Nice & Spacious Rooms @ reasonable price at a quite place 30 minutes from airport.

Quite spacious room, well maintained washroom with bathtub, excellent service, homely atmosphere, green environment & great food.

Excellent hotel for the money set on the edge of IGI New Delhi Airport. It takes a good twenty minutes by taxi from the airport because of the dual carriageways and one way systems. Get your driver to phone them and they will give detailed instructions on how to get there. Unusual set up with the reception in what looks like a converted garage. Victor is the main man and he will see to it that your stay is comfortable. The rooms on the second floor are off a nice lounge and the rooms themselves are comfortable with a decent ensuite bathroom. We took a walk to the nearby shopping complex (five minute walk) and had a drink in a third floor bar. There is plenty of "street food" type restaurants but we chose to have our meal in the hotel's restaurant. Very good value for money and tasty. The breakfast was also sufficient for most people's needs (eggs cooked to order). Overall recommended.

Very spacious & comfortable rooms. As we had taken 3 rooms for family get-together, the whole spacious suite with 3 rooms was ours. Furnished drawing & dining space made the interactions with the whole family great fun. The hotel staff was friendly and cooperative. The included breakfast was good & the staff was courteous; Children enjoyed playing at Table tennis table on ground floor. Overall, it was an out & out fantastic stay at Colonel's Retreat, Dwarka.

Clean and nice place to stay, that is, if you are not looking for fancy place. Friendly staff. Food cooked only if you pre order but it is like home cooked. Overall, thumbs up.

We entered the building through an underground car park to be greeted by the most unpleasant man. We had been travelling for more than 10 hours on two trains. We were so tired and it was the most unpleasant encounter. The sheets had a musty smell although they looked clean enough. The bathroom was quite modern but the tiles on the wall made it feel like an underground cave and I was unable to get any hot water. Not to be repeated.

Location is little interior inside a society. If you are not particular about location this is one of the best around airport. Cheap with good customer service. They provide quality breakfast and have Table tennis board if you want to play.

Good but power points should be fixed properly some power points are not working.

A normal hotel with a lovely staff. There is nothing particulary good or bad to highlight. The rooms are quite basic but include a personal toilet and, in some cases, a balcony. Beds are comfortable and everything is clean. There is no room service that readies the bed or changes towels. Also, in my case, there was not even a wardrobe, let alone safety boxes. Additional blankets were not available, neither (perhaps on demand). Be sure to ask for anything needed: I did not have a heater in the room (should have been there). On the other side, the staff is willing to help in any thing: arranging a taxi ride or recommending restaurants.

Rooms are good. But there was no hot water in the winters. (If you know how bad the winters in delhi is). There is no restaurant. However … the bed is good and the linen is clean. It's located in a residential area.

The behaviour of the manager was very rude. I had visitors at the hotel who were old ladies above 65 years of age. One of them developed low blood pressure and we informed the night staff about it. We requested for extra bed but were not available and in the morning the manager behaviour was so rude that he didnot allow them to even sit in the common area with fans on. My booking was of 2 nights and I had to check out the 3rd day at 11am but because of bad hospitality was forced to leave the 2nd day evening. The rooms were cleaned after continuous request for atleast 10 — 12 times.
