Hospitable staff. Great ambience. Great location. Beautiful neat and clean rooms with powerful AC's and high speed Wi-Fi. Visited the hotel directly without prior bookings, still got a great deal. Bathrooms were also well maintained and food was tasty.

Centrally located hotel. Courteous staff and managers. One can get a peaceful sleep in these quite rooms. Clean bathrooms with branded fittings. Free toiletry kit was provided. And tasty food with Punjabi tadka which I personally liked alot.

Prime and convenient location. Atmosphere of hotel was very soothing. Very quit rooms. Maintenance level 100/100. Rooms were clean, stainless linens were provided. Amazing interiors. Bathrooms were also very clean and properly maintained. Supportive staff and managers.

Minutes away from new delhi railway station. Location very convenient to find. Hotel board is visible from far enough. Very welcoming manager, knows inside out about nearby places, trains, routes… Etc The rooms were mesmerizing, I had a quality sleep. Room service and Toiletry kits were provided everyday without fail. Got a good variety of breakfast and it was actually very tasty and healthy. The dinner too was very delicious. So it was a value for money stay.

Stayed for 5 days in Hotel Presidency. Firstly, I was warmly welcomed by the manger and hotel staff. The location was very prime and near to railway station. The hotel is beautifully decorated and so were the rooms. I had booked 2 rooms and both the rooms were equally good. The rooms had effective AC's and high speed Wi-Fi. The mattress was very soft and linens were clean. I was provided complementary soap, shampoo, shower gel… etc. The bathroom was very modular with high quality fittings and shower facilities… Lastly, 10/10 on staff politeness and behavior. And 10/10 on food. It was just yummmm.

Hotel is ok type not up to the mark. Situated In the market area. I book this hotel through Oyo rooms unfortunately Oyo rooms image doesn't match it's very disappointed.

Best stay ever. FAB rooms, huge bathrooms. I was provided free toiletry kit and towels. Free high speed Wi-Fi. The staff, manager were very soft spoken and the owner too was very helpful. The food was very tasty. Everything upto the mark.

One of the most hospitable welcomers. As soon as I checked it, It felt like I was in seventh heaven. The rooms were perfectly maintained and looked beautiful. Food served had a homely taste. Highly impressed. Probably the best hotel near New Delhi Railway station.

Stayed in this hotel for 4 days 3 nights. Rooms are neat and clean but service provided was not good at all. Room service for lunch and dinner was always late by atleast 40 mins. AC was not working and was in poor condition. Food quality was also OK.

No dustbins in the room. Untidy bedsheets. Not worth staying. Sucks.

Room is not as mentioned on Oyo. Place is cozy and not comfortable for two.

Nothing good was there to talk about, room service is slower than snail, free breakfast means only one dish from the specified catagory, room was clean but nothing much was there, toilet paper and handwash was not available. Overall it was a bad experience.

Food quality is very bad. Rate is high as compared to the rooms provided. Also the room was not clean when I came in. Cigarettes are thrown and there is no cleanliness in here.

Rooms were clean. But location in a bit interior. Wi-fi is very weak.

Hotel room are really good. I stay 2 night here. This Hotel is really good for low budget people. From this Hotel Delhi railway station is very near. Approximately it will take 8-10 minutes to reach Hotel form Delhi railway station. Hotel Washroom was really good.

On 11th of April 2016, I went to the hotel through an auto driver. The same room shown @999 on OYO site was charged @3000 by the hotel manager, shows opportunistic attitude of the hotel authority. Please be cautious.
