Hotel is good, but the reception staff was very non-cooperative and rigid. May be we were unlucky that day or they are always like that.

I booked this hotel only for a 5-6 hour stay before catching an early morning flight out of Delhi. Went there after reading lot of positive reviews on Makemytrip and Goibibo. Now I have started to believe that the reviews were fake. This hotel is not at all worth staying. The worse part was the bed, it was just horrible. It was sagging as if it was completely empty from inside. The springs were popping out from the sides. Just after a few mins of lying down on it, me and my wife started to experience discomfort in our backs. When I raised this with the front desk, I was told that all the beds were like that so we had no other choice. Then the room AC was hardly effective. Had no lift also. Lastly was the incompetent security guard. He tried to guide me to park my rental car and I was a fool to rely on him. As a result of his instructions, the car bumped on the wall from rear. Thankfully no damage was done but he was not at all apologetic about it. Again reiterating that this hotel was absolutely hopeless as we couldn't even rest for few hours due to the dreadful bed.

The place is clean and quiet. Biggest problem is getting there because of a perpetual traffic jam. But rates are reasonable and it's quite near to the Airport.
