Very good hotel and very well furnished. Swimming pool very good. Facilities are great. I loved the gym a lot. The property is in remote location. Wont find much near by to hang out except Golf Club. Rooms are very good. Rear view is great you can see hills with Sun rise.

Difficult to locate. But hotel is good in all respects … food and staff is good. Nice place to stay.

Good hotel, wonderful ambience and excellent service. A courteous staff and finger-licking good food make it ideal for all ages alike. It also offers personalized food choices like waffles and milk products. Plush rooms are present with proper cleanliness maintained. Everything in these rooms are controlled by remote and the bed height and location can be adjusted as well. It is easy to spot and is located close to the local market.

Perfect for work related travel. The quality and variety of spread on the dining counters has come down since last year. But, the staff is friendly, warm a helpful.

Their corridors are such that one would get lost. It's super big, and super quite. Maybe that's because it is located out of the city. That's why the views from the rooms are amazing and the ambience is peaceful. He staff are friendly and polite. The lobby is so beautiful. Enjoyed my stay here.

A good hotel with nice rooms they have multiple lifts and a really nice lobby area. Vallet parking is there which is really great. They also have multiple banquet halls for parties and events. Food is also good and value for money. Overall a good place to stay.

Location was good, easy to visit there, food items are not much good. All Hotel staff are good, hotel is well cleaned up. So;. Give 3 star for this. Overall nice to visit there with family or for couples also.

Location of the hotel is good. They having good space for parties and marriage function, food and service related to eatery is up to the mark. But if you take large numbers of room together there management get crashes. They not able to provide services like a 4-5* hotel. They have to work upon the same.

We had our destination wedding here. Amazing service by Mr. Ashwani and his team. The guests loved the food so kudos for that. The entire experience was smooth and without much hassle despite of not using a specific wedding planner. A big thank you from the bottom of our hearts to everyone who helped make the wedding a success.

Very nice and elegant hotel. This is situated at a quite location surrounded by golf course and nice greenery. The hotel is quite big and it's lobby is specious. Rooms are good with good facility but room size is small so also the bed size for 2 persons. Nice washroom. I like the machine operated system for many facility inside the room. But if 2 people are staying in a room then hotel will give only one key, which is the worst part. Food is good. Pool, gym, spa are fine.

One of the awesome stay I've seen. A really good experience, ambience, maintenance, friendly staff. The food was good. The best part of the stay were the luxurious rooms which had really furniture whether it were the bed, sofa set etc. Overall a 5 star worth experience. Would definitely book at Holiday Inn even next time when I visit Panchkulla.

The location was near the Railway station but 30 minutes away from ISBT Sector 17. The Rooms were cleaning and well maintained. All the amenities were provided to us. Even changed our sheets when we asked them to. The food was excellent at the morning buffet. It had plenty of variety and very well made. Overall I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff was really welcoming.

Rooms are good, Some celebrity also visit. I personally recommend the rooms for couples, quiet, comfortable. Good Infrastructure. Coming to food it was just ordinary, nothing to exotic (Variety is there, I am saying of Taste). Includes Gym, conference room etc. I will recommend it.

Hmmm. Service is slow and very expensive. The hotel is far from city. Hotel does not have any room for driver. And also some rooms need maintinance. Service is good. Rooms have a very nice view. Over all nice hotel.

We stayed there for a day on a business trip. Breakfast is ok, but not worth a five star property. Service really needs improvement. Some of the staff did not know the basics, room cleaning was not up to the mark. Breakfast was pretty decent with a large spread and the usual sections that a hotel of this category should have. The lunch was normal enough and hence our team decided to order dinner from outside.

Great place to stay if you are at Panchkula or if you are at Chandigarh provided you have your own vehicle as not much nearby precisely. Talking about ambiance and staff of the place then you won't find any complaints however I would have loved if the same place was slightly better redecorated to give more posh feeling of a 5 star. Rooms were good specially in the one I stayed which was a junior suite, quite spacious, nice and subtle interiors, quite a big bathroom with Jaccouzi and almost everything controlled by bedside stationed remote. Had breakfast buffet which was complimentary which was though good enough but again room for improvements in the variety and taste. Overall a generous 5 with scope of improvement.

Great hotel with nice hospitality. Even the restaurant's chef are so kind that they prepared customised food for us as per our requirements. Overall the food very very tasty. Somethings for kids like games or play zones still needed.

Nice property amidst greenery. Spacious n clean rooms. Everything is perfect except food. Need more variety n preparation is more pro Indian. Decor is dull. Needs some renovation.

The hotel staffs are helpful and have knowledge about tourist spots and are able to guide you about one day trip. The buffet spread are large and value for money but the taste good be enhanced more.

They are good, but they should market more with some offers and deals in order to attract crowds. The property is good and the rooms are also well maintained. The food is not wow, but fairly average.

Nice room. Good bathroom. Very good gym and swimming pool. Absolute dinner. The food was yum. But the bakery products were not up to mark. Rest was very nice.

Good hotel. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Deluxe suites are ultra modern with great led lights and ambience options in the room. All curtains and sheers are electronically controlled. Pool is clean and we'll maintained. Breakfast has many choices. Over all a good value for money.

The hotel is to be preferred but people proceeding towards hills. Its away from the city rush and situated in a quiet place. Swimming pool was very good. Buffet breakfast was very good. Rooms and linen was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Services were slow. Nada Sahib gurudwara is close by. Overall good.

Place is good. God ambiance. Good view from the room. Maintenance could be improved in bathrooms. Found a broken shower when checked in but was rectified on priority. STAFF very courteous and polite. Food is a bit expensive but the food quality is excellent. Good swimming pool and gym. Rooms are neat and clean.

Extremely unprofessional staff. We had a horrible dining experience. Restaurant Manager Yuvraj behaved as a goon on our very genuine complaint. He was threatening and aggressive. Threatened to call security and told us that we don't know who he was can harm us badly. We were extremely surprised on behaviour of someone who was in a hospitality industry. We were not given any complaint book or phone no of any senior person. I f people like him continue to serve there, I am sure the business will close down very soon. The staff serving the food/ drinks was very unprofessional. We would never ever go to that place or recommend this place to anyone.

Service is not good at all. Food is also not good. Some complimentary things are not provided. Cockroaches are also there in the room.

We reached here at 8:20 pm for buffet. By 9:30 pm they haven't served starters, waiter is saying " sir we r making it fresh". Then we dropped the idea for starters n decided to take dinner. Again no service, we have ordered for chapatti, it came after 45 mins of starting dinner n nobody is serving water. Preparation was also not good. In short I won't advice anybody to come here.

Nice spacious rooms… Lot of space for walk and is near to golf club… Food and breakfast is not at all good… Hospitality is needs lot of improvement.

Went for buffet dinner. Most pathetic stale tasteless food. AC does not work. Even if anyone offers you this place for free, don't go. It's a blot on holiday Inn.

I had stay in this hotel with my family. I must admit, when you enter the premises you will start feeling the appeal this hotel has. Good food, very responsive staff. Excellent rooms, and everything so good about the hotel.

Out of from the main city center and away from crowds, fresh air with mountain and golf view really a nice place for visit.

Poor Location — UNTRUSTWORTHY — One item went missing from our room and no one took responsibility and it was very disappointing to learn that theft is taking place in such a hotel.

Worst hotel in the city. The price you are paying here will be totaly waste as AC not working properly you need to call them again and again. NO proper room service.

Located adjoining the Panchkula golf club. Quite place, located away from the highway. Good ambience, nice rooms automatic drapes, IP controlled lights etc. Restaurants serve food which could be bland compared to other hotels.

You won't get any rats here like others in panchkula.

I went for dinner there with my friends. The snacks were good with lots of variety in main course but the food could have been better. The decoration and presentation was great.

This has been by far the best hotel I have ever stayed. I have traveled to different parts of india with my cricket team and once our company made a reservation here. And boy… how lucky we were to stay at this hotel. Rooms were awesome. The breakfast was super delicious with so much variety. And top of that the head chef visited each and every table with manager to have the feedback and to check if we needed something more. Truly awesome.!
