It is a Family & Business oriented Hotel of 88 well designed Rooms on Prime Location just 5 minutes drive to Airport with good taste of Food & Services. Very next to a BAR. Market is on just 5 minutes walk in. Well supporting staff. Conference Hall for Corporate and Banquet for Guests up to 150-170 for their family functions is also available here.

Excellent stay. Clean toilet, cover sheets, pillows and room. Restaurant food is good and staffs are very courteous.

I went for dinner here. Ambience is the best thing about this place. Food is pretty decent. Waiters are courteous and soft spoken. You can definitely go to this place with your family and friends. You also go there with your significant other.

The hotel is located near the international airport and is near the roadside. The rooms are average sized. The staff is friendly and helpful and the food is good. Overall, the hotel is ok for an overnight stay.

A good place to stay for family and couples. The location very close to the airport makes it an excellent choice for passengers planning to fly after a short break. The amenities provided are excellent, and the staff is very accommodating and helpful. The bar and restaurant on the ground floor makes it easy to take a quick shot before heading out! They have an airport drop service which is however charged separately. On the whole, a very nice experience.

It is a very luxurious hotel u will feel like u r at home the service is fabulous technical best in Delhi and the plus point is it is near to the airport so. If u come by flight u have to suffer the traffic of Delhi so good hotel.

My stay at hotel Classic Diplomat was satisfactory. Rooms are spacious and well-maintained. Its location near the airport makes it an ideal for travellers. The restaurant offers a good choice of meals. Overall a pleasant stay. Would recommend the hotel.

Otherwise a comfy small hotel if not for the following — rooms need to be mopped. Dusty floor. U would see the dust when u step into the wet bathroom. Should provide room slippers as in winter the ceramic floor is very cold. They clean the restaurant chairs in the morning n your butt gets wet when you go there for breakfast.

A great place to stay, close to the airport. Helpful staff and the restaurant is great! Beds are super comfy. There is some noise due to construction around the place but didn’t bother too much.

There are dozens of hotels in this strip and this is definitely one of the better mid-range hotels, as well as being closer to the main intersection than most, without being too close. It's signboard is visible from the metro station and is perhaps 10 minutes walk or a minute in a taxi. The several rooms we stayed in were well appointed with good, clean bedding, surprisingly quiet and the Wi-Fi worked well. The restaurant, while compact, served tasty meals and a decent breakfast, with friendly staff. For it's price bracket, I would certainly recommend it and will stay there again while transiting Delhi.

Always visit this place whenever I come to Delhi. Location makes it very convenient for early or late flights to catch. Rooms are pretty varied including family sized ones.

Hotel and accommodation in Delhi not much value of money. They just want business instead people's satisfaction.

Worsr serviceever… We changed ourroom twice… the dinner was not good but breakfast wasbetter… the rooms were full of smoke about which wecomplained and they couldnt solve it.

A bang for buck decent hotel with spacious and well decored rooms. Its strength lies in its simplicity that is comfy rooms, tasty food, lightning fast service and great accessibility to airport and major hubs. If you are looking for a barebone hotel with the above needs just go for this one.

Rooms are clean, service isn't too bad, food is very good and is cheap (compared to american prices). There are some annoying things like certain websites being blocked when using hotel Wi-Fi, and it doesn't feel like theres ac in some places.

Just stopped for a quick breakfast here. The palatability of the food was average, though the service was great. The washrooms were not up to the mark though, they were unclean. The accessibility of the hotel is a good point in it's favour — it's almost touching the main road. Satisfied with the overall experience.

Interiors are good but located in a shabby place. The surrounding is very bad. OK if you want to stay for few hours. Advantage is it's near T3.

The moment we arrived, we didn't feel great about this hotel. We have stayed here a number of times in the past but this time was different. The room was dirty (including the linens) and the window was broken — and we were on the first floor where anyone could come in. I brought it to the attendant's attention and he said, "I'm sorry, we have no more rooms". My family packed our bags and decided to leave. When we got to the lobby, the attendant said, "please, please don't leave — I can show you another room. Please come look at it". This was about the time the manager came out asking us to reconsider. 1. The room was filthy. 2. The room was unsafe. 3. The staff lied to me and my family. Be warned.

A decent hotel at good price in Delhi, very near to airport. It's perfect for one night stay. In evening they serve buffet option for dinner but not worth for the price they charge.

I booked a room in this hotel (through the Taj Tours booth in the visitors' area of Delhi Airport) for one night after my flight was delayed by roughly 12 hours. The hall is nice. The room I was given was on fourth floor, and I had the ventilation system right outside my window. Window that would not really close completely, making the room quite noisy. The temperature was also pretty low, and the AC fan would only blow cold air. The room was tidy with some minor flaws, but the noise was definitely too loud for a normal person to be comfortable (i was able to sleep sound anyway because I was dead tired). The water pressure in the shower was quite low, and only became warm after a couple minutes (yep. Two minutes of cold shower. In a cold room). The restaurant is excellent. I got some Tandoori chicken for dinner with some plain naan and the chicken was good. The cost of chicken + naan + diet pepsi was 455 rupees. That's 6€. My 3-star ranking comes from the room I was assigned to. The noise was a bit too loud, but probably on the lower floors the situation is better. They didn't give me the receipt, and I noticed only after I arrived back home.

I can't think of anything good to say about this place. Bathrooms are terrible. There's literally an electrical outlet in the shower area (no curtains or anything so the water flows everywhere in the bathroom). I had to beg the front desk to turn on hot water and they only did it for 15 minutes. It would probably a 1 or 2 star in Canada.

This is the one of the worst hotel in Delhi to stay. I assume most of the reviewer are paid or Hotel family. I stayed here from November 23, 2015 to November 26. I had a room no 201. Bed sheet and Towels were very dirty. They were not providing the small towels once they took for cleaning. You need to request them every day for small towel. Service boys are very greedy. They would openly ask the money against if you need any service. There is nothing in breakfast for foreigner. They were always lying with their customers. One day they made me wait for more than hour for taxi and I was about to miss my appointment. Don't know on what basis Expedia type service provider promoting this hotel for foreigners. I have no hesitation to say that this hotel is making a bad name of Indian Hotel Industries among foreigners.

Not a place where I want to stay again. I stayed overnight for business trip to Delhi. The linen was not fresh. I could sense it was used. I arrived very late and expected to sleep quickly. The room allocated didn't have a working air-conditioner and I had to call and convince them to change the room. Then they didn't get me a programmed entry card. Next day morning when I went out for breakfast, I couldn't enter back. So I had to go down to the reception to get it programmed. I expect any good hotel to have a good room ready for the guest who checks in. The room was not well kept apparently. The food was mediocre at the best. The buffet breakfast was included which is good. The pricing for this sort of facility, I would say is on the higher side. I would not stay there again.

Stayed here as part of my private Taj Mahal Tour from Jeet Travel. Over all the room was clean except for the coffee cups. The rooms seem to be reasonably priced. The bar servers some great appetizers and had 2 for 1s… or 1 + 1s. The price was high for India but still very responsible based on US prices. I would definitely stay here again.
