast wasnt a good sign but still a cheap hotel to stay in.

Services were not good toilet is so small and flow of water is very slow and some time there was no water.

Limited facility, not clean.

Very bad, pathetic, staff very unfriendly, no food. Very bad room, in winter no provision for heat. Rubbish room, no facility, not even drinking water, you have to buy mineral water to drink. Very rude staff, they will not listen to your problems. Even no towel in bathrooms. When you complain all they say is that they can't do anything.

Perfect Hotel in a very good Condition.

The hotel is a kind of under construction. The bathroom is very very small like 2.5' x 2.5'. Outer appearance is shabby. Inside hotel, paint of the walls of the room were peeling off. Battery in TV remote was drained. The owner has written in the lobby "German Hospitality" but probably he is not aware Indians are better in hospitality than German. Probably that is the reason their hospitality is terrible. Extremely irritating hotel…

Too congested and bad elevators. Good food in the restaurant though.
