In my previous stay it was awesome and I have given this hotel a five star feedback. But now today in 13-08-22, I have booked this hotel business class room for my stay with family. All of sudden my child got sick and I have canceled my trip. IndiGo has taken the full concern about my situation and agree to refund full amount after seeing my child’s medical documents. I have contacted cleartrip to cancel my stay in radisson. But Mr Manish from this hotel clearly say no for refund. Again cleartrip executive told me to directly contact this 5 star hotel and refund my money of booking after seeing medical documentation. After making continuous 6 calls reservation desk replied with straight forward NO to me. When I told them to accept my cancellation on medical issue of child they told me that hotel is not having any concern with your medical issues. This is a hospitality sector, you should think twice before acting like this with your customers. This type of rude professionalism is not acceptable from a big name like you. Rest is up to you.

Awesome, enjoying a lots, mouth watering delicious foods, lots of things to do… enjoying with all family.

I went there yesterday. Everything was good. I liked the ambience and I liked the room as well but the problem started when one of their manager interogated and argued with me on clicking pictures their at the time of check out. He also noted my room no. As well and treated like I am a criminal. I am sorry to say that I will never go their because of that and guys please take care of that if you are going to click some pictures.

The hospitality of the people were commendable. The rooms are good, and the food is good here. They also arrange for cabs for airport drop, which is just 4.5 km (terminal 1) and 3.9 km (terminal 3) from here. Ola and Uber are also readily available.

It's a nice hotel had a great stay and receptionist was quite well mannered and gentle towards customer.

Shambolic Hotel. After claiming it a fully AC room once you enter room you will be shocked to find NO AC. Only Centralized cooling is there. Second thing I checked in on July the 3rd evening and checked out on 4th morning, they give me the bill of wrong dates with check in dates and check out dates both the same I. E 4th July. After reminding them for almost 7-8 times till today I didn’t recieved the rectified receipt/ bill. I don’t think there is anything good that I can share with you all about this Hotel. One of my worst experience to say the least.

Good service… And comfortable rooms.

Not worth it. Poor and delayed services (after constant reminders). Untidy rooms. Ineffective air conditioners. Mismanaged. Don't look at the size or beauty of the room, appearances can be deceptive.

The guy who sits on the reception, at night time, is really arrogant and ill mannered. In general this it gave a very wrong image of the kind of service they provide. Rooms are clean and food quality is okay, but staff is led by the wrong kind of person. A change in staff members, might just change the customer satisfaction here. We had to move to other hotel nearby. Just because of the staff behavior.

The hotel is decent. Good for business meetings and professional lunch and dinner parties. Rooms are good.

Hotel Venus is a budget hotel located at Mahipalpur, on the NH-8. This is is good for the transit passenger's.

The location is best. Clear view of airport.

Good budget hotel for overnight stay. IGI 2 and IGI 3 is just 10 min away. Good taxi connectivity. Goibibo ratings is 5 and nice supporting staff. However lift and passage is too small for 5 person.

Value for money. Worth it hotel… well maintained staff. Room service is also good. Around one km away from aerocity metro station. Only the issue was unavailability of liquor. They can arrange it for you but they will charge more than double, that too in black, without any bill.

Dirty rooms, lift and restaurant. They show some prime photos of the rooms. Don't get cheated by that.

100% recommend to all! The rooms have noise cancellation glass! No traffic noise at all in the room, we were given a room with view! It was our second stay and they remembered us! Very welcoming Manager and a Very efficient staff.

Location is at Mahipalpur on Delhi Ajmer Highway. 10 minutes from IGI T3, 5 minutes from Delhi Aerocity Metro Station. Decent Rooms, Great Restaurant.

One of the best place to stay at mahipal pur, Delhi. From room 302, 301, 202, 201, or 401, 402 best view from hotel at affordable price, good rooms.

Hotel Venus at Central Point and generally the place for quick snack while returning from Delhi. It's pretty secure in comparison to other hotels nearby due to a police check post within 50 mtrs.

It's fine if you want to stay only for like 4-5 hours otherwise it's not preferable. Yeah, its near the airport so you can catch flight easily and is located near the Delhi Aerocity metro station so the whole city is accessible, I didn't like the services and rooms of this hotel. It doesn't even have a restaurant, u have to go out for meal.

Good for one night stay if u need to be close to airport.

Hotel staff is very copertive and helpful and front office manger Mr. Ajay maheswari a great person very helf fu'll nature and copertive person food also delicious 'service is fast ' all is well stay room is neat and clean.
