Had dinner in the Mosaic Restaurant and the service was amazing helped by Bhawani and Johnson who attended to our table of four above and beyond our expectations in this five star Hotel. The food was amazing with a great variety for all. The mince goat (mutton) deserve a special mention but all dishes sampled were of high standard.

Lovely place… Visited connexions. Nice cozy place with good music. And the drinks served were good with condiments. All in all a gem. In this part of the city.

Crown plaza's location is easily accessible. There are plenty of shopping centre surrounding it. Rooms are very nice. Food is good here. Prices are on the higher side.

Wonderful stay at hotel. Nice ambience and really helpful staff. Food is delicious too. Rooms were very neat and clean and spacious. The mosiace restaurant is very good. I would recommend the hotel to everyone. The hotel is nearby Rithala metro station and metro walk mall and adventure park is nearby.

I haven't stayed at this property but have eaten at at their Allday dining Mosaic and their specialty restaurant Spice Art. Chef Hardev Singh is a fabulous Indian chef and his specialties are a must try. I have also tried their Food festivals and have mostly loved the service and the quality. I have seen the hotel bustling with people especially the Lobby and Coffee shop area is full. Overall good vibes and nice property.

Food is average. According to taste… Otherwise everything is excellent. Service is good. Talking style good. And full respect. I mean to say. I recommend you to visit here. It's really a v good place for you and your family. Thank you.

Nice place and cordial atmosphere. Staff very well behaved. Food preparation very good. Had many occasions to visit this place but never felt any shortcomings. I will recommend it. Only thing about which some people may have is the location.

Rooms are good, clean and well maintained. Food is okay. Not great and not bad either. However, the service leaves a lot to be desired. Staff was rude most of the times. Although, some people we spoke to were good and helpful, most were not. Wish that could improve.

Great voices of food. Above average deluxe rooms. The only problem is that restaurants service is very very poor so that’s you can’t give it a rating of five star hotel. Though I didn’t like to visit for the taste and variety of food items. And yes it is quiet economical if compar d with other five star hotels.

Cosy place. Nice ambiance, good coffee shop great breakfast. Staff is courteous and entertain requests like an extra dark hot chocolate. Good big clean rooms have some weird smokey smell can be removed with cold AC settings. Ask for extra pillows in case you like to have more neck support. Decent place for a business trip.

Great place. Good food… Good service. Best of all great ambience.! We usually go there once a month since many years now as it's close to our place. It has recently started a play area for kids so they too can have great enjoyment there. While we sir there for food.

The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast and dinner buffet had a good variety. Hotel staff were very accommodating and helped to pack some breakfast items for early departures from the hotel. However, the hotel was not at a very convenient location and is quite a distance from the city centre. Also, I hope that housekeeping can be a little more eco-friendly and not change towels daily, for short stays.

Great Place to stay. World class Sauna and Gym. Medium size pool and pretty friendly staff. Rates are highly competitive. Food on the ground floor restaurant is good with a wide spread of cuisines. Overall a wonderful place to stay with shopping bays and eatouts nearby, you couldn't have asked for more.

The service is good. They have 2 restaurants. Food is pathetic in both. Rooms are really good, clean. They also have gym, spa, steam bath, sauna bath. You can take yearly membership for these separately. Cakes are to die for. Best cakes I have ever had.

Would like to pen down a minute and would like to share the Amazing experience that I had at crowne plaza rohini. I booked a room for a birthday celebration, when I reached there, the whole staff greeted with a wish & they gave me a room at the top floor. The best moment was when I saw a cake in my room, words cannot describe that gesture

Hotel is located close to Delhi IGI Airport. Metro Station is in walkable distance. Rooms are quite decent size and have best amenities. Bose sounds system is each room, which is cool. Food is good but very expensive if you have not oped for room with complimentary breakfast. The staff will be courteous if you are one of their members or a foreigner (sad part but hard truth).

We had been to spice art, crowne plaza. We had a fantastic experience. The food was delicious especially the appetizers, the breads were the best I would ever have eaten and the mouth refreshing "pan" was a nice gesture from Spice Art. The ambience was good, the live instrumental music was a little high. Service was excellent. I kind of find crowne plaza worth every buck you would spend.

This hotel is located at a very premium location and very approachable. The staff from the entry to the waiters to attendants everything is perfect. We usually go here for quick coffee or drinks at night time and everything is perfect.

Great food, Nice Restaurant Great rooms had a very comfortable stay lavish breakfast menu was offered. Nice spa & Gym. The only drawback is it is very far from Railway station, Airport, central & South Delhi. Coffee is a must try it's awesome.

Good and comfortable stay. Location is very good and the property is very beautiful with beautiful people on board like Anurag and Jasmine (really kind and friendly person thumps up to you). The buffet breakfast was wonderful. Loved the place loved the people.

Me and my husband had one of the best hospitality service at this hotel. We enjoyed the 7day stay with the wonderful staff so friendly and helpful from the front desk would like to mention Ashish and special thanks to the chef who took care of our personal likes and devyanshu who personally arranged the breakfast box as we were travelling and checked out at 6 in the morning and as requested our sandwich boxes were ready on time. We thank all of you for the warm gesture. We are the gold members of the hotel and would prefer to stay here always during our visit to India.

The hotel is located in Rohini. With easy access to the Delhi metro and intelligent location near several malls and an adventure park, this hotel makes for an exciting getaway. The food is awesome and the rooms are comfortable and ambient.

Good place, staff is courteous. Phone was not working in the room on check in and the Wi-Fi not connecting in room 1101. Calling the reception for anything not only do they take time to respond but on 3/9/17 no one was sent to resolve the issues.

Hotel was very nice and was luxurious to every bit. Their restaurant had lovely food and options. Taste was one of the best we had in recent times.

I have been there to buy cakes from their bakery. Their cakes look too good and their packing is amazing. Taste of their cakes are authentic and classy.

A good and a spacious hotel offering great food. Staff is nice and hospitable. Situated in one of the remote corners of the city. Travel time from airport to hotel may range from about 50mins during non peak hours to about 2 hours during peak hours.

Best services available, but I observed that people visit here very less. There is no so much crowd. Rooms are easily available. Staff members behaviour is average.

I am surprised to see hotel system. If you are crown diners member than hotel have no room for you.! than why they want to sold membership to just make money or what.? i called reception they have room but for there members they have no room.!

Restaurant upstairs is magnificent, all the waiters and the supervisor Mr. Amit's attentivity and initiation to explain about delhi at all besides the food is incredible. Generally, it is a good hotel to be at.

I used the Wi-Fi internet for which is was charged Rs 1400 for 2 hours which is free at other hotels. This service as it is paid unlike other 5 stars. Have you heard the charge of Rs. 700 per hour for Internet use. Beware of this cheating at this hotel.
