Room was very small according the price. Area was very odd. You have to walk for 1-2 km for your lunch or dinner because the restorent the hotel have very high price. And also food quality was not good. Avoid this hotel.

Delux rooms are good but classic one have very small area with no windows and exhaust and food services are there but price is very expensive comparison to near by restaurant.

Hotel is good… food is great… but some employee's behaviour is not good… otherwise it's good area to stay.

Nice hotel for family nice food very helpful staff like F. O ankit manager very helpful.

First of all I booked AC room through OYO customer support, total room cost for 2 nights was 2400+, and I paid 600+ for pre-booking.
I reached at midnight and I had to pay there 1800+, they told that no room is vacant for me, then after requesting a lot they demanded 1000/ — extra for AC room.
But I didn't agree with them, finally I decided to leave and demanded my pre-book money to refund, but they denied, after a lot of struggle finally they given me a NON AC room and promised me that morning 11 am after checkout time they'll provide me an AC room without any extra charge.
But finally when time came I went to reception and requested more times but they told that no room is vacant but I check their all floors, more than 5 room was vacant there.
Provided Room was not clean, bedsheet was stained, after requesting to change also they provided stained bedsheet and pillow covers.
Such a bad and worst service I got. So Please DON'T CHOOSE THIS HOTEL for your important trip.
And I know one apology message will reach after getting this feedback.
And that one I don't need.

The service and location are ok but the rooms are in a very bad state.
We were a large group of people and we all faced different issues in this OYO.
There are no clean bed sheets, lizards in the room, leaking taps in the washroom, lift buttons not working, bad smell from one of the big rooms and in one of the rooms the guests found a used condom so I guess it was not even cleaned before giving it to us.
The hotel needs maintenance and fresh inventory even as per OYO standards.

This is the worst hotel possible. Their bedsheets have stains, staff actually admitted that this is the norm here. When my family stayed we found restricted items in the rooms clearly suggesting that this is an OYO room meant for illegal or non married couples and not for family. Staff is pathetic and unpolite. I wish there was an option to give negative 10 in ratings. Pls pls pls dont go with your family here.

Primium location with restaurant facilities. Clear rooms, good staff behaviour. Over all recommend for all.

Good hotel on NH 39 just 2.8 kms from Ranchi Ring Road. We first stayed on 16th March for one night and again came back on 18th March for another one night stay. All amenities are there with good rastaurant, parking space, Wi-Fi, AC etc. Though the rooms are small but good for a couple of days stay with family.

Not good at all for tourists. Security is good. But amenities are very poor. Bathrooms are not well maintained. They charge exorbitant price for package drinking water, more than Mrp value.

I stayed yesterday at this worst hotel of the millennium.
1. Very Smelly room.
2. Dirty bedsheet.
3. Dirty pillow cover.
4. Used blanket, as there is no cover on the blanket.
5. According to the price, it's not worth it.
6. Staffs were continuously talking and shouting outside the room, which was clearly audible.
7. There is no ambience in the room.
8. Very basic room.
Although I have stayed at so many OYO's and at lower price also, but this is the worst I have ever seen.

After paying the whole amount online, came to the reception, and was asked to pay extra to upgrade the rooms as “rooms were not available”

They are running a scam. At the time of check-in, they say Classic Rooms are full and now you have to upgrade to a Deluxe room demanding more money.
But they gave the same Classic Room. Such a disgrace.

Worst service ever, I booked it 1 week earlier but at time of checkin receptionist denied that there is no rooms available.
What can I and my family do, plz dont go this type of third class hotel.

Do not book this hotel. The contact person denied check in. Staff is rude and unresponsive. The illiterate hotel owner will tell you "hotel is overbooked". Then why the hell you don't unlist your property from Oyo app?
They will not pick up your call, and even when they do, they will talk rudely. Never ever book this hotel, they will deny you the check-in at the last moment. And they will blame you for booking their hotel!
Pathetic service!

Everything was very good the room were little small but good, neat and clean, staff behavior was also nice and it's affordable.
The Restaurant food was very delicious.
