Worst Hotel I stayed in my life. Lots of cockroches, not clean, smelly.

Over priced. Much below the expectations. Poor service. For e. G. : No Toilet roll in the bathroom. When requested it took one hour to deliver.

Good room and ambience. In heart of Karol Bagh. Decent and cooperative staff.

Not suitable for family stay, no parking, foul smelling in rooms.

Rooms good and also location good but hotel room service very poor and staff also not good.

Book through goibebo. Charged me around 1800 for a night. For the price room and service was little disappointing. Room was dusty and bathroom wall were dirty yellowish like it wasn't cleaned from long time. Restaurant 's food is also Avarage in taste, buffet time is closed by 10 am. Ordered lime soda twice didn't receive in room. I think Room service forgot both time. What can I say more. For the service quality and cleanliness I am giving 1/5 star. They should improve. Also buffet time should be increased to 11 am at least.

The only reason I am giving this hotel 2 stars is because all the problems I faced they tried to resolve it as quickly as possible. But there were a lot of them. A/c, TV remote, phone weren't working, one of the shower knobs was broken. They decided to carry onion and garlic bags in the only lift that was from the 70s era and was smelling horribly. There were a lot of other problems but I guess I will stop now. Good staff by the way.

Had gone to it's banquet it was a ok. You can organise a small 40-50 people party.

I do not recommend this hotel for the neighbourhood where it is located (very dangerous and chaotic so that the night the road is closed by the police), both for the poor cleanliness in the rooms which by the way leave much to be desired (almost indecent bathroom and broken furniture and water Hot not working), the only positive note is that it is located near the metro of Karol Bagh.

Nice place. The only thing I didn't like was the traffic we faced while reaching there… Just 10 km took 1 hour or more to reach! Else… Great place and ambiance.

Very bad food in the sandwiches there was a stone bad services about food rooms are ok no parking facility parking facilities are paid.

Horrible place full of rats and other rodents a smelly bad place beds and colts and in bad conditions water is not coming People misbehaving there Goans roaming around the hotel all the time bad works is going on there, overall a pathetic place to stuck in by mistake or if you want to enjoy hell visit there.

Horrible place to stay… The photographs in the website and the actual are completely different. Rooms are shabby and very unhygienic. Linens are not even changed. Anyways the owners of the hotel may not be bothered about the review. My only request to people who are looking for hotels in Karol Bagh is to refrain from booking at this place. You will regret if you do so.

Property: — The BB Palace The worst experience of the Hospitality. Hotel one should never opt to stay. Standard Facilities like Cabinet, washroom, switchboards are in the unusable condition. Even though the Blankets and Cushions are not properly clean. Never to suggest even as the last option to stay. Not even applicable for 1 star Poor services, rude staff, worst food.

Stay at BB hotel was very happy because rooms were very cleaned and decorated. Food was delicious. The best part of hotel is its location as it is situated a walking distance from metro. There is shopping complex and center that offered me a chance to shop at lot for myself. It is worthwhile for me.

It is one of the best hotel I have ever stayed. The room was very neat and clean and Breakfast and Dinner serve were also very much hygiene. I love it very much. The staff were very cooperative. I would recommend Hotel BB Palace to my every friend.

Amazing Services by Hotel BB Palace.

My experience with the hotel was good. I stayed here for 4 days and found the property good as I saw in the Hotel Site. The tariff they provided was good and the staff and their hospitality was very good. The breakfast was a good facility as it starts early morning and really it was good otherwise in most of the Hotels it is after 7.
