Poorest hotel. Never book Centra inn hotel. Poor service. Rude staff. Hotel Centra inn denied to accept goibibo booking. Hotel tell goibibo is chutiya company. We don't accept goibibo booking. Request you all visitors never book Centra inn hotel. Hotel staff greedy for money. Location is poor. So request you booking another hotel in paharganj. All in all hotel centra inn very poor and rude hotel.

PLEASE READ BEFORE CHECK IN! Worst place to stay… Starting from the check in, the guy is just a noobie who recieves you and not enough mature because even servants sometimes refused to listen to his orders. The rates were high for a night and we wanted a small bargain but he told that if you want bargain just book it from ibibo and u can get the room at cheaper price and a complementary breakfast, but there were se conditions like u must check in at 12 but we were already at the reception at 8 am. So we explained him the situation and asked him to alot us room a little bit early and he told YES I will give you room before the actual time. Thats why we booked the room and he saw that we paid for the room so he just told us sit. I will give you room at 10 am. (so we are supposed to sit at reception upto 2 hrs) this was terrible. After this we called for water (nearly 4 times) but he never paid attention to us and when we shouted like when will the water arrive. Then only the service boy came with two glasses of water. Then we sat for 45 min And then we left the hotel for 30 minutes so that we can grab a cup of tea after whole night of travel. After this as soon as we returned we asked him to give any room available because we were tired so he gave same sized room with same facilities and we agreed ro stay there but he told us that u have to wait still as the cleaning is going on in the room. We still waited 15 min and then we got the room.

Hotel centra inn is the best hotel in paharganj, all rooms are deluxe, big bathrooms, good room service.

Poor hotel very poor or stupidd staff as I had visited there early morning cleaning was going on but no one was at reception they came after 5 minutes that is fine but he said room is not ready you have to wait for 10 more minutes in the mean time where I was sitting on couch opposite to reception sweeper came and closed the fan and started dusting there I said i'm tired and full of sweat as it was hard to found your hotel. Instead of switching on the fan he said just 2 minutes let me complete it first. Rooms were not tidy need sheets were in super poor conditions even towel and blankets were also very dirty.

We had booked a room thorough cleartrip. And the pictures on the site were very nice but when we arrived at the hotel they did not give us a room till 6Pm although we had been waiting there since 12 pm which is the check in time. The room was pethatic and stinky. Wardrobe was broken light were not working Ac was too noisy Bathroom was leaking I suggest try some other hotel.

Old property rooms are ok but toilets are very dirty. Ventelation is not there and hotel has no lift. Avg hotel avg service and very poor location. Its situated in a very narrow lane of paharganj delhi.

It is one of the best hotel in pharganj it is location. Food quality was amazing. I Loved the hospitality very much. It was a very satisfactory and delightful experience thanks for the hotel centra inn team.

It's near by newdelhi rly station. 5 minutes distance. Its the only good abt the property. Least cleanliness, unprofessional staff. Food not good. Not suitable for family. Better to stay alone or only male members. Economical nd ok ok type property.

Very bad hotel and staff. Poor location I dont know how people can comment it as a good location. Hotel staff was not supportive. Tv is not working. After complaing no action has been taken. No cleanness was there. Even bedsheets are also dirty. Dont go there specialy if you are couple. Do not go for comments which says this hotel good they may be hotel staff or I dont know who. Plzz dnt book it is waste of money and respect.

Service is good, they try their best to keep their customers happy. I got the rooms at extremely low prices and they also allowed me to stay after check out time at no extra cost. Food is also nice. Though the Hotel is not that great and the location is very congested, if you have to stay at Paharganj, it is a good option.

This place is pathetic, it's cheap and food quality is fine. Apart from that it's horrible place to be in. Receptionist is rude. Rooms are filled with mosquitoes. Ceiling fans makes noise. Television does not work at all. And worst part is it is situated at very congestion and confusing place. People living in the same lane doesn't know about this hotel either. I'd not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice hotel, nice rooms, location is slight inside pahargnj but worth opt if you are a moving with your family. Actual photographs on website.

This place was giving us problems and showing unfriendly face from the very beginning. But worst came at night. Their rooms, although quite spacious and nice looking had hordes of bedbugs! Those beast will just eat you alive! The staff was warned and they promised to take measures, so if you are still willing to risk, it is better to double check your bed first.

I stayed in this hotel on 13th nov-2015, this property I saw renovated on trip advisor and booked, it is really a good experience for me very nice rooms, interior and bathroom all is superb, indeed recommend to others, location is simple come through Imperial cinema to this street called Nalwa street. Small budget hotel but services and rooms are really beat the luxury once. I stayed with my father and my child it is sure a family hotel and enjoyable the nearby area main bazar paharganj for local shopping market, I loved this place from main road near railway station. It's a very good and friendly hotel, the staff is very polite. I've been in Delhi three times and stopped at this hotel. Good!
