Very good hotel. Very helpful front desk staff. Taxi service available. He charged 80 rupees to airport. We had gone with nirmala travels, a travel agency from Bangalore. They has arranged food for us.

This hotel is really good. I just visited this hotel… Rooms were very good condition neat & clean … The staff also very good & helpful… The food was awsm specially breakfast… Definitly I would like to go to this hotel next time…

Pros: 1. This place has a great ambience and a vintage theme which looks pretty awesome. 2. The rooms are pretty spacious and neat. We had clean linen and towels. Extra towels were also provided. 4. The bathroom was also very clean 3. The staff is very polite and cooperative. Good service. 4. The couches can also be transformed into and extra bed (loved it) CONS: 1. The building though is quite old though, but that is not a problem at all. 2. For breakfast we have to walk to the other hotel as they do not have enough space. 3. The AC is not that good. Overall, worth a stay.

Vary good and homely hotel and staffs and front office managers are excellent. And food is also nice and good.

Amazing facilities, having clean and hygienic rooms, bathroom was clean, friendly staff, toilet and bathtub was also clean.

Its a very nice hotel that is making my stay in india so warm and good, the rooms are very good with the weather now I should say the air conditioner is really helpi. Meal prices seems quite good just keep on mantaining them, the staff of Sun Star Hotels are very friendly and humble aswel.

Location is good. Room was spacious with an compact beautiful bathroom having all required toiletries. Helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent. Bed was comfortable with clean linen and towels. Value for money.

The guests that usually visit this hotel are from Africa. Price is relatively cheap and some guest even cook in the balcony.

Pathetic staff, kept us waiting for 45 minutes even after notifying that we would be doing an early check-in. Horrible is the word! Don't ever visit!

A good hotel to stay in Delhi. The service provided here is good with good food. I must admit the breakfast is really delicious. You will get enough area for parking and it is wheelchair accessible parking also. Feel the high speed internet. You can book different types of room via different trip advisor sites. The employees are friendly and helps immediately when we feel trouble in something. This also have facility of vehicle, 24 hours which helps us to go anywhere.

This is a hotel with facilities similar to hotels at twice the price. The area is fine. I was quite sick and front office staff took me to a good hospital in the area, Travel desk arranged cabs for us, and provided a good package for Agra city. The rooms were clean and well decorated. Room service is very good and food is also very good. Would come again.

Rooms are good. Managers r very cooperative with us. More over very near to Metro station, Airport is 14 km, railway station is only 6km. So it is very convenient. Overall good.

Hotel Sunstar Residency has a lot of good-location features. Good. The rooms are fairly good, positive vibes clean and well furnished with a fridge, a TV with many channels, good air conditioning, comfortable beds, etc, The bathroom was also spacious and clean, with modern fittings and a great shower and plenty of hot water. There are in the interior of the member of hotel. Every staff is efficient, friendly, attentive and serve with a smile face. Tariff is very reasonable. You get more than what you pay for the food in the kitchen was good. Wi-Fi and free shuttle pick-up was an additional advantage. We stayed in march for 3 nights.

I am a backpacker from USA and I searched hard to find a budget Property in delhi India with a moderate tariff and 3 star facilities also having a Good location. I chose to stay at Hotel Sunstar residency after reading its reviews on tripadvisor. The location of this hotel is very central. I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The rooms are clean well decorated rooms with refrigerator, TV with numerous channels, cupboard, refrigerator, nice air-conditioning, comfortable beds, 24 hrs room service, travel desk etc. Bathrooms are equally clean, fitted with modern fittings and good shower with lots of hot water. I was impressed of the kindness of the staff of this hotel! Staff is efficient, helpful, friendly and serve with a smiling face. I met some fantastic and interesting people staying over in this hotel at the roof top restaurant. Food at the roof top was very good. Many kind of people choose to stay here and enjoy the wonderful food and hospitality of this hotel. I highly recommend staying here.

Hotel Sunstar Residency offers a magnificent location, situated in New Delhi, near to metro and market. Tariff is very reasonable. You get more than what you pay for. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Help you in everything (taxi, train ticket, to plan a tour package. Etc. This hotel is a gem for budget travellers. Sunstar Residency is also a great place to relax and a wonderful hotel with great hospitality. The food was excellent and service whole were excellent.

Bathrooms are nice and clean. Rooms are spacious, clean and airy. Excellent Service. Staff was helpful in every way. Free WI-FI is extra advantage at such a low price. Highly recommended for travelers with low budget.

I stayed in hotel hotel sunstar residency in Delhi with my family for 2 nights and I can say this is the best budget hotel by location wise and room wise. . Breakfast is good but limited choice and need to increase the menu items. On my checkout day I left our luggage at the reception in the morning and collected in the evening. The reception staff was very helpful. The services were just brilliant, right from reservation, booking and reception to room service. Thanks to the hotel team for making our stay comfortable and memorable.

A nice classic hotel. Hotel sunstar residency is a low priced hotel but the facilities are very excellent. Tv, Refrigerator, complimentary breakfast, free super speed WI-FI, Are some of the facilities in the room. Staff was extremely helpful, they helped us in all aspects. We never felt as if we were not at home. Enjoyed the stay. Will definitely come and stay again.

This hotel is very nice and clean. The location is excellent On arrival we were greeted by front office and they were very helpful and kind. We stayed in deluxe room which was comfortable and spacious. There was a TV, Refrigerator, dressing table, drier, and comfy bed along with free Wi-Fi The hotel has restaurant in the basement. The breakfast was complimentary. Besides this, there is one roof top lounge where we had a great dining experience. Overall facilities were good.

This Hotel is located in the hustle and bustle of Karol Bagh It is spotless and the friendly staff was very accommodating and helpful. The rooms we booked was very big and spacious. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a good stay in the within the market area and feel like home.
