Good clean rooms with all the facilities and very good service. I think the price was justified.

The building and rooms are good, but the food and service are pathetic. The manager was rude and so was half of the staff. We had to call thrice for some issue with the mattress. The buffet breakfast was not value for money, as service was slow; most of the stuff was missing. The food tasted below average. Go for other options on this road of zirakpur instead of this one.

Overall room was good with clean bed but furniture and doors are too old. Bathroom tap broken, not much cleaning done. Wifi speed is too low. Lift was bad smelling. Booked with breakfast but timing was 7.30 am which was too late for someone who needs to reach officd, meeting at 8 am.

Worse stay of my life. They take 30 min to check in checkout. Overnight they run some machine on top floor as result you won't be able to sleep because of this machine vibration and notice. They may rate themselves 4-5 star but they will treat u like 3rd class visitors. Stay away there are lot of better options around.

The location is good. It is in zirakpur. It is near railway station and airport. Railway station is located about 20 minutes drive Rooms are tidy. Check in was swift. Parking is available. Breakfast and dinner options are limited. There is a restaurant. It is located near the market place. We stayed here during transit.

The rooms were clean, well equipped. The service staff is helpful and prompt. The food though limited in choice, is of good quality. The location is apt for people having business in Zirakhpur as it's quite close. But even places in chandigarh are not far away. Overall a good mid-range hotel.

Good hotel at a very apt location. Property is good as well as their restaurant food. Their buffet dinnner is a good choice and is also at good (low) price. However not very happy with the room, especially the bathroom. A very constricted structure of the bathroom with low on cleanliness. You may find leaking taps and non functional showers, which was not expected looking at the outlook of the hotel. You may easily find dust on the slabs and table in the room which shows not proper housekeeping by the staff. No major issues that can't be addressed but requires a higher level of professionalism by the housekeeping staff. However the staff were really courteous to the guest specially in the restaurant.

Chor h ye sale they are not a hotel chain they are thieves never come to this shit place though I never went their but I would still not recommend any of us to do it.

As usual three star type hotel. Good for marriage ceremony, birthday party, seminar etc. Good view, food quality is also good, spacious. Little bit parking problem, overall good place to visit.

Very basic. OK for one night stay. Didn't like it much. Toilet was not clean and rooms were not soundproof. Our room was near the conference room and the guests were making alot of noise till 3am. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Good hotel, room are average, but bathroom was big, service is little slow in night, but in morning it was good. It on highway towards Delhi. Just before the flyover of chandigarh city end, it will come to your left. They have gym,

Situated on the verge of the highways, cozy and comfy. The rooms are well maintained. Signs of any pests and its odor free. The view from the rooms is not that great but the in room view is quite good. A good place to stay for a couple of days. Has hasslefree room service and offers a wide variety of food menu. And most important it fits your budget.

Only the entrance lobby is good, rooms are in bad condition. Food is highly over priced you can get better and less expensive food outside. Hotel is not properly maintained.

Room service is not as much good. Door locks are not working fine. There is around 60 rooms but only 5 to 6 irons for ironing your clothes. Breakfast is good. Ambience is good.

Good business hotel, and for short stay. They do have all night running menu so you need not to be worried about late night check-in-food. Hotel has a large parking in the basement so that's also a plus point and good variety in breakfast.

With due respect, Dear Sapphire Staff you need to improve in your behaviour towards your guests. The Receptionist staff lacks in mannerism and is not co-operative. The staff is not well trained and does not even know certain norms and rules regarding the wellness of the hotel. The water facility in the washrooms of the hotel is poor and even the appliances are not in proper condition. Kindly look towards the maintenance of the hotel and the staff and you are requested to teach your reception staff the way of conduct. Thank you.

Rooms allotment must be fast and understand need of visiter first. Room which was given was kind of hostel. Still 3 star, as food is great.

Stayed at the hotel on 16th July 2017. The rooms are very bad, unhygienic and looks very old. Even the bed sheet and quilts were dirty. However, when I asked them to change they brought another set but that was also dirty… I stayed in 201. Someone recommended me that this is a 4 star property but as per my experience this is a 2 star property. Food is fine…

Hi it s good to visit at hotel sapphire on 31.12.16… infrastructure n room's seems good, but food quality was poor, specifically on the eve of new year.
At least buffet should have minimum standred… sorry but we can only make true observation.

Pathetic service room conditions not good washroom kit not provided from hotel staff no hair dryer in the room n wash room no shower cap no toilet kit no drinking water in the room towels not cleaned deluxe room like janta flats bed so small housekeeping service staff need 5 to 6 call for a small things I called to extra pillow after 20 min n 6 phone called housekeeping staff provide the pillow reception staff charge extra money but service is zero deal final with staff 1700 plus taxes but hotel staff charge 2739. Breakfast tasteless sambhar wadda I think 3 to 4 days old poha not properly cooked parantha also bassi no difference found cofe n water both r same thick. My Overall rating — 5.

Average Hotel, the girl at reception should be working for Reliance Telecom reception. She is unfit to be a hotel receptionist. Sandeep thakur is nice and atleast knows how to interact with guests. Rooms are OK. There is a weird smell in the rooms and in Bedsheets, no exhaust in the bathrooms. Location is good. Stay here if you dont have any other choice.
