Do not give you a good room if you have booked with oyo or any online booking sites like these a little discrimination I feel. I have scene this in many hotels they do not give you a good room if you have booked from online sites.

Pathetic hotel. Donont stay if you don’t want a terrible experience in your trip. The hotel staff is so rude. I booked my room late at night and the staff refused to give the room at 12:30 a. M. At night and forced to cancel the booking without offering help and kept me waiting for 2 hours for no reason. The rooms were so bad and in terrible condition.

Very bad experience. Their Regal rooms (their supposedly premium rooms) were pathetic. The walls were cracking, the floors dirty and the food was horrible. Completely ruined my vacation. Totally recommend this hotel if you want to spoil your vacation.

Hotel Diamond plaza is a good hotel to stay at sector 22c, nice and well maintained rooms no power issues or water problems… toilet was clean… they have their own restaurant and dinning hall but just 800 metres from there, hotel Aroma, McDonald and cafe coffee day all are there so food will not be a troublesome because u have plenty of options for having food… Customer care is also good… overall a good place to stay.

Pathetic place to visit n stay… Food is gud bt the hygeine is too bad… Dirty walls n dirty beds. Ac was broken… Half of the things in the room were not working. While check out… Dey charged money for extra water bottles. We consumed 4. They charged for 7… Wot is dis… dere shud b a limit to everything. Guess wot… ours was REGAL ROOM… think abt d condition of other rooms. We left n booked another hotel. For breakfast… dey vil ask u wot u vil have… No paneer parantha vil b given… bt they hav written it in menu… u vil hav to ask for complementary things on reception again n again… lot of chindi chori. Very very bad experience.

This is one of the amazing hotels I ve found in all my stays in Chandigarh. Food, rooms, staff etc is all very good at the price they charge. Create no problems at all. I stayed here for a week once and then again for 2 days. You need not worry much when choosing this.

Good accommodation near shastri market @ affordable price. It lacks lift and in-house restaurant food is bit costly.

It was my second visit to this place as the first time had been a pleasant stay. So according to the hotel receptionist, since we had made the cheapest booking online we will not be provided the same type of room as last time. Though they gave me some options to select from but those rooms were not at all up to the standards. I was not demanding something extra, just the same type of room that we were expecting. To this the reception manager said, " aapne to jo sabse sasta dikha wohi book krwaya, ". Disappointed by the way they spoke. When I said I don't want any room and would rather cancel it, they agreed to upgrade the room by saying that the last time we had provided you an upgraded room which I was not made aware. Neither the last time nor till now. Anyhow, the staff other than the reception manager is good and cooperative. I would really suggest them to change the reception managers if they want guests in their hotel.

Hotel was decent for a day stay, staff was very understanding as we had to check in very early before our defined time and they did allow us. Location is also great. Rooms are not that big but ok. Overall good experience.

Here the Hotel building is old. We stayed in 2nd floor. Less cleanliness. Restaurant food served is too costly compared to hotel condition. No restaurant space. But service is prompt.

The best thing about the hotel is their rooms. Very clean and good. Free Wi-Fi is available and is located near attractions like the rock garden, rose garden and the Sukhna lake. They do not have a proper restaurant but for quality is alright.

Budget lodge great location not suited for family.

Rooms are really spacious and good for the price. The hotel service and staff is decent. Location of this hotel is really good if you're planning to explore Chandigarh.

They r continue to develop facility. Now I can say that this is good hotel to stay.

Room was not clean and stinky. Power fluctuated till check-out, staff was not friendly. Lighting and door locking facility was too much bad. Rooms are not deluxe type cheep quality. No security guard available. BAD experience.

Sector-22 chandigard in front of JW Marriott. Location wise — it's in the heart of chandigard. Friendly staff. Dey serve only vegetarian food.

The rooms are compact and come at affordable tariff rates. Location is easily accessible as it is right opposite to JW Marriott. Food is simple but too expensive.

Hospitality was good. Hassle free check in. 4 bedded family suit is nice and clean. Only problem is that there was only one chair and you have to sit on bed. Overall good experience in low budget. Recommended.

Had a very bad experience. The rooms are not maintained properly and the prices are high. I wouldn't recommend specifically to business officials and if you are planning to visit with your family.

This review is from a foreigners perspective. I don't have really high standards but this hotel proves that you can never judge a book by its cover. The lobby looks nice and the staff are friendly. But the room has some major flaws. One of my walls had water damage and the locking mechanism of the doors is terrible. The toilet is terrible too. It doesn't have a lock inside it and the taps are broken so you can't even know what you are trying to do TL;DR Don't book unless really desperate.

I have visited Chandigarh last month for my official trip and stayed in hotel Diamond plaza, as my company has booked this hotel to me, I am very much thankful to my reservation dept that they make my stay very much happy during my hectic official tour, because I find the hotel is in the heart of city and approachable for my all official sites, the food is excellent and available 24 hours. Real it was my memorable stay at the hotel -.

It was first visit of chandigha and stay at Diamond Plazza. It was comfortable stay. Worth for money. Please try in near feature.
