V bad receptionist need to b changed he misbahaves like nythng… I think owner should should change receptionist as owise good hotel.

No breakfast with such price. Rooms are small.

Rooms were good but not the washroom.

Location is excellent. Staff is really helpful and caring.

Very poor service by the staff no respect nothing.

Rooms are small, Bathroom are not so clean else ok.

Place is nice and has good Wi-Fi facility. Problem was we made a deal for a week. But after 3 days when he started getting more visitors he inflated our tariffs stating he can't give us the deal which was quite unprofessional. Rest the food and decor is good.

This is a froad they people are doing, want to explore my exprience here I booked one room by oyo rooms and they confirm my booking and the time when I reached hotel they people said that there is no room empty. Because they have given the same room to someone else who is paying more than us. What the hell is this if they have confirmed booking than they should provide us the room. Very bad Hotel of Delhi, I would like to stay in DHRAMSHALA instead of staying on this hotel or trust on hotel.

Service is good. Room and bathroom are clean. Food could be better.
