Rooms are stinky and bathrooms are very ill maintained. Totally unhygienic and no one should ever dare to stay in this hotel with kids. They r likely to fall ill. Bed linens are used ones. AC is ill maintained and we could not use it out of fear because a smell of petrol surrounded the room when we switched on the AC. Had a very short stay of 20 hrs but was charged extra 500 for early check-in. Overall experience was horrible.

Worst hotel I have seen. Rooms are smelling badly. AC is not cooling at all. Service is too bad. Bedsheet is smelling. Room corner is very dirty.

Room Service is good and at time but the rooms are of medium size.

We had a very pleasant time, the beds are very comfortable The location is so good its near new delhi railway station & metro station, good rooms, Breakfast served was superb, housekeeping was excellent and was done in a proper manner.

Service is good… rooms are ok… much efforts needed for their maintenance… staff is good. Need some good makeover… no fresh air. Ac sometimes feels suffocating.

Good location is near to the New Delhi railway station and food is also tasty rooms are also good and well design interior.

Not good serves in hotel not provide the OyO Bathroom kit even after complaint in OYO and rooms are not cleen everyday.

1. The room was too small and too old. 2. The room walls are broken, unclean and stinking. 3. Don't expect a hot water bath. 4. Food was too costly but too terrible to eat. 5. A/C — I still doubt if that was an AirConditioner or an AirCooler. 6. Bed — Dirty, thin and uncomfortable to sleep 7. Wi-Fi — just for the name sake. It can't even open a single webpage/app 8. Room Service — They don't even clean the room, but they beg for tips at the time of checkout. Overall. I had a worst experience staying there.

No words for I this hotel great value of money full signal Wi-Fi staff is full coperated very neat and clean. Food quality is good free pick up service is great. In this area Arakashan road there is 100 hotels in this road but I recment to stay here this is I feel cheap and best hotel in PAHAR GANJ. Hotel have own spacious parking with security guards Stayed June 2013.
