Good hotel. Nice rooms and washroom, very safe for solo or couple's. Staff is very well behaved and professional. Specially Mr Saurabh from front office.

I was greeted by a friendly and very professional manager by the name of the Saurabh. The room service (Mr Pandey) was beyond amazing. I was short of nothing during my stay as I am a person of disability and was accommodated in a very respectful manor. I truly enjoyed my time here. It is central to all shopping. Just an amazing place with stunning people.

Good and economical. Great service. Call up the hotel and book directly. Great location. Very near to Karol Bagh metro and Ajmal Khan Road. Staff are really friendly. No extra charges levied for taxi booking through them. Overall a great experience. Food is not all that great that is the reason why I have not given a 5 star rating.

Nice but rooms are very small. We can get much better room in same price in same area.

A decent place to stay in Karol Bagh, couple friendly, however finding the hotel is a bit of a task. Rooms were not very spacious but were clean and well kept.

Room was very clean, but small. Very kind staff, but often seems confused or untrained. Hard to find location. Very slow restaurant, we waited 25 mins at our table just to order, then our food took another hour. We had to warn one of the staff not to place a metal bowl in the microwave that he's just carried up. Room service was equally slow, waited an hour for what appeared to be frozen and/or reheated Chinese food. Wi-Fi wasn't working both times that we arrived at the hotel, but was fixed upon complaint. Extremely loud location all through the night. Most of the noise appears to be coming from within the building, but not able to track it down.

Average rooms and bath rooms, untrained staff and average food should sum up my experience of staying there for 2 nights. The locality is not a pleasant place to be in. Internet access is pathetic and billing process inefficient. We found the hotel hard to spot the first time.

Good place and clean rooms. Searching is a bit of issue but its very close to metro station karol bagh… Hence ideal for travelers.

Nice economical business hotel, room service is fine. They have free Wi-Fi tooo. Good for short visits to delhi.

I stayed at Hotel Kingston Park during last December 2011 on a short business trip to Delhi. This hotel was recommended by my friend. Rooms were neat and well maintained with all the facilities. Most Important Wi-Fi Internet was easily accessible. Room service was instant and food was excellent. Will surely visit them again.
