The resort's condition has deteriorated due to a lack of maintenance over a long period of time; the location is excellent, but the rooms are extremely dangerous to stay at night, with damps on every wall and the roof being covered with plastic and rope due to cracks all over.

Zero stars, not advisable to anyone. Zero maintenance zero hospitability zero safe. Resort has no saftey no maintenance and no service. Resort manager is only indulge in availing full services for himself and not for guests. Most irresponsible manager seen in whole kanha region. Rooms booked by head office in different rates to different persons for the same set of dates. Wort case scenario this resort was. Third class experience.

The hotel was horrible, no maintenance of the property at all, very poorly managed with an incompetent manager and equally callous senior management who play blame game against each other, inadequate staff strength with no proper training given to them. It was an extremely pathetic experience for me which ruined my holiday totally.
The hotel head office miscommunicated right from the time of booking. The lady named Vartika, whose number was mentioned in the MMT booking receipt had miscommunicated about the power back-up facility. Please don't trust her words she doesn't have any clue about the facilities available at the hotel. In MMT listing the hotel claims to have a bar, whereas no bar could be seen in my visit, rather they have put up a board of alcohol consumption is prohibited. The entire MMT listing of this hotel (pictures power back-up, on-call doctor, bar etc. ) is a farce and please don't believe it. What I came to know from local people that this hotel was closed till Nov'22, right from the time of lockdown in 2020 and has just opened without being prepared to host guests.
Though people generally write Pros and Cons, but unfortunately I will have to reverse the order for this hotel in my review based on my horrible experience.
Cons:
1. No power back-up with very frequent power cuts all throughout the day. Guests will be given candles to spend the entire evening sitting in the dark.
2. No supervision from the senior management.
