Best in terms of everything. Rooms, service, location. Really good service by the receptionist, attendants and even the watchman uncle was really helpful. I have been there twice, and I'd prefer the same place every time I'm in Palakkad. Truly one of the best hotels and people working there!

A business hotel very near Palghzt Junction. Had an opportunity to stay overnight here. The rooms are okay and clean. There is an attached restaurant but since did not use the same no comments.
The entry to this hotel is a little confusing and the way to thier parking space is a little tight. One needs to look around for the reception and main entry. Maybe for people it would be better if some conspicuous signboards are placed.

Rooms and room service is verry verry good feel for me.

I had a very disappointing experience during my recent stay at this hotel. We checked in at 7:00 PM, yet we were not given even a late checkout. Instead, the hotel charged an additional ₹400, which felt unreasonable.
The customer service was very poor. The rooms were not properly cleaned, and the washrooms were in very bad condition. The behavior and attitude of the front office manager and the receptionist were also unprofessional and unhelpful.
Overall, this was a very unsatisfactory stay, and I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

I stayed in the hotel for three days and booked two rooms. The hotel access is narrow but parking is good. The hotel has two sides one on main road, the other is for car entry. The hotel staff is kind and good. The room service is prompt. The decor is good. The facilities were working and kettle and everything was provided. We booked with breakfast. The breakfast menu was simple and they tried to change it every day. Though breakfast items as we all know are almost the same. The lift was working perfectly and hotel staff also helped us in finding proper tourist spots.

Budget Business Hotel.
We stayed to visit Kalpathy Radholsavam. The Bell staff kind enough for guiding us for a good visit at temple.
Complimentary breakfast also moderately good.

I had stayed here for just one night to attend a wedding the next day. The hotel is close to the Palakkad station and I had a train back the following night. Though I checked out in the morning, I was allowed to keep the luggage till I return back at night. I was also given a separate room just for me to change and use the washroom. That is really good to have for people like who checks out in the morning but still need to return back later in the day to catch a train etc. Extremely pleased with the services and the hospitality. I am hoping this standard of service is always maintained. Also the rooms were quite spacious and comfortable.

A modern looking hotel with clean and neat rooms. Hot water, cupboards, toiletries, air-conditioned rooms, clean bathroom. Very close — approximately 400 meters — to Palakkad Junction Railway Station. Courteous staff, elevator access to floors, and several restaurants near by. The price too is very economical for the facilities provided.

A nice cozy small hotel near the busy Olavakode junction. Safe and clean. Courteous staff.

We booked two different rooms and both were so neat and comfortable. It was very close to the railway station and within walkable distance.

Superb hotel, superb staff and their helping nature. Location a bit confusing one to enter, other than that all good. You tell them to clean they will get it done without issues. I would recommend this place for sure. Food wise I am not so sure but morning breakfast is 200 rupees not compliment one. They serve decent options.

I came here for a one day wedding event and the best choice that I made was opting Hasco Tower Business Hotel for that night stay. The hotel is well maintained and provides a good atmosphere for your stay.
This hotel is located very close to Palakkad Junction railway station. Also one can easily travel to the tourist locations easily.
Each employee of the hotel was so polite and friendly. They are ready to help you anytime.
If you are planning to visit Palakkad Hasco Tower Business Hotel will be a best choice.

I stayed in this hotel with Family. Hotel location is good. There is a small park/grass area where we can spend evening and enjoy the Palakkadan breez/wind. Breakfast also good even there is no more options.
Room size is very small. The area they mentioned in site is including bathroom, may smaller than that. I didn't get any luggage service.
I am recommending this for a night stay.

Nice hotel. We stayed for 5 nights. Front Desk staff were extremely cordial and helpful. Good location very near the Railway Station. Breakfast was also good.
