Probably not the best location in Delhi for any pleasent view out of the window of Hotel but still at a decent location in West Delhi. Property has access to one of major road (Outer ring road) in west Delhi. This property is good for corporate meetings and events, also could be a good option to hold large size meetings at this place as it has some huge size halls and multiple meeting rooms sort of areas. Also this place has the capacity to conduct exams in hotels and currently few of the international professional bodys have conducted exams at this place, and probably be the on of the best exam center for me. So this property is good for having large indoor events activities for gathering of people.

Best decoration … Quite expensive but loved it… Their food is also great… I would recommend it … They give value for money and treat you as priority… The staff is helpful and honest… Loved this place toomuvh.

Though the entry to hotel is very small but once you get inside it's fabulous. Valet parking is available free of charge. Coffee shop is nice. Dining here is good. Good food quality and staff is very friendly.

A great and sophisticated place for housing and different kinds of parties. The service is top notch and the place is high class. Having the experience of attending several parties there, I can say the food quality is good but not enough varieties. The place can be easily found too.

Rooms were good, service was exceptional. The function that we had come to attend was well managed and with good food. Although, the morning buffet breakfast has immense margin for improving! The waffles were not fluffy, the stir fry was tasteless. Moreover, would be good if a choice was given for egg-free pancakes and waffles. Overall, the service was good and we enjoyed it.

We booked a twin room, and were guaranteed a twin room. When it came to checking in, we were allocated the wrong room and told there was no others available. They were 'booked out' After 10 minutes of discussions, they were suddenly able to find another room… But one we had to pay for. Despite the error that the hotel had already made. Not a great start. In the restaurant, my college ordered the white wine with dinner. It was off. We tried to send this back but they wouldn't take no for an answer. They kept bringing back the same wine in different states of being cooled, but it was still the same off bottle of wine. When contacted in regards to our issues, we were informed that the error in room booking was ours. I produced the evidence of the twin room booking and was only then offered 3000 Radisson credits for our next stay. The average room cost for 1 night is 38, 000 credits. We were incorrectly charged for 2 night stay hence this 'Act of good will' was just pathetic. Our companies delegates will never be using this hotel again.

Just went in for a meeting. Friendly staff at arrival. Easy to find the place. Nice location. Washroom were clean. Coffee was well made. All in all a typical chain Five star hotel. May visit again.

We when to this hotel to attend a marriage, however took 3 rooms as well. I haven’t seen such a cold hotel in terms of public / guest dealing. Location : — it’s a good location for all the people who are thinking to be in West Delhi Property : — nothing much to talk about except it’s maintained well and all the services work very well Food : — I don’t find any issue about the food also. Banquet: — they have multiple banquets and all are good and roomy Service : — there is a scope of improvement at least they need to show Happy Face! I do recommend this hotel.

Reception and all service staff were very helpful and cordial. Our beachfront room on the third floor had a balcony and a great view of the pool area, the city lights, and sunrise — magnificent. Food in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast was good. Especially liked the lowcountry shrimp and grits. They surprised my friend with a slice of chocolate cake with "Happy Birthday" written on the plate when we casually mentioned that it was his birthday!

I would describe the hotel as follows: For India above average good, but not to compare with a 4 star hotel in Europe. There were many little things that are simply not "as usual" — for example, open power connections under the sink in the bathroom. But there are worse accommodations in India.

Clean hotel with very large rooms. Stable, fast WLAN free of charge. Very good breakfast, as well as very good international cuisine.

Quite okay, but the situation is bad,

I've attended a function in the banquet area, in the initial days of this hotel. It was a family occasion and, it was quite a gathering. The food, and space were apt and the service was appreciable, considering how new it was. Things might have improved since then, as I've been inside the hotel premises over two years now, for a proper function. Recently, I've just only been there for the food-outlets there, like Domino's.

One of the best hotel in delhi. Near to airport around 20 km. Rooms are good and services are excellent. Food quality is very good. Recommended for users.

Very good hotel to stay. From reception to room service, hotel staff is very good. Rooms, lobby, decorations, food, swimming pool, gym everything is just excellent.

It's a very well maintained property. Courteous staff. Had been to there restaurant Indiyaki they offer amazing food its a open kitchen. The food is made only once you order. Once our food was done the chef came and took the review of the food and also gave us complimentary desert.

The location is not good. Only if you reach directly from airport and don't need visiting the city, it will do. In the lobby all is well and nice, great bakery by the way. Clean and nice toilets. Great restaurant with a huge choice of dishes. But my clients for translation stayed at the president suite. The room stayed without cleaning till 2 p. M. With some spilled drink on the floor. We expected an Indian business partner and had to call 5 times for cleaners to come! The service is slow. The president suite oils like a very average room without any spirit.

It's a nice property but it's conference are require an upgrade. Pastry shop is good and offers some nice cakes and snacks. The entrance is quite tricky but one can manage it.

Good Hotel. One of the finest in West Delhi. Very nice restaurants and banquet halls. The gym and swimming pool is a great place to relax and get healthy.

I had an Amazing experience. The ambiance is beautiful, clean and friendly. Very good place for couples.

Not at all satisfied with the service. Fridge wasn't working. Next day we went out and when we came back, someone's luggage was inside our room. We we complaint about it then said this was miscommunication. Our boy mistakenly dropped bag here in 720 instead of 704.

Since it is a very renowned property hence no need for introduction. Situated at Main Road. Parking facility is there. Good Ambience. Food is also delicious.

Good place. Nice decor. But small details are not getting taken care. Had been there for a meeting. The soundproofing of the meeting hall needs to. Be taken care. It is not at a good form since the sound from other parties is always there which is a problem. Also the cleanliness under tables is just covered by clothes, which is not expected out of such a big brand name. Food was good. However the cleanliness is an issue, which is requires to be ractified.

Service in their restaurant was so slow that we were thinking about leaving. Once had their mudcake, which led to a bad stomach. Though I went for a third time n tried amritsari mushrooms which I loved! The staff is nice, ambience is great.

Hbn chor company rahti hai jo kayi logo ka paisa kha kar baithi hai. Jo garibo ki guhar bhi nahi sun rahe hai. Usake pichhe kitane log badnam ho rahe hai aur gali kha rahe hai. Please sabhi logo se requiste hai ki jo garibo ka paisa fasa hua hai. Unka paisa dilwane ki mahan kripa kare.

Stay was good, services were good specially Mr. Deepak sharma's way of talking and handling a client shows how much professional he is. I will visit here again.

Dont understand why they dont allow bikes inside.

Never stay in this hotel, The staff and others have no manners and all. The hotel have blocked my payment and on calling them on their phone 100 times no one answer, and they use to disconnect the phone again and again. Please I request all dont stay in this hotel speacially on Paschim Vihar Branch. Till now I have never get the refund from the hotel. On calling the Axis Bank customer care they told that the hotel have not release the funds yet. I hope to get the response from the head office at earliest.

It is good place but there is nothing intresting to do. A bit boring and dull apart from the Sufi nights which takes place every week in the Oro bar.

If I would have the option of rating it as a half star, I would do without any doubt. One of the worst staff I have ever encountered in the hospitality business. They don't have simple courtesies, manners, and have awful communication and management skills. I went to book for a banquet and the way they behaved simply put me off. The halls smelled terrible, the banquet staff behaved like some local street side restaurant vendor. He didn't have basic courtesies of attending to guests rather was gossiping away with other staff, and while attending taking personal calls. Even had the guts to say on our face that he doesn't accommodate the requests/referrals of promoters and some other staff members. Seemed like a complete rogue. These guys are only banking on Radisson's brand name, other wise if you take that name out of equation and do a neutral analysis — nobody will want to ever step in that property cause of some of their staff. All the 4-5 star ratings here seem to be fake, and from their own circle. Really hope Radisson corporate addresses this and look at why multiple people have complained about their staff and their behavior.

Service was very good, and staff was very helpful specially Girish Front office (Manager), It was wowwwwwwww experience.

In all my years of organising events I have never come across such an incompetent hotel who have supposedly won awards in event organising. Extremely bad service from banquet staff, incompetent reception staff, no security, poor process of billing, unreliable travel desk, charges billed to my room without my signature, bad attitude of operations manager, bad attitude of banquet sales person, imposing rules not stated or in contract prior to event, unjustified costs that seemed to be made up, assumed layout of banquet room that should have been asked prior to the event, delay in event due to incompetent staff, no apologies, nobody aware of complaints procedure, staff availability non existent, no compensation offered, no apology offered, ignorant attitude to females, charged twice for my stay, awful attitude to accommodating to situations where professionalism is required, no form of management available when required, constant lying staff. Still no contact from any form of management, do they actually exist.

Went to check out as it was ma test centre. Jus loved it.

Gave my IELTS L/R/W test here, interiors were beautiful and eye-catching, which is pretty common for hotels. However, restrooms were dirty and stinked worse than my shit.

Shitty place, shitty people, went to marriage got my stuff stolen from the truck of car, clothes, shoes, car jack tyre tools, do not trust these people, dont hand over your car keys u'll be robbed, better some other place. I did complaint but no use.
