I stay in this hotel during my visits to Delhi. Management is good and the staff behavior is quite courteous. Its in good location.

Opposite aiims trauma center. Easy and convenient to reach. Interiors are above average. Nice food service.

Good rooms, nice location and good room service. Parking is also available.

We had booked this hotel on Goibibo for one night stay and had made the payment in advance. But when we reached the hotel we were told that there areno rooms vacant. Absolutely unprofessional, unapologetic behaviour.

Food is very Spencer here… Quality vs cost doesn't match. Room ambiance is OK.

The Hotel is located on opposite to Trauma Centre. Food is OK, room is quite spacious. Front desk and the owner who still sits at the front desk are very cordial n helpful. Next visit if around that place, Golden Leaf it is.

I got a very good deal through makemytrip for just a night stay. Rooms are clean. Bathroom needs maintenance. Bit difficult to find the place, as it is located in a gully.

Hotel is not well maintained. Linen and furnitures are old. Though staff is cooperative but facilities they provide are not compensating the charges they are taking. Location is good to access different parts of Delhi.

It was a decent place. Food was good. Service was good. Staff was polite.

Hotel is not well maintained. Few parts in dilapidated condition. Which is a shame on the status of the hotel being five star hotel. Staff was also not cooperative. Was treated with stone faced staff.

This place has great value for money. The staff are very responsive and respectful. I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The food here is a bit pricey but other than this is a really great hotel and everything is quite satisfactory. You will like it here. Once again i'd like to commend the staff on the friendly atmosphere they maintain.

Great service and food. They even have a sister property a few MTRS from this one and they wouldn't mind setting you up there if they get overbooked and you reach late at night at their desk. Great folks and staff all over.

This is full of complacency and if you want to spend some quality time with your love one in alone then this is a good place and fully safe.

Good place to stay although food quality is not good.

Won't suggest anyone to book room there. Highly unprofessional attitude of the owner. I had a confirmed booking with them for 3 nights. I had informed them that I will be reaching at 8pm as per my flight schedule. But when I reached there they said we don't have any room now as the guest who was about to check out, has not. So we can't accommodate you. When I told them that it is very unethical and where will I get the room at the last moment, they have no answer.
