Rooms were small but great view if you stayed in road facing rooms!

I will not advise … But it's your call to stay here if you are frequent flyer and required close by place to stay in good price … Also please note this hotel is tarraif is totally negotiable. Please do at the time of check IN. other wise nice place to stay… far better than other hotel in there … there are very few palace there you can stay.

Decent budget hotel with spacious rooms, high speed internet and tasty, good quality food offered in the in house menu. Only thing is the room cleanliness can be improved. Also the staff isn't very courteous. Recommended if you wish to stay near the airport on a budget.

Not that good. They pretended to give us bad room by fault but they did it intentionally and further we have to change the room eventually.

Good hotel. Comfortable stay. But needs improvement. Bathroom was not up to mark. Water in shower was very slow. Staff needs to be trained. Boys are not trained to respect guests. Management should train them and show them what is hospitality… What is respect. They have no manners. Otherwise my stay was OK.

Good service good hospitality and food is very delicious very neat and clean kids liked.

Normal one, make my trip will book this hotel on tour packages at delhi. Which is not up to the mark. Do not book any tours in make my trip. Travel tempos do not have A/c services. But they will charge you for AC services.

Waves hotel facility is just ok Transport service is just ok.

Lication of hotel is very nice near to airport but the hotel is not so good.

It's a convenient place for travelling people particularly when is Transit time is long. Very nearby to the airport and more than enough for short stay.

Right attention, I didn't like the room.

We were placed by airlines due to delayed flights. Breakfast and lunch food was very good. Staff was friendly. We were satisfied to spend a day with little kids when everything was uncertain for us.

Service really sets this hotel apart from other three stars. With excellent restaurant, stylish well appointed rooms, and all the things you'd expect at its rating, the Hotel Waves is a perfect choice in New Delhi. The airport and city tour services are exceptional as well. Above all their service is outstanding. No matter who you speak to, from the house keeping to room front desk at 3am, you are only going to find courteous and very helpful people.

Hotel is nice easily approachable. Budget hotel we can say. Food is available, view is good if you get rooms at the outer sides you can have the flyover view. Overall nice hotel woth modular rooms.

My experience for the stay was average. It's an average hotel for overnight stay. Location is very near to airport and the food is okay. Cleanliness of rooms are also average, it could be very better not much clean rooms. And the acs need to be upgrade they doesn't seems like working.

All good except damaged door in one room on third floor, exposed nail on the door could hurt any body.

The place is well maintained with good rooms and well managed staff and the ambience is also pleasing…

Located in a place where a chain of hotels exist which sometimes pose difficult to locate and distinguish from distance. It has nice complimentary breakfast as lot of options to choose from. Rooms are spacious but aesthetically not very attractive.

Great hotel near airport. Great service. Great staff like Mr. Sharma. Food is very good. A nice Hotel at mahipalpur. I like it. Breakfast and other dishes of this hotel is awasome. A great taste in every item. I like it. It is like a seven star.

We stayed here just for 2 nights. Do ask for the new room build facing the highway. That was a pretty good room compared to the others. it had a huge sealed window facing the highway and great bed side lighting.

Clean room n staff are friendly. Location wise is also good.

Dirty! Very dirty! Downright unsanitary. Air Conditioning works on and off. Very overpriced for what it is.

The service is excellent and a wonderful treatment that of Kike… was my guard angel in Delhi.

This was our first stop on a 16 day tour. We stayed 2 nights and found the hotel very comfortable with helpful staff and excellent food. The staff made every effort to ensure this did not have 'bedroom factory' feel although it was clearly a transit hotel. Really amazing experience… I will recommend to my friends.

Booked via Zo Rooms between 22nd to 24th Jan 2015. Also called Zo Rooms Airport on makemytrip. Room — Comfortably big enough for 3. It is a new establishment. Has free Wi-Fi. Hot water — has gyser in bathrooms. Food — Has restaurant. Breakfast is complimentary if booked through Zo Rooms. Location — Very close to New Delhi airport. Nearest Metro station is Delhi Aero City at walkable 1km distance. Verdict — value for money. Very convenient for late check in or early check out. Receptionists can be bit rude towards people who book via Zo Rooms :-) (*Rs. 1299/ — per room as on 22nd to 24th Jan-2015 via Zo Rooms).

Bad experience, poor service.

Stayed at this hotel during December, 1st week 2010 on my way to South India from Agra. First good things. Clean, close to airport. OK room size, rest/bathrooms are clean, restaurant at downstairs. On downside, no hot water, unfriendly staff, eager to carry your single luggage and ask for tip rather than providing any meaningful help. Charged me a/c room fair but no working AC in room. Noticed a 30 years old window mount AC with its electrical wires hanging out. As my visit was during winter it was very cold outside and inside too, and as I said not working AC, so no chance of any "conditioning of air" inside room and you can forget about hot water. Woke up with head ache and caught cold. Not enough blankets are provided except a dampen cotton quilt. By morning everyone woke up with a cold. Do not depend on wake up call or cab. Charges exorbitant Rs 300 for 1 mile airport ride. No sound proof, difficult to sleep with noise. Overall, can't simply depend on staff you need to be proactive and be demanding person to get worth for your money.
