I will only give the good points to staff who made homemade food, and the receptionist who was very kind with me. I came to this hotel because I had issues with my visa and not able to leave the country until I get my exit permit. The owner of place showed to be kind with me and offered some words. In the moment I did not know how long the process will take and he tried to make me stay there saying that they will come to see if I am there what I knew was not truth. I ignore that and luckily the same day I got my exit permit. I tried to pay the day before I left to make sure that everything was done and machine was not working, in the morning machine was still not working and I had to insist the guy in charge to find a solution. I had to go to the 2 nearest ATM that also were not working and finally went by car 500m to pay in the shop of a friend of him. I showed him I was dissapointed and he reacted saying I helped you and now u are like this in a very strong position. I told him you gave me some words and that is human action. He did not want to listen and finally he said I am here to make money and give a good services. I mean a good service that he was not giving to me. I will not advice people to go to this place. And maybe, yes, for the first time he listened to a woman speaking the truth and he refused to listen.

Good place… Comfortable with beds and food is really good.

Rooms are a bit small but cozy enough for a couple persons to stay. Food is delicious.

Food quality was good. Staff were helping in nature. Rooms are little smaller. Walking distance from deer Park.

1. Receptionist is very rude. Though Wi-Fi was available but was hided by reception and had to struggle to take stairs up and down from 3rd floor out of my stay of 3 days everyday. 2. Not clean enough. 3. Though property is in mid of city but a vila not hotel which is why was little hard to find on my first day. 4. Rooms are not clean enough and if I calculate as per services provided OYO should not charge more than 1500 INR per day for rooms. 5. I was insisted to pay by cash on day 1 and day 2 instead of paying by app and I noticed money asked by receptionist was more than reflected on day2 on OYO App which is ridiculous.

Courteous staff. Clean rooms. Good service. What else can one ask for! The location ia quite cool too!

Rooms not worth the rate at all. Uncooperative staff.

It's the not like the hotel it's just a villa in the SJ Enclave but the food is good service is also good but you will get breakfast after 8 AM if you are checking out early you have to manage your own.

One word! Pls dnt opt this place. And oyo. Spend a lill more. Few hundreds and try other hotels, not even a star is appropriate for this property. But I need to tick one.

Its okay types. Couples can have quality time. Without disturbance.

Homely and great hospitality by the lady manager and the area is also clean and secure! Worth staying with family.

No cooperative management. Poor food and staff. No lift. Dinning hall at basement shabby. Not worth staying.
