The rooms are good. They don't have their own kitchen, food is bought from outside. So please check before ordering. Also the entrance is somewhat shady.

Waiters are so rude. They take food orders till 9pm. Went to the kitchen, requested but they denied at 9:06pm. They were even starting to pour floor for dough at that time but denied my order. Inhumanly rude. Had to sleep empty stomach.

Very Nice hotel. Hotel place is in very busy & market location at Police Bazar. Can get easily share & tours cabs. Hotel rooms are very clean, service was very good.

Pros: Nice staff, tasty food and comfortable stay at good location. Good big TV. Cons: Room is small and hotel is located in crowded famous Police Bazaar. Overall: Stay was comfortable and I recommend it to others.

Its in the heart of the shillong city. The manager is friendly and nice. Couples can stay without any problem. Overall one will have a nice experience.

Hotel Shaurya is in a crowded area of Shillingford on the third and fourth floor of a commercial building. It is an extremely small space with congested rooms. We had a room that cost Rs. 5500 for 1 night and had 3 beds. 1 single bed and one double bed. The room was right next to the reception and we could here evrything all the time that was going in outside. The window faced an old decapitated building. We had not been given basic amenities. The room had no ac and and a side fan. However it had a nice TV but unfortunately India lost the match…

I along with my family and another family stayed in the hotel recently. The location of the hotel is fine particularly for those who love shopping. The behaviour of the manager, room service boys is good. However, the front office space is very narrow. One can otherwise, opt for staying in this hotel.

The location is in a very busy street where taxi doesn't go. So you have to walk down with luggage to the hotel. It's in third floor. A small reception desk where no one sits or attend you from 10 pm to 7 am in the morning. No kettle no bed tea is provided. The first tea which you can order is at 7.15 am. They have very limited breafast items served in rooms… no restaurant. They bring food from outside. One small fan on the wall.

It's a Oyo hotel absolutely not good if u are going with ur family.

Located in the heart of the market, you can't expect to get a vehicle at the hotel. It's too crowded. The rooms are small. The food here is expensive.

Hotel is located in a crowded place. Cleaniness should be improved, especially the room where we stayed mat was so dirty. House keeping should be strengthened.

Good reception, can see the road from window (has its own charm), close to Police Bazar, only thing was that there was no drinking water inside the room.
